About: I’m attentive, dependable, and genuinely love getting to know each dog’s personality and routine. I grew up around dogs (my mom fostered Bostons) so I’m comfortable with dogs who have different temperaments, energy levels, and needs. I’m also happy to update you with photos and messages if that makes you more comfortable, so you can feel confident your dog is happy and well cared for while you’re away. I follow instructions closely, whether that means sticking to a specific feeding or walking schedule, giving extra attention to a senior dog, or making sure a high-energy pup gets plenty of exercise and playtime. I like to get outside as often as possible and am athletic, so will take any chance I can get to walk (or run) around. Also happy to just sit around for pets and snuggles. About: Hi! I’m Eliza, I recently finished grad school at VCU and am doing some freelance creative work currently, so I have a very flexible and available schedule to help with your pets! I've loved animals my whole life and have grown up with dogs. When I was younger, I helped raise and train one of our dogs from puppyhood, where I learned how to care for a dog's daily needs. Four years ago, I adopted my first cat, and caring for her has given me plenty of experience with feline care as well. Whether it's walking dogs, dropping in for feedings, playing with energetic pets, scooping litter and refreshing water, or just keeping pets company, I'll care for your animals as if they were my own. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, and I'm happy to adapt to whatever helps them feel comfortable and cared for. He not only took great care of my cat but also discovered a major issue going on with my house (long story), called me about it to talk through the issue and then stayed put until he'd resolved it. If not for all he did, I'd have had to come home and deal ith the issue myself - it was urgent. About: I’ve grown up around dogs for most of my life and already occasionally pet sit for friends and family. I used to work as a caretaker at a doggy daycare, and decided to continue pet care alongside my new job as it became such a fulfilling part of my life. I'm experienced with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and I'm experienced with a variety of other animals such as cats, fish, lizards, turtles, birds, and hermit crabs. My current work schedule follows the standard Mon-Fri 8-5, with most of my weekends and evenings open. Because of this, I'd be most suited for pets that are used to this schedule already. Otherwise, I try my best to stick to their current schedule for things like feeding and walks. I always feel comfortable meeting the parent(s) and pet before the booking. I can take care of all basic tasks and am very adaptable, patient, and reliable. I do my best to learn about each pet's little mannerisms and quirks so I can accommodate them the best I can while keeping them and your home safe. I want to make sure both you and your pet end up happy! I always ask that I'm given the pet's vet and an emergency contact as well, just in case.

It’s hard for us to travel because we worry about leaving her and her necessary care, but we finally got to relax on our trip knowing she was in great hands. Jeff’s kindness and love for animals is exemplary and our cat Biscuit is his new biggest fan. We are so very grateful and highly recommend him!
Marina was a lifesaver! We found her when our original pet sitter bailed on us last minute. She was super personable and very friendly. My mom stayed at our house with our pets all week but we needed someone to come walk our dog and Marina was awesome. She also went above and beyond to help my mom with our cat who needed to go to the vet while we were gone. I definitely would recommend her! She treated our pets with care and love and my mom was super impressed with her all week.
