About: I have been around animals for most of my life and have over 50 years of hands-on experience caring for pets. Over the years, I’ve owned about nine dogs and currently have an Australian Shepherd and two sugar gliders, so I’m comfortable with both active dogs and animals that need more specialized care. I understand how important it is to have someone dependable, patient, and attentive caring for your pets, and I’ll treat them like they’re part of my own family. I'm a retired firefighter who went into nursing after that career but retired from that now, too. I really enjoy the company of dogs and they seem to enjoy me, too. My wife is in and out of the house because she still works full time, so you may or may not meet her. However I am the one who's retired and gets to be home with any fur babies 24/7 so you will be working with me directly. I have a fenced in backyard, a friendly Aussie who likes to play and numerous sized cages if your dog prefers that for sleeping or escape. I take a walk everyday (usually to the park two blocks away) and I would be happy to include your dog on my daily walk. If I come to your house , I'd be happy to walk your dog around your neighborhood , play ball or frisbee in the backyard or work on commands .. I have done all of these in the past.

About: Hello! My name is Sophia and I absolutely adore all kinds of animals! I have had pets since I was very young, and I have a lot of other experience watching neighborhood cats and dogs, as well as walking them! I love to play with pets, cuddle with them, and take pictures, too! The extra benefit to this is that I can send you adorable pictures of your furry family members while you’re away. I would make sure that they get all of the food, water, walks, and potty breaks they need—not to mention love! I am happy to stay over night, especially on weekends. I look forward to hearing from you! I am currently available for anytime, as I work remotely. As long as I have the wifi password, I am all set to stay all day! I would only be interested in going to pet owners’ homes, as my house is already full of my own pets! I’m also happy to house sit.

About: I have cared for a variety of pets, from high energy dogs, to mellow, older cats and am happy to spend time with an pet that walks my way. Growing up with a Weimaraner required more than general knowledge when it came to walking and managing the behavior of more energetic dogs, so I am familiar with more disciplined walking or casual walking if it is preferred. I am usually the most free on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4-8pm. I'd be happy to build a schedule with you and your pet that we can stick to if you like consistency or we can keep it casual! I previously cared for my father's 7 year old Weimaraner, so I am used to giving my pet a lot of love. We went for almost daily walks, and runs in an open (fenced) field nearby. I am accustomed to a feeding schedule of twice a day and wake up early to give the first meal, he is always fed in his own bowl. I now care for my 9 year old American shorthair cat and give him lots of love and playtime. Greenies are a staple in our home as well as some good Tikicat wet food.

Dannee had a very calming effect on him and he responded well - even cuddled. I felt the cat was safe and well taken care of with Dannee. She communicated the situations well so we didn't have to worry. We will rebook with Dannee.”

I’ll also send regular photo and message updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.
