“Kim was amazing! I’m a first time dog mom and was so nervous. She did great meeting Jake and really knew the best way to introduce herself to him! She gave updates and photos which helped ease my nerves. Highly highly recommend her to everyone and anyone!”

“I am Brooke’s first client with Rover and I definitely won’t be her last! She was a delight to have stay in my house with my three dogs. She took especially amazing care of my 16 year old who is blind and mostly deaf and still managed played all day with our other 2 pups. I received many photos and videos without prompt. We will definitely be asking Brooke back to help us out when we travel. Highly recommend her!”

“Sanaz is absolutely wonderful! Milo and especially Atlas adore her! They snuggle right up and are completely attached whenever she’s around. It’s clear how much love and comfort she brings them. I’ve already booked her again! She is truly wonderful.”

“Yoo Jee is the best! She took excellent care of our pets and home! One of our bathrooms flooded unfortunately while we were gone and she took care of everything. We will definitely hire her again.”

“Came in clutch last minute and was so patient with the fact that I couldn’t give her a full break down of my dogs schedule because of how fast paced the day was. Was so good at just taking charge and taking care of my baby. I couldn’t recommend her more.”

About: Hi there! You can call me Joy :) when I care for your pet I will send you updates with pictures and can communicate every good, not so good, and/or boring detail with you! I do not hesitate to ask for clarification on anything when it comes to the needs of you and your pet. I am also happy to help you with any other house chores while you are away (collecting mail, watering plants, etc). I find it important to set up a meet and greet with you and your pet if possible. When I care for your pet I understand that I am in the space they call home. Building trust with you and your pet is an important first step for me to provide the best services for your needs. In 2018 I adopted a dog of my own and she is my world! I adopted my dog through Best Friends Animal Shelter and she came with little to no background information. She was fearful and showed signs of a traumatized past. I had to train a puppy during the “T-Rex” phase (RIP many articles of clothing and furniture legs” and learned that several rounds of fetch will only slow a working dog for about 20 min before they’re ready to go again. The biggest skill I learned when adopting my dog was handling her reactivity. She was the sweetest girl at home, mostly shy in the beginning and hesitant to come out of her shell. So it was a huge shock when taking her out on her first few walks to see her lunge and pull with all her might towards everything and everyone that passed by. Her size and breed made it especially stressful and embarrassing and there were many days where I felt like I couldn’t handle it. With a lot of patience and treats and maybe also some crying Kona came out of her first year at home a thriving happy girl! Bringing her home was one of the most challenging experiences of my life but watching her grow and blossom into the silly, loving pup she is has been the greatest reward. I have a set schedule at my part time job and can establish morning/afternoon/night schedules around it. I am also in the process of applying for grad school and would love to prioritize pet care as my main job if possible, I am eager to build a clientele! As the owner of a reactive dog I am comfortable reading behavioral cues that may indicate if your pet is in need of extra support, attention, or space.

“Julian was wonderful, and we were very happy to have him stay at our place for the day and take charge of keeping our dogs safe and occupied. We found him to be very personable and reliable, and we will definitely be calling on him again. Thank you, Julian!”

About: NEW TO ROVER? Get $20 OFF ON YOUR FIRST BOOKING BY USING THE PROMO CODE: ALEXIL46549 **VALID FOR FIRST-TIME ROVER CUSTOMERS ONLY. 🐶 Hi there! My wife and I are lifelong pet lovers-we both grew up in homes filled with animals and couldn't imagine life without them. For us, pets are true family members, and we care for every dog we host as if they were our own. I work part-time, and my wife is a full-time stay-at-home mom, so one (or both) of us is always home to give your dog plenty of love, attention, and playtime throughout the day. We're available any day of the week, and our schedule is very flexible. ⏰Drop-offs and pick-ups are usually best between 8:00AM and 10:00 PM, as we adjust our routine around our baby's schedule-but we're happy to discuss other times if needed (additional fees may apply). We only host one Rover family at a time to ensure your pet receives our full attention and care. If you have two dogs, we're more than happy to welcome both! Otherwise, your pup will be our only guest during their stay. 👶🏻Our baby also adores dogs! Just let us know if your pup is comfortable around children so we can make sure it's the right fit. 🔒Our home is always secure-doors are locked, and all outdoor time is fully supervised. We have both a fenced and an open yard for play, and we run HVAC 24/7 to keep the indoor temperature comfortable year-round. Feel free to book a Meet & Greet or message us with any questions! Bonus: We also speak Spanish!

About: I grew up with dogs and a love for animals! As an aspiring veterinarian I have dedicated majority of my volunteer hours helping animals and their environment. I have experience in taking care of both cats and dogs at vet clinics and foster shelters. I will take care of your pets like they are my own! I am available for weekdays during the summer and I will work around my school schedule on the weeks and weekends during fall and spring. I do not offer my house, but I can house sit and take your pets for walks, as well as watch, clean and care for them.

About: I grew up around animals my whole life, especially dogs as my family had 3 dogs for a majority of my teen years. I have walked them, taken them to the vet, fed them, and even have watched them over many days on my own. I feel like my combination of passion for animals and experience around them makes me a great option to watch your pups! I have a very open schedule with my full time job that will allow me to be a great person to choose. I work from home 4 of the 5 days of the week and my job gives me the ability to be flexible when I work. So there aren’t many times I won’t be available! When boarding a dog I will make sure to have time with the dog outside of my apartment to let them enjoy the outside and get the much needed time out there. This will include walks and maybe taking to a dog park depending on the dog. My apartment has enough room for the dog to be comfortable and even be able to play around inside. I also have a patio if they like to sit and hang out outside, but of course that will not be there only time outside!

“Paris did a great job housesitting for us and caring for our cat who needs a lot of snuggles and playtime. We could tell from the pics she sent that he was relaxed and content with all the attention she gave him. She stuck to her word and there were no surprise absences or guests. We really appreciated that. She even bought the cat extra food even though he was stocked up. With six cats of her own it’s no surprise she is such a star with kitties!”
