“Lexy took care of my doggo, Midnight, so amazingly! I chose house sitting because Midnight isn’t good at staying in other people’s homes and gets anxious alone. This was the first time we use rover to get someone to take care of Midnight, let alone stay at our house, we decided to try Rover! I read through Lexy’s reviews and she seemed like she would take care of Midnight well! We met up a bit before the booking to talk about Midnight and also the stay! Lexy was so sweet and automatically I knew I felt comfortable with her staying in my home. We were very nervous about leaving him with someone new but Lexy put us at ease. She sent pictures and updates of Midnight everyday which made me so much calmer during my trip! Also Lexy should take a side hustle as a doggy photographer because the pictures she took were SO cute! I’ve saved them all! Overall Lexy is amazing and Midnight had a great time with her! We definitely will have her take care of him again in the future!”

About: Hi my name is Alexis I'm a full time college student and I nanny as well as pet sit. With that being said, I've always loved all fur babies and started dog sitting locally overnight about 4 years ago. I now help with dog sitting during my stay with clients while being a nanny. Occasionally I will also volunteer and dog walk at Rock and Rescue adoption center in Woodland Hills when I have free time after school. About: I grew up caring for a wide range of pets such as dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, and rodents. My mom loved taking animals in and giving them a loving home. I’ve always had a love for providing the best care and attention to animals in need as well and have helped rescue a few animals with my mom growing up. I am currently applying for grad schools and am at home full time, therefore I will be able to give your furry or feather friends all the love and attention they need! I currently have very flexible hours as I am at home full time so I am able to provide the best care possible for you and your pets! I have one kitty that is very friendly. She can be separated from your pet if needed. I would walk your pet however many times needed a day and will go based on your feeding schedule needs. I love taking pets out to the park, beach, or runs if requested!

About: I’ve taken care of multiple breeds of dogs and I have looked over puppies to senior dogs. I love staying active and getting our little fur friends the attention they need while you’re away. I’m currently working full time so I’d be available anytime on the weekends or early morning/ late nights. I’m looking to make a new schedule so I’m open to making new availability. I have my own apartment with security fences and a very walkable neighborhood with a lot of parks near by for walking and play. Very private apartment very relaxing for any fur friends who might be a little nervous.

About: Since 2009, I have had dogs... I absolutely love them (and really all animals)! I cared for my two dogs until their passing at approximately 9 years of age since they were puppies. While in graduate school, I volunteered at the Oakland Animal Shelter for a few months taking care of pigeons, such as feeding them and cleaning their cages. So, if you have some unusual animals- I am open to taking care of them too! I also had a 2 week experience cat sitting for my cousin's senior cat by feeding/giving her water and general watching her. So, I have good experience with taking care of cats too although I have never had a cat personally. At the moment, I have my senior dog, Mr. Beau, an 11 year American Staff Terrier I adopted in 2023 at the shelter. While I was at the Oakland Animal Shelter, staff made it known that senior animals are the most often overlooked animals for adoption and that made me feel sad :( So once I was able to, I made it a mission to adopt a senior pup, and I am so happy and fulfilled with my decision. As with any senior (including humans), they come with special needs, such as different medications, loss of hearing, limited walking, increase in illnesses, etc. My dog has had many complications, but with my great patience with senior pups, I feel confident in taking care of their specific needs! I know what it is like to trust strangers with taking care of your pet- its scary! Mr. Beau has specific senior needs and is picking, so I hope my experience can make you feel more comfortable with choosing me to take care of your pet when you're away! Experience: senior dogs, puppies, cats, birds, or other types of pets. I am open-minded! I was laid off from my job at the end of June, so I while I am applying to full time work, I have time to take care of pets in the meantime to fill my weekly schedule! While I cannot provide pet sitting services at my own home because my dog is not friendly with other dogs (sad face), I am skilled in meeting with my where my clients are at. I love to ask questions about the pet's history, current physical state, quirks, boundaries, etc. so I don't cause unnecessary stress or issues. Depending on the pet's attitudes and boundaries, I am open to playing, walking, or just simply checking in on them. I want to try to make their environment as healthy and safe as possible, so for instance, if its too hot in the house, I'd like to verify with the owner is opening a window or using the air conditioner is okay.

About: Neighbors, family and friends can always count on me for dog sitting with a simple food or water, attention, play time and lastly walks around the neighborhood I currently work part time and my job gives me a flexible schedule, so i have plenty of time! i’m available for walks around your neighborhood and even some play time at home My services includes me going to the clients house feeding, taking out to use the restroom, and engaging with the pet. Depending on the service I can check in multiple times a day and update the clients by sending pictures or videos. I also offer walking services for pets.
