About: What sets me apart is my deep commitment to following your exact routine. I am attentive to detail whether your pet requires a strict medication schedule, extra potty breaks, or highly specific care instructions. I truly love animals and focus on giving them my undivided attention, plenty of affection, and the dedicated time they deserve. I am able to care for animals at least 5 times out of the week for 4-6 hours. Depending on the days required, I do have school at certain times a week. I have hobbies and obligations to do as well. I believe 4-6 hours is time that I do have depending on the day of course as mentioned. I could possibly even spend a full day if needed. Again this depends on the day of the week and month. The reason I can’t take in animals at my own home is because I simply don’t have enough space or else I totally would! Also, the baby of the bunch doesn’t do well with new comers. I feed my cats at least 3 times a day they beg like they haven’t eaten in days I might add. They often let me know when they want things by getting my attention and running to the bowl or to their toys or the door to be let out. They have a litter box with cat pellets so It doesn’t stink up the entire house. Laser pointer sessions and dangling cat toys are their favorite. Yes of course the box the cat trees come in are more fun than the actual tree. Cat trees are replaced often, my cats love to chat with me when I talk they talk back. They love wet food every twice a week with many ingredients. My dad’s dog I take care of while he’s on 1 year vacation loves hiking trails that I usually walk on haha. He prefers the best of the best kinds of dog food won’t eat anything else! He’s a good boy and they’re sometimes good cats since they like to knock things over every once in a while or try and pick at my food when I’m on a quick bathroom break. All in all it’s easy to take care of animals in my opinion my cats were not easy to take care of as kittens they needed a lot done and one of them always had issues with her bladder and glands. She’s better now thanks to God and me for the outrageous bills. I’d do it for every animal if I could but I just don’t have enough resources or money to do so. I do love animals and they deserve joy, a wide environment, and amazing care while they’re living and breathing.

About: I trained both of my own dogs (a full size Merle golden doodle + chihuahua) and have cared for senior dogs too. I’m patient, reliable and treat every animal like family. Being vegan is part of that same love for animals. I’m at ease with dogs of any size and experienced in handling bigger, stronger breeds safely. I’m an independent jewelry designer and founder of my brand so my schedule is flexible and can work around pretty much any schedule. My weekends and holidays are open as well. I care for pets in their own home, keeping their routine consistent, feeding on schedule, medications on time, and enrichment throughout the day. About: Since I was younger I have always been considered the “pet whisperer” by my family. Always loving and training every dog we’ve had (poodle, Pomeranian, yorkie, and Rottweilers). Many are impressed by how well my Rottweilers do on walks because they are well trained and I can have them off leash. I love all dogs and have been caring for dogs since I was 5. My love for animals is also taking me to Arizona to study veterinary medicine! I have a car so I will be able to pick up and drop off with ease if needed. I can care for pets all day! I always stay professional and compassionate despite the location of my pet sitting. I love all animals and I am happy to watch them as needed!

About: Since 2009, I have had dogs... I absolutely love them (and really all animals)! I cared for my two dogs until their passing at approximately 9 years of age since they were puppies. While in graduate school, I volunteered at the Oakland Animal Shelter for a few months taking care of pigeons, such as feeding them and cleaning their cages. So, if you have some unusual animals- I am open to taking care of them too! I also had a 2 week experience cat sitting for my cousin's senior cat by feeding/giving her water and general watching her. So, I have good experience with taking care of cats too although I have never had a cat personally. At the moment, I have my senior dog, Mr. Beau, an 11 year American Staff Terrier I adopted in 2023 at the shelter. While I was at the Oakland Animal Shelter, staff made it known that senior animals are the most often overlooked animals for adoption and that made me feel sad :( So once I was able to, I made it a mission to adopt a senior pup, and I am so happy and fulfilled with my decision. As with any senior (including humans), they come with special needs, such as different medications, loss of hearing, limited walking, increase in illnesses, etc. My dog has had many complications, but with my great patience with senior pups, I feel confident in taking care of their specific needs! I know what it is like to trust strangers with taking care of your pet- its scary! Mr. Beau has specific senior needs and is picking, so I hope my experience can make you feel more comfortable with choosing me to take care of your pet when you're away! Experience: senior dogs, puppies, cats, birds, or other types of pets. I am open-minded! I was laid off from my job at the end of June, so I while I am applying to full time work, I have time to take care of pets in the meantime to fill my weekly schedule! While I cannot provide pet sitting services at my own home because my dog is not friendly with other dogs (sad face), I am skilled in meeting with my where my clients are at. I love to ask questions about the pet's history, current physical state, quirks, boundaries, etc. so I don't cause unnecessary stress or issues. Depending on the pet's attitudes and boundaries, I am open to playing, walking, or just simply checking in on them. I want to try to make their environment as healthy and safe as possible, so for instance, if its too hot in the house, I'd like to verify with the owner is opening a window or using the air conditioner is okay.

“Kim is truly one of a kind. She watched our sweet girl while we were out of town, and to say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. Our dog has a seizure disorder and follows a strict medication schedule—not exactly easy care. But Kim handled everything with total confidence and care, allowing us to relax knowing Coco was in the best hands. During our trip, Coco had some stomach, upset which is not uncommon for her, and Kim responded with such grace and compassion. She not only cleaned everything thoroughly, but gave us many updates on how Coco was feeling. We certainly did not expect Kim to clean up at the level that she did and we are forever grateful. On top of everything, Kim took the initiative to wash all the bedsheets and towels and somehow managed to leave our home spotless, even better than we left it. What touched us most was the compassion behind everything she did while taking care of Coco. On top of it all, she gifted us a breathtaking hand-drawn sketch of our beloved girl. About: I have experience with dogs, cats and the occasional fish. I can handle senior dogs, puppies, medication and injections. I am an expert snuggler and give great belly rubs. I work from home most of the time so I can spend time with the babies as much as needed. I'm active and walk daily so I can walk dogs as much as is needed. In my home, we have a gated yard and we have a double entry system similar to what you see in dog parks to protect dogs from bolting out the door. At your house, I will follow whatever best practices you prefer.

About: Currently have a Terrier Mix doggy of my own. I use to have a Pitbull Mix but he passed away few years ago. I have experienced with senior dogs and can administer oral medications. My availability is very flexible on the weekends, whether it’s mornings, afternoon, or evenings. I can do check-in/ drop-in visits or pet sit for you at your convenience. About: I am an owner of 2 energetic dogs - both huskies! I have always been a huge animal lover since I was a kid growing up in an household full of fur babies and aquatic creatures. I understand the importance of wanting your babies to be safe and well taken care of while you are away. I heard about Rover through a friend who has been an active caretaker since 2019 and she suggested I begin my journey in building great relationships with owners and gain their pets trust and love! I have experience in providing care to dogs of all sizes, cats, Guinea pigs and aquatic babies (fun fact, I’m also a PADI diver!). I am super excited to begin my services and give you and your animals a positive and comfortable experience 💕 I am a full time songwriter with lots of flexibility to watch your fur babies! I will be available to walk your pups, house sit, and or provide drop in visits :) My home is also equipped with a doggy door so access to the backyard is super convenient! I am accustomed to keeping a good eye on my pups and now that they live with their grandparents, I have all the amenities your babies will need for a clean and safe environment. My home is also located in a gated community so taking them out for walks is safe (very little vehicle access!). There is also an off-leash dog park 8 minutes away if ever needed :)
