I booked Farrah for a 5-night stay that included overnight care and a daily topical medication for 1 of my cats. After Rover support became involved, communication improved and I did start receiving photos and updates, which I appreciated. However, before that, there was a long gap in communication of over 30 hours, and I only received one update during the first couple of days. Because I was out of the country, this was especially concerning. My main concern during that time was not knowing whether my cat was consistently receiving her daily topical medication as instructed. It was also unclear from the communication and overall experience whether the agreed-upon overnight stays were consistently happening. I had also left a relaxing Gatsby Canvas welcome gift and glass pen for her, which was never acknowledged. Once communication resumed, things seemed to go more smoothly, but the initial lack of updates and uncertainty around the overnight care and medication made the experience much less reassuring than I expected. I would recommend being very clear in advance about communication frequency, medication confirmation, and overnight expectations if booking overnight care.

Farrah was really great! She stayed at our house for a week with our dog and did an amazing job. She sent lots of updates and was always very reachable whenever we checked in, which gave us so much peace of mind. She was also kind enough to come by a few days before we left to do a walk-through of the house and meet our dog, which we really appreciated. We came home to a happy dog and a house left in great condition. We truly appreciated having someone so trustworthy and reliable caring for both our home and our dog. We would absolutely recommend Farrah and would love to work with her again.
