About: For four years, I’ve helped take care of my mom’s dog, so I’m very familiar with daily pet needs, from exercise and enrichment to maintaining routines. I’m gentle, attentive, and always focused on making pets feel safe and loved. I am currently a student, so I have plenty of flexibility for pet care throughout the week. I make sure each pet gets consistent attention, playtime, and care that fits smoothly into my daily routine. I create a calm, safe environment for every pet in my care. I follow all feeding instructions, keep routines consistent, and make sure pets always have fresh water and a comfortable space to relax. I stay attentive, use positive handling, and prioritize each pet’s comfort and well‑being. I treat every animal with the same patience and care I give my own family’s dog.

About: I have always loved animals and feel comfortable caring for small and medium dogs. I am calm, patient, and careful with pets. I can help with walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, and basic daily care. I always follow the owner’s instructions and send photo updates. I currently have a flexible schedule, so I can give pets attention, walks, feeding, and regular potty breaks. I am usually available on weekdays and weekends, depending on the booking. I prefer to care for one pet at a time so I can be focused and responsible. I live in an apartment and I keep the environment clean, calm, and safe. I do not leave pets off leash outside. I follow all care instructions carefully, keep doors secure, and make sure pets have fresh water, food, potty breaks, and attention. I prefer small and medium dogs.

About: Since 2009, I have had dogs... I absolutely love them (and really all animals)! I cared for my two dogs until their passing at approximately 9 years of age since they were puppies. While in graduate school, I volunteered at the Oakland Animal Shelter for a few months taking care of pigeons, such as feeding them and cleaning their cages. So, if you have some unusual animals- I am open to taking care of them too! I also had a 2 week experience cat sitting for my cousin's senior cat by feeding/giving her water and general watching her. So, I have good experience with taking care of cats too although I have never had a cat personally. At the moment, I have my senior dog, Mr. Beau, an 11 year American Staff Terrier I adopted in 2023 at the shelter. While I was at the Oakland Animal Shelter, staff made it known that senior animals are the most often overlooked animals for adoption and that made me feel sad :( So once I was able to, I made it a mission to adopt a senior pup, and I am so happy and fulfilled with my decision. As with any senior (including humans), they come with special needs, such as different medications, loss of hearing, limited walking, increase in illnesses, etc. My dog has had many complications, but with my great patience with senior pups, I feel confident in taking care of their specific needs! I know what it is like to trust strangers with taking care of your pet- its scary! Mr. Beau has specific senior needs and is picking, so I hope my experience can make you feel more comfortable with choosing me to take care of your pet when you're away! Experience: senior dogs, puppies, cats, birds, or other types of pets. I am open-minded! I was laid off from my job at the end of June, so I while I am applying to full time work, I have time to take care of pets in the meantime to fill my weekly schedule! While I cannot provide pet sitting services at my own home because my dog is not friendly with other dogs (sad face), I am skilled in meeting with my where my clients are at. I love to ask questions about the pet's history, current physical state, quirks, boundaries, etc. so I don't cause unnecessary stress or issues. Depending on the pet's attitudes and boundaries, I am open to playing, walking, or just simply checking in on them. I want to try to make their environment as healthy and safe as possible, so for instance, if its too hot in the house, I'd like to verify with the owner is opening a window or using the air conditioner is okay.

She was helpful with setting up the appointments and came to meet me and our puppy first which was very reassuring. She has been on time for every appointment and our puppy loves her. She has even been helping with teaching him tricks. We are very happy we met Lisa and have already booked a few more times.”

About: I trained both of my own dogs (a full size Merle golden doodle + chihuahua) and have cared for senior dogs too. I’m patient, reliable and treat every animal like family. Being vegan is part of that same love for animals. I’m at ease with dogs of any size and experienced in handling bigger, stronger breeds safely. I’m an independent jewelry designer and founder of my brand so my schedule is flexible and can work around pretty much any schedule. My weekends and holidays are open as well. I care for pets in their own home, keeping their routine consistent, feeding on schedule, medications on time, and enrichment throughout the day. I’ve house sat for friends’ dogs, including but not limited to pit bulls, greyhounds, shih tzu’a and mixed breeds, always prioritizing their safety and comfort while respecting their home.

“Hector was the best taking care of my cat! He was extremely responsible and careful and followed all my instructions to take care of Kitty. I had to travel to my home country for a couple of weeks, and having Hector around made me feel comfortable. He was super responsive to the texts and always made sure he posted an update for me for every visit. He kept my place clean, brought in any packages that were outside of my apartment and took care of everything I asked him to do. I could also see how well he treated Kitty, and how he played with her and pet her. My cat really adores him. He was also super polite with me and it was a pleasure dealing with him. About: What sets me apart is my deep commitment to following your exact routine. I am attentive to detail whether your pet requires a strict medication schedule, extra potty breaks, or highly specific care instructions. I truly love animals and focus on giving them my undivided attention, plenty of affection, and the dedicated time they deserve. I am able to care for animals at least 5 times out of the week for 4-6 hours. Depending on the days required, I do have school at certain times a week. I have hobbies and obligations to do as well. I believe 4-6 hours is time that I do have depending on the day of course as mentioned. I could possibly even spend a full day if needed. Again this depends on the day of the week and month. The reason I can’t take in animals at my own home is because I simply don’t have enough space or else I totally would! Also, the baby of the bunch doesn’t do well with new comers. I feed my cats at least 3 times a day they beg like they haven’t eaten in days I might add. They often let me know when they want things by getting my attention and running to the bowl or to their toys or the door to be let out. They have a litter box with cat pellets so It doesn’t stink up the entire house. Laser pointer sessions and dangling cat toys are their favorite. Yes of course the box the cat trees come in are more fun than the actual tree. Cat trees are replaced often, my cats love to chat with me when I talk they talk back. They love wet food every twice a week with many ingredients. My dad’s dog I take care of while he’s on 1 year vacation loves hiking trails that I usually walk on haha. He prefers the best of the best kinds of dog food won’t eat anything else! He’s a good boy and they’re sometimes good cats since they like to knock things over every once in a while or try and pick at my food when I’m on a quick bathroom break. All in all it’s easy to take care of animals in my opinion my cats were not easy to take care of as kittens they needed a lot done and one of them always had issues with her bladder and glands. She’s better now thanks to God and me for the outrageous bills. I’d do it for every animal if I could but I just don’t have enough resources or money to do so. I do love animals and they deserve joy, a wide environment, and amazing care while they’re living and breathing.

About: I had a boston terrier and doberman as pets. Though I don’t have professional experience in taking care of dogs, I love taking care of people and pets. I’m open to learning, observant, communicative. I’m a nurse who works 3 days a week, studying part time and I am seeking for tasks I can do during my free time. I currently do not have pets at home right now. I have more interest in walking pets and drop-in visits. I also have the patience and strength to wall bigger dogs as I had a doberman who was 1-2 yrs old.

I have two wonderful Pomeranians—one is a charming 20 lb tan furball, and the other is a delightful 9 lb blue merle sweetheart. We also have the pleasure of sharing our home with Yangi, our American Domestic Shorthair cat. If your dog is not properly potty trained, we just ask that you provide doggie diapers for their stay, and we’re all good to go~
