About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I grew up with dogs in my home and have been dog sitting for over 10 years, caring for pups of all sizes and personalities. I genuinely love animals and treat every dog like my own—making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I am a very active individual so I make sure they get lots of playtime and walks:) I work full time, 8–5, but I always come home during my lunch break for about an hour. I also take nightly walks. I’m available on weekends and am usually home. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. This includes feeding them on their regular schedule, providing fresh water, taking them on walks, and giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully to keep the pet’s routine consistent and stress-free. Growing up, my family had a German Shorthaired Pointer, a Labrador Retriever, and a Boxer-Pit Bull mix, which gave me experience with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. For the past four years, I’ve also regularly cared for a pair of Jack Russell Terriers while their owners were away. In addition, I’ve house- and dog-sat for two Brittanys and have checked in on outdoor cats on multiple occasions. I also have a black tuxedo cat of my own, so I’m comfortable caring for both cats and dogs and understand that every pet has unique needs, personalities, and routines. I’m currently working part time and in a Masters in Kinesiology program online. I am free all evenings after 4 pm in the month of August, and also free some mornings before 12pm! About: I've been with dogs since I was born, my family currently owns 4 of them and I also have taken care of my neighbors senior German Shepherd from time to time. I'm working on getting into a nursing program once Fall 2026 starts, I only have classes Tuesday and Thursday along with night classes on Mondays. About: I grew up with dogs and have 4 years of professional dog and cat caretaking experience - I worked at an animal hospital in the boarding department taking care of dogs and cats (giving meds, feeding, nail trims, and daycare).
