“Ciana was caring and thoughtful through the whole process. Worked very well with my husky. She left detailed notes about each walk and communicated well with me, which showed me how well she works with pets and their owners. She was the best! Will definitely book with her again.”

“My dog seems to have been very happy with Kaitlyn. Love the pictures and detailed reports after each walk. We recently moved and received A LOT of packages while away (home decor, etc.), which Kaitlyn was nice enough to contend with as well.”

“I was very happy to find Angela to walk my dog, Nova. Nova is 7-months old and full of energy! Angela takes amazing care of her during her walks. Nova gets super excited to see Angela. Angela will text over a picture. I never worry about Nova when Angela is walking her.”

“Cynthia has walked my dogs countless times at this point and is always so thorough in the info she provides about their walks as well as sending me priceless photos. She’s super reliable and I know my dogs look forward to their time with her!”

About: Hi, I'm Anna. I am not your typical dog walker. I have a bachelors degree in animal science, a masters degree in applied animal behavior and welfare and a second masters degree in psychology, so I can handle anything your furbaby can throw at me! I have a wide range of experience from working with shelter dogs in Sacramento to working with cheetahs in Africa to working with sheep in Wales, and everything in between (including teaching chickens to run an obstacle course). I am here to offer a wide range of services from house sitting, pet sitting, pet training, and pet grooming. I love to work with animals to help them become the best version they can be. I can't wait to serve your family as best I can! I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to devote to my true passion: taking care of animals! I am available for over night stays, drop ins, and walks. I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own! I do my best to ensure a stress-free visit every time I stay with a pet.

I’m that person ! :) I will help with what the client feels is needed
“Renee was punctual when we met her for the first time. She suggested walking Chase around our cul-de-sac to see how he would do, which I really appreciated. Renee was very friendly and gentle with my puppy, and Chase immediately liked her. She also came well prepared when she arrived at our home. Overall, we had a great first experience with her.”

About: Hi, I’m Dalene. I have 35 + years’ experience caring for my furry, feathered, and reptilian friends-those of my neighbors, friends, and clients, and I understand how valuable they are as an important member of your household. I have experience working with disabled pets, senior pets, and administering medication. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, ages, temperaments, and energy. I prioritize reading body language, so I can identify if your pet has an illness, or is anxious and stressed, to ensure their safety, health, and happiness. I have past volunteer experience working at the Monterey County SPCA, and worked mainly with the dogs, playing with them, taking them for walks, and evaluating new arrivals for adoption. It was so rewarding when they were adopted! I volunteered at the Monterey zoo, and helped care for monkeys, elephants, ferrets, etc. I have a crazy alligator story I will share with you if you ask! 🫣 I am a full time pet sitter, so I’ll have plenty of time for belly rubs, playing fetch, relaxing with your pets, long walks, and making sure their needs are met. At this time, I only care for pets in your home where they are most comfortable, and I will provide a calm environment where they feel safe, nurtured, and loved. Each pet is unique, and I will care for them accordingly. I will send you photos of your pets throughout the day, to give you peace of mind, so you know they are happy and content. Safety is of utmost importance when it comes to your pets, and I’m aware of other dogs when out on a walk, and making sure doors and gates are closed. I will not have houseguests over. I’m looking forward to meeting you and your pets! 😊

About: I've been helping to care for my family's pets for several years. This includes playing and running with dogs, feeding small livestock, and feeding/handling chickens. I'm a college student with many hours in between classes. I'd love spending that time making sure your pets are being loved, having fun, and taken care of :) I look forward to meeting with pet parents to see your pet's routine and the environment that they're comfortable in. I believe maintaining your pet's routines is very important.

About: What sets me apart is the amount of patience, attention, and genuine care I give every pet. I understand that every animal has a different personality and comfort level, so I always take time to make them feel safe, relaxed, and loved. I’m experienced with pets of different ages, sizes, and energy levels, including puppies who need consistency and senior pets who need extra patience and gentle care. I’m also very reliable with feeding schedules, medications, walks, and keeping owners updated with photos and messages so they always know their pets are in good hands. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy being around animals. I have a flexible schedule, so I’m able to make time for walks, potty breaks, playtime, feedings, and lots of attention throughout the day. I like keeping pets on their normal routine so they feel comfortable and stress-free while you’re away. I always make sure pets are in a safe, calm, and clean environment where they can feel comfortable and secure. I pay close attention to routines, feeding instructions, medications, and any special needs. In a client’s home, I respect their space and keep everything tidy while making sure their pets get constant care, supervision, affection, and plenty of exercise.
About: ⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTACTING ⚠️ To ensure we're a good fit and to respect both our time, please review my pricing and policies below before reaching out. Thank you! Welcome! I'm so glad you're here 🐾 Why families choose me I know how hard it is to leave your furry family member with someone new. That's why I'd love for you to visit my home before booking – see where your pet will stay, meet me in person, and get a feel for the environment. No pressure, just peace of mind. Here's what makes my care different: I only take two to three pets at a time. Yes, I have space for more, but I intentionally keep things small. Your pet isn't just another booking; they get my full attention, a calm environment, and the kind of care I'd want for my own pet. Since I work from home, your pet is never alone. If your pup has separation anxiety or just loves company, they'll have me nearby all day. I genuinely treat every guest like they're part of my family. What you can expect • Photos you'll actually love: I take pride in capturing beautiful moments of your pet. Check out my profile photos – that's the quality you'll get! I want you to see your pet's personality shine and know they're happy and loved. • Real communication: During business hours, you can call me anytime. Need an update? Have a question? I'm here. Your peace of mind matters. • A spotless home: My place is deep-cleaned weekly. It's fresh, odor-free, and hygienic. You're always welcome to visit! Just a heads up – I do ask guests to remove shoes to keep things pristine. • Safe outdoor space: The backyard has seven gorgeous redwood trees that provide tons of shade. That said, your pup will spend most of their time inside with me, where it's cool and comfortable. I never leave dogs unsupervised outside for extended periods. • A calm, quiet home: No young kids, and no elderly family members. Just a peaceful space where your pet can relax and be the star of the show. • No pool: One less thing to worry about! Safety first. Important details about care & pricing • Veterinary care: If I notice anything concerning about your pet's health, I'll contact you immediately (and Rover). If I can't reach you, I'll take them to the vet. All bookings are covered by Rover's Guarantee (up to $25,000 for eligible vet expenses). • Pricing adjustments: I do charge additional fees for certain situations to ensure I can provide the best care: Small: Base Rate Medium dogs: (30-60 lbs): +$15 Large dogs (60-90 lbs): +$20 Giant dogs (90-200 lbs): +$100 Puppies under 1 year (not potty trained): +$125 Why the large/giant dog fees? I want to be transparent about this. • Decline other reservations: due to the lack of space, I might need to be forced to cancel other reservations to ensure we have adequate space for your furry friend. • Space & capacity: When I host a large or giant breed, it often means I can only take one other pet (or sometimes no other pets) to ensure everyone has adequate space and comfort. This limits my availability for other bookings. • Physical demands: Larger dogs require more physical strength and energy – from handling on walks to managing their movements indoors. It's more intensive work to provide the attentive, hands-on care they deserve. • Wear and resources: Bigger dogs naturally need more of everything – more food, more space, more cleanup. They also create more wear on furniture, floors, and the home environment. • Individual attention: Every dog gets my full focus, but larger dogs often need extra time and specialized care to ensure they're comfortable and happy in my home. This pricing ensures I can give your large or giant dog the quality, individualized attention they deserve without compromising on care. Why the puppy fee? Puppies are wonderful, but they need specialized care! I take your pup out every 30 minutes to support their potty training and help them develop good habits. It's hands-on work, but it makes a real difference. If your puppy is already crate and potty trained, I'm happy to waive this fee. Again, please review these details before reaching out so we can make sure we're the right fit for your pet! I can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! 🐕💕 A day in the life with me 🌅 I'm naturally an early riser, which works out perfectly for your pup! Here's what a typical day looks like: Morning: We start the day with a refreshing morning walk to get those legs moving and set a positive tone for the day. Throughout the day: Your dog will get regular potty breaks in my backyard all morning long. Since I work from home, I'm always here to let them out when they need it. Evening: When the weather's nice, we'll wind down with an evening walk to stretch, explore, and burn off any remaining energy. This is the exact routine I followed with my own dog, and it worked wonders for his potty training. He learned to trust that I'd take him out when needed, and I learned to trust that he'd wait. It's all about consistency and communication! Your dog will seamlessly become part of my daily rhythm – same love, same care, same attention I gave my own. They're not just a guest; they're family while they're here. 🐕❤️ 🐣They will be in a safe and secure environment, where no dog will be distressed. I prioritize understanding each dog's behavior by discussing their temperament with clients and taking proactive measures to ensure a calm and harmonious atmosphere. This is why I limit the number of dogs to a maximum of two per night, to maintain individual attention and safety for all pets involved.
About: For the past 8 years, my daughter has been working with a rescue, fostering dogs of all ages—from playful puppies to sweet seniors. I’ve been by her side every step of the way, helping care for each one. Through the years, I’ve gained so much experience and joy being around these amazing pups. They’ve filled our home with love while they wait to find their forever families, and every one of them has left a paw print on our hearts. Pet care is naturally woven into my daily routine. From morning walks and mealtime to play sessions and cuddles, I make sure every pet feels loved and secure. Whether it’s a quick potty break or a relaxing evening stroll, I prioritize their comfort and happiness just like I would with my own. Caring for animals has become a joyful and meaningful part of my everyday life. When I care for pets in someone’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all feeding, walking, and medication instructions carefully and give them plenty of love, attention, and playtime. Being in their familiar environment helps them feel safe and relaxed, and I do everything I can to make sure they’re comfortable and happy while their family is away.
“Kate is a really great dog walker. She was available on short notice, timely, had a genuine love for our dog, and after just a few walks he is already super excited to see her for exercise time!”

About: My girlfriend and I had our dog for 10 years (adopted at 4 from the SPCA). She was the greatest dog and died of liver cancer early this year. It was an awesome privilege to grow up with her. I'm not going to take up this space mentioning all the cute little details of our lives, but know that i enjoyed every bit of it. I know the ups and downs of a dogs life and can channel that energy. Our dog Keiko got sick multiple times and through Iriving pet hospital and a certain doctor we were able to care for her in a way that made us realize a dog's resilience. I mean she went from 40 pounds to 50 to 30. Skin issues, and eventually cancer. But we stuck with it, learned a lot and eventually made that decision when it was time. So that love is there. I work from home, so depening on your schedule, we can work out something. Just message me, and I am confident we can make something work. Thanks. With our dog, we had a backyard that was fenced. So that was extremely helpful. We also had a dog fence outside of our door. I'm familiar with pads if necessary. We always walked our dog outside on leash unless she was at the beach. But I realize this varies for every dog. Also, if you read my profile, I want you to know that my girlfriend and I have lost our dog earlier this year. If it is comfortable with you, we can both combine to walk your dog if that helps. Obviously we aren't looking for any extra compensation. It's just that we are great with dogs and want to make sure your dog feels cool. Just an option to consider.

I have a fenced yard and very friendly dog to keep company during the day. Very friendly indoor cat and the dog at night. Can crate dog if needed (up to medium dogs). Access to litter box in my home.
About: I'm a former 4H member which means I've not only taken care of a variety of animals, I've also shown them in competitions. I have personal experience taking care of Dogs, Cats, Horses, Birds, Rabbits & Rodents, and even Fish. I have owned and cared for many animals throughout my life, most of them have lived to old age--don't you just wish they could live forever? I am happy to take care of your loved ones as if they were my own for however long you need to be away from home. I am currently on Leave of Absence from work due to health issues which means I have all day and night to spend with your critters. I will follow your care instructions as closely as humanly possible! Need me to cuddle them during a storm? "Cook" their food before serving it? Shove a pill in a hotdog? Give your pet an IV bag? Been there, done that. Whatever they need, I'm there.

John is an excellent communicator and really cares about you and your dog’s needs and will do what it takes to make sure they are well cared for under his service.
