About: I have cared for friends' and neighbors' pets for years. I have nearly 10 years' experience as a veterinary technician and I have had multiple pets of my own for decades. I have experience with dogs (all breeds), cats, pocket pets (especially pet rats), birds, aquatic, reptile (except snakes). I also volunteer for Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center handling various dogs and attending to their various needs and comfort levels. I also volunteer with horses and have a good understanding of horse care and communication. I am currently a stay at home mom of a teen, so I have some extra free time since my child no longer needs constant caretaking. I volunteer for Miss Winkles Pet Adoption and Heart of the Horse Therapy Ranch regularly. I am casually looking for part-time work that fits my skills. I would love to help care for your pets. I will care for your pets in your home just as you would and follow every preference you may have. I also have experience medicating cats, dogs, and rodents via oral medication or injections. “First time using Rover so I was a little bit nervous but Donna was AMAZING!! She spent a ton of time with my sweet boy! She sent pictures, took him on a walk, and even taught him a new trick (I literally booked her to drop in twice). You could just tell how much she cared about his comfort and well being; for instance, our heat went out and when the temperature dropped she offered to drive an extra two hours to bring him a heater! We live super far away from her and yet she still took an extra trip to come meet all of us. I could not recommend her enough! She’s wonderful!!”

About: I worked in pet care for around 1.5 years so I'm experienced with all sizes, ages, and maintenance requirements. I walked dogs as small as chihuahuas and as large as mastiffs and great danes! Not to mention, I cared for seniors who required a multitude of medication such as insulin shots or just needed a little more patience as I went through my day. I also cared for my own kitty for 15 sweet years (including administering medication when she got older), and currently take care of my family’s maltipoo :). I’m not currently working so I have a very flexible schedule to take care of your furry ones! I will do my best to accommodate your needs. I can easily accommodate any needs your pet has in your home. Additionally, I will respect any house rules and make sure the space is just as you left it.
