About: I love dogs! I grew up with them and don’t know what I’d do without them. I am a very chill, easy going person and am okay with last minute favors. I would love to watch your dog/dogs! I have a total of three family dogs, but had to leave them all with my family back home. Hopefully I can help you out! Feel free to message me with any questions! I just moved here from Michigan and don’t know anybody, so I have plenty of time to hang out with your fur baby! I work three times a week, so I’m free the other four. I’m currently working three times a week, & am available for the other four any time of the day! Let’s discuss how I can help. I have a dog friendly apartment, which has an elevator for those with older dogs! I am also able to go to clients houses if needed.

About: I have pet sat for neighbors and family friends since I was thirteen years old. I would feed cats and dogs as well as walk dogs. It my top priority that every animal in my care gets the love and attention they need. I am a college student, but I am available everyday for drop in visits, walking, and house sittings. Considering it is summer now, My schedule is pretty open. I will not board in my own home due to personal circumstances but am willing to drop by to check in on your furry friend. I will provide them with food, love, and attention as they deserve to be spoiled after all :)

“First time using Rover so I was a little bit nervous but Donna was AMAZING!! She spent a ton of time with my sweet boy! She sent pictures, took him on a walk, and even taught him a new trick (I literally booked her to drop in twice). You could just tell how much she cared about his comfort and well being; for instance, our heat went out and when the temperature dropped she offered to drive an extra two hours to bring him a heater! We live super far away from her and yet she still took an extra trip to come meet all of us. I could not recommend her enough! She’s wonderful!!”

I have been a certified dog trainer for 6 years, I worked at a board and train facility, and the last 4 years I have trained service dogs for a nonprofit. I am certified through Animal Behavior College, Service Dog Coach, and the Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers as a trainer and dog behaviorist. I only use positive reinforcement with my clients and their dogs. If you would prefer I use aversive equipment such as a prong, choke or shock collar, or aversive techniques I would prefer you find a different dog walker. If you are open to using positive equipment, I can give you more detailed information on equipment I recommend when I meet you and your dog. If you have any questions please reach out, I would love to help you and your four legged friend! I can be very flexible with my schedule. My availability may be subject to change but if you are a recurring client I will work with you to find the best time that fits both of our schedules and needs. I also respect your home by keeping everything clean and organized. Before leaving, I make sure your pet is safe, doors are secured, and everything is in order.
