About: I have taking care of my dogs since I was 12. Every morning, I feed them before I went to school. After the school, I took them for a walk. Sometimes, I spent my days bathing them, grooming their she spent her days bathing them, grooming their matted fur, and tending to their wounds with gentle hands fur. At night, we slept together all the time. I took care of them makes me brighter and happier. I’m available of weekend afternoon, and weekday after work around 6 pm. About: Im working on a biology degree, as well as 10 years of taking care of my own pets. I love spending time with all the little ones, no matter how shy or rowdy they are! Im in between classes at the moment, and have nothing but free hours. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays I work untill about 3, but other than that my schedule is entirely open! Ive taken care of my dogs with frequent walks, regular feeding times and lots and lots of love. Pets and playtime are important to me as well. Whichever way you like to take care of your pet, all you need to do is ask.

About: We don't have any pets of our own, but have experience with taking care of cats/dogs for our friends, family, and now Rover clients! My fiancé and I both work from home, so we love being able to keep your pets company. We also have a fenced-in backyard (turf/artificial grass and cement with a shaded patio) where we can play fetch or let your dog sunbathe 🌞 I'm available during the week and on weekends to care for your dogs or cats. My fiancé and I both work from home, and are flexible to take breaks to walk or play with your pets! When boarding your pets, we can offer them plenty of love and attention! For dogs, we usually do at least 2-3 walks per day (we keep the afternoon ones short if it's too hot). We have a large fenced-in backyard and a few parks in walking distance. For cats, we love playing with them with wand toys or simple yarn, or putting some Cat TV on for them haha.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 17 and it’s more than just a job- it’s a passion that has grown over the years!! Pet care is a natural part of my weekly life. I’m in nursing school so I structure my days to ensure I have plenty of time and energy to give pets attention they need! I create a safe, comfortable, and pet friendly environment where your dog can feel at peace. I follow their routines as closely as possible and provide plenty of cuddles!!

About: I have a German shepherd and know how to walk and care for larger breed dogs correctly. I also know how to properly use a prong collar and will do long walks if necessary! :) I work part-time but early mornings work best for me. I usually will go to a near by trail for runs/walks with my dog who will be brought along also. I take my dog on daily 3-4 mile runs/walks/hikes to get his exercise in, he has lots of energy. I know how to handle reactive dogs as well!

About: I work fully remote, so your pets will never be left alone. I’m flexible with house-sitting, very watchful, and trusted by friends for years. Safety is my priority! I keep a close eye on pets to make sure they stay safe while having fun. I love playing games like fetch and giving them lots of attention. I’m respectful of your space and always follow care instructions exactly. I don’t have pets of my own, so your fur baby gets my full attention. I’m very observant and make sure pets stay safe, happy, and out of trouble. I follow care instructions closely and am happy to house-sit if needed. I only take one client at a time to ensure your pets get the care they deserve.

About: I grew up in a pet-loving household with dogs, cats, birds, chickens, turtles, and hamsters, which fostered my deep love for animals. I began dog sitting for neighbors and relatives at 18 and gradually expanded my pet sitting experience to serve around 50 families per year. I work full-time Monday to Friday but am available on weekends, evenings, and for short breaks during the day to care for or walk your pets. I offer short dog walks on weekdays and longer walks in the evenings. I can also do quick check-ins at your home during the afternoon. Plus, I'm available for pet care most weekends!

About: I’ve cared for dogs for over 10 years, including my own Bichon Frise and German Shepherd. Since I was 10, neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and love their pets. I’m experienced with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and I truly enjoy bonding with each one. Whether it’s playtime, medication, or senior care, I treat every dog like family. I’m available every day, anytime you need someone to walk your dog. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a long walk for exercise, or just a chance to stretch their legs and sniff around, I’ve got it covered. I tailor each walk to your dog’s needs—high-energy pups can get longer, active walks, while older dogs can enjoy a slower, more relaxed pace. I make sure they stay safe, hydrated, and happy during every outing. Rain or shine, I’m here to help your dog stay healthy and loved. I specialize in dog walking and take pride in making each walk a safe, fun, and personalized experience. Before we start, I always make sure the leash and harness are secure and comfortable. I pay close attention to the dog’s energy level, age, and any special needs—whether that means a brisk walk for exercise or a slow stroll for an older pup. I give them time to sniff, explore, and do their business without rushing. I’m always alert to traffic, other animals, and weather conditions to keep your dog safe. After the walk, I make sure they have water and are settled comfortably at home. I treat every dog with kindness, patience, and respect—just like I do with my own.

About: Growing up, I once said I wanted to be a vegetarian. Of course, little me meant that she wanted to be a veterinarian, because of my love for animals! Being a quiet person, I have always found a sense of peace being around animals. I grew up with a dog named Cassie, and took care of her the best a little kid can, until she passed away from old age at 17 in 2017. That year, I got my rabbit Oliver, my sweet baby who passed away last year. After Cassie's passing, my family adopted an older dog named Sadie. Sadie was adopted to be my mom's "nurse" as she fought cancer, and ended up being a dog who brought me much comfort after my mother lost the battle to cancer. Pets are great listeners and I hold a lot of appreciation for all animals because of that. I am pet sitting to help save money to pursue higher education! I am free for most services most days due to summer break! I will be gone after September as I am moving into college but I appreciate any bookings I can get to help me pay for college! Thank you! When caring for pets in a client's home, I make sure they feel safe and comfortable by following their usual routines, feeding schedules, and providing plenty of attention and playtime. I always maintain a clean environment (for both the pet and for the sitter when they return) and give them regular walks.

About: Been a dog lover ever since I was small, and I love them so much that if I ever visit someone’s home, I usually greet their dog before them. Facts! I work a full time job at an Animal Emergency hospital but I do get three days off every week. Pet sitting would give me even more time to be around pets, even though that’s all I do at work as well. It’s important to know what they like and don’t like, what they can and cannot be around. Even the goodest boys and girls can get into mischief sometimes, as experience has shown me.

About: I have experience dogsitting for many friends for periods of a few days and as long as two weeks. I have had numerous dogs as pets for all of my life. I currently volunteer with dogs at the Milo Foundation and in the past, have volunteered with dogs at the Oakland Animal Shelter. I love all animals - dogs being my favorite! I'm happy to hang with your dog at home or go for a nice walk - whatever they want! I have experience with senior and baby pets - including baby fowl. I’ve even got some pig-care experience. I work WFH so my weekdays are flexible. I enjoy early morning walks through early afternoon. Generally take walks on weekends for repeat clients only. I’m happy to observe any routines your pets are used to. I enjoy hanging out and getting all the animal love I can in return for constant care. I may run an errand or two but prefer to be “home” for most of the sit.

“We had a challenging time getting together for a meet and greet and it didn't happen prior to my trip. I was a bit apprehensive but Murphy and Mini adapted well to their new sitter, Desiree. While on my trip Desiree text me and asked if my son was home. She had run out to her car and got her phone then realized that she had locked the bottom lock on our door handle. So she couldn't get in. I had to call for a locksmith (after hours) to come and left her on. Desiree mentioned I could file a claim. Rover has coverage up to $250 and the rest would have to be covered by me. When I went to file a claim I was told that this would not be reimbursed but they would give me $100 credit. It was a hassle to get the hotel but I'm even more grateful that my pups were inside when she accidentally locked herself out. She came to meet the locksmith and stayed until he was finished. I am grateful for my dogs being taken care of but I was a bit nervous about their well being. Thank you for reading my review. Lynne, Glendora”

“Thank you so much, Justene ! Thank you for being available so last minute and meeting Sebastian prior to me going out of town. He looked happy when we got back We hope to work with you again!”
