“Morgan was great! She was on time, took my dog on nice walks, and had great communication throughout each visit. My dog was well taken care of and I felt comfortable knowing he was in good hands. I'd definitely recommend her and would book with her again!”

“Angela has always been phenomenal with our dogs. One of our girls is wary and shy around new people but loved Angela two minutes after she walked through the door. She also always sends pictures which I love. Highly recommend her for any and all services that she offers!”

I am currently not Available mid day on weekdays. I am available weekends all day! I am a caring and punctual person. I enjoy playing fetch and cuddling so your furry friend will never feel alone! I’ll make sure your friend is always comfortable in their beds with a blanket. Lastly, I would set alarms to be sure your dog or cat is fed on time or taken out on time as well!

About: I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for both dogs and cats. I have a dog of my own and have had cats in the past, so I understand how much our pets become part of the family. I’ve also cared for friends’ pets for anywhere from a single day to several days at a time. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, giving pets attention, and keeping them on their normal routine. I know it can be hard leaving your pets with someone else, so I want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. I love to keep you updated with pictures and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your fur baby is doing well. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend plenty of time caring for pets. I have a dog of my own, so having pets as part of my daily routine feels very natural to me. I’m able to make time throughout the day for feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and attention. I’m also happy to follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m able to give pets plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. I’ll treat your pet like one of my own, follow your instructions and their normal routine, and make sure they are safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I’m also respectful of each pet’s individual personality and will give them affection and attention while allowing them space when they need it.

About: I'm on this site so you already know I love animals, but with that love comes a sensitvity for what would truly make them happy. I will be there to love them with whatever their hearts desire, while keeping them safe and comfortable. During high school I was very active in FFA ,Future Farmers of America, and there experienced taking care of all kinds of animals. Dogs, rabbits, mice, chickens, ducks, pigs and once a prairie dog! Loving animals sometimes sounds like an understatement for me cause it is so much more. I started this because I knew I wanted to do something to make extra money but I knew I couldn’t invest my time in something that would be boring for me later. I know this is something I am passionate about and I am more than excited to start this new path. I can do dog walking every afternoon and full time on Fridays and weekend. Overnight stays any day of the week, with proper notice in advance I follow the exact instructions given by the owner/care giver to care for their fur baby while loving them like they are my own babies
“I can’t say enough great things about Allison! She has been an absolute lifesaver for our family. I was worried that I would have a difficult time finding someone that would be a good fit for my crazy dogs, but Allison clicked with them right away. She is professional, dependable, and treats my pups just like I would. I especially look forward to her funny comments and pics on the Rover card. I highly recommend Allison!”

About: I've had over 20 years of pet care experience, ranging between several different dog breeds and sizes, cats, rodents, reptiles, and even some bird-sitting. I understand each pet is different in their own way, some needing certain medications or volumes of food and water, and other pets are easier to take care of, but their owners need someone last minute to help watch and take care of their beloved pets. I also know when it comes to more than one pet in the household, some pets can get rowdy with each other and may tend to hurt one other, so I'm used to cleaning up after and treating the occasional bites or scratches they inflict. Having to give medications, give special food, and even seeing blood or recent wounds on animals doesn't stop me from providing the care they need while their owners are away at work or vacation or whatever else life has thrown their way. I've been known to be a reliable petsitter by many friends and family members over the years, and I make sure to follow all needs and specifications for each pet, regardless of their age and their size. At the moment, I am available all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and then on Mondays and Wednesdays I am attending a class from 9:30 AM to 12:30 AM, which anytime before or afterwards I can help walk or watch over pets. While I do not currently offer petsitting at my own home due to my roommates, I understand that every owner's household and every pet is different. I make sure that each of the doors and windows are closed and locked for the pet's safety, unless otherwise specified by the owners. If there are certain rooms or parts of the house off-limits to myself or the pets, I keep us away from those areas for the owner's privacy. And if the pets do tend to make a mess or I use any of the utilities of the home to help clean and take care of the pets, I make sure that everything is turned off and cleaned up afterwards so there are no messes for the owners when they return to their home and beloved pets.
About: In 2018 I began working at Petsmart and also began fostering cats with Tabby Tales Rescue in Savannah, GA! Throughout the years I have helped many beautiful kitties find their forever homes. I then moved onto learning about dogs, fish and small animals! I also worked at Blissful Buddha Pet Services walking dogs, doing overnights, daily feedings, administering daily meds, and much more! I began working at Zoom Room Dog Training in 2022 and became a dog trainer. I also am in a cat training program and veterinarian assistance program through Animal Behavior College. I worked in veterinarians offices as a receptionist and tech assistant. I truly believe in giving both the animals and their families an enjoyable and comfortable experience. Currently I have plenty of openings! I love spending my time with animals and making sure their needs are met. Trust and safety are always a priority to me. I will always communicate with you and follow your guidelines along with the knowledge I have gained about keeping everyone’s babies safe! For environment I keep things very clean. I wash their bowls, clean the water fountains, sweep, wipe down counters, etc to make sure your home is comfortable and as you left it! I have open availability! Whenever you need me, I’m there! I will work around your schedule to fit your needs. I am taking 3-4 clients a day! I care deeply about safety and cleanliness. I always check locks, doors, and do a pet count several times a visit to make sure I have all eyes on all animals. I will clean, play, rest, walk, whatever your pet needs!
About: I’ve helped raise and take care of dogs since I was 10 or so. We’ve had several litters of puppies that we had to raise and get rehomed as well as various animals to include cats, dogs, and smaller animals like guinea pigs and hamsters. Each animal has its own personality and that makes working with them so special. I have flexibility to stop in the middle of the day during the work week to check in on your pet and provide the care needed on a daily basis. I also have open availability on the weekends and evenings to check in as needed. I try to treat each animal how I would like my animals to be treated. They are alive and have personalities that should be tailored to the approach you give the pets. That’s my philosophy.
About: I’ve always taken care of animals and have been around them my entire life! I was always the go-to person in my neighborhood when someone needed a pet sitter. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, fish, and even a chameleon! I would love to gain experience on taking care of other types of animals too! I’m currently in school on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am-2pm. I also am working part time all week at a restaurant so hours may vary depending on the week! I will work around my school and work schedule to fit the pet-babies needs however I can best possibly fit :) I’m always making sure to feed my dogs at the same time every night, making sure my longer-haired dog goes to the groomers regularly, going exactly by directions and rules given by pet owners. I know how to preform cpr on any cats as well.

“Jamie is fabulous. She was very responsive and flexible when scheduling on pretty short notice. When she dropped my key back off the dogs were excited to see her which is always a good sign! I would absolutely use her again in the future. It feels good to know my girls were taken of.”

About: Hi! I’m Sarah. I’m a huge dog person - I have four of my own! I had pretty much every kind of small animal, and cats, growing up too, so I’m comfortable with most pets. I love dogs, and I’m good with them. I have an English mastiff, two pit mixes (lab mix who’s on the larger side and a smaller, shorter lady), and a little poodle mix, so I have experience and am comfortable with all different sizes and breeds. I work from home and my schedule is flexible as it is, but my hours haven’t gone back to normal since the pandemic so my availability is very open right now. Even once I go back to full time, my schedule is still flexible so I’ll still have time for Rover. I’d love to meet you and your babies and see if we’re the right fit for each other!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
