About: Since the age of six, dogs have been a major presence in my life. From 50 lb pitties to 3 lb yorkies, I have had the privilege of caring for a myriad of canine companions, including seniors and those with special needs. My passion lies in ensuring that your fur babies receive nothing short of exceptional care, along with ample opportunities for fun and exercise. Over the course of the past sixteen years, I have gained a wealth of experience in managing complex medication schedules, tending to severe illnesses, and attending to various disabilities. About: I’ve raised my mini Australian Shepherd since he was eight weeks old—training, socializing, and caring for him through every stage, from puppy zoomies to adult adventures, with lots of exercise, structure, and love. My home is a great place for dogs who like to play and be social, though, no-group dogs are welcome and are given individual playtime with me instead. *** Any holiday involving fireworks in the neighborhood are treated with the utmost care for dogs who have severe anxiety to loud noises. • Group dogs (dogs who are friendly with other dogs) are given 2-3 opportunities to play and interact with each other. • Small dogs, senior dogs, and introverted dogs typically socialize together depending upon level of energy. • No-group dogs are walked twice per day. • Bathroom breaks are given every 1-2 hours depending on the need of the dog. • This is a crating household where crates are clean, comfortable, and a positive place to rest.❗️If your dog is severely anxious in a crate, please discuss this with me prior to boarding so that we can make alternative accommodations if necessary. • If your dog experiences allergies or has a sensitive stomach, please explain in detail. • Meals are given in the morning and in the evening, unless lunches are mandatory for your dog’s diet. Heather was great with my pup! She was quick to respond for my request for daycare and was prompt in all her communication. Heather provided a comfortable, safe place for my pup to play and lounge. She had a large, fenced yard (tall privacy) and lots of friendly playmates. When my pup got tired she had plenty of comfy places to rest. Her favorite was the large chaise lounge. Heather sent me videos and pictures during the day to keep me updated. I would definitely send my pup to Heather again for daycare or an overnight stay!
