“Jasmin agreed to watch our cats for two weeks while we went on vacation. I was quite nervous as it was our first time using rover and we have some finicky cats. I was very worried initially as i have a senior cat with some health issues and my other is very shy and quick to refuse food when stressed. She was very confident when we met her and when we introduced her to the cats both of them immediately took to her. This was a first for us as again my one cat has never been so friendly upon meeting someone for the first time but I genuinely believe it was because she has a fantastic personality and animal handling skills. For two weeks she was prompt and clear with her communication and took great photos that made me feel comfortable about my cats' condition. Of course, there were also funny moments she was able to capture which really put me at ease. She was able to identify their patterns of behavior and made notes on it. I appreciate her thoughtfulness on refilling their litter and water fountain. The most memorable thing she did for us was when we were delayed an extra day coming back for our vacation she was completely understanding and agreed to watch the cats on such extremely short notice. If I ever have to get a pet sitter again I know that she will be my first choice going forward. Thank you Jasmin!!”

About: I've had over 20 years of pet care experience, ranging between several different dog breeds and sizes, cats, rodents, reptiles, and even some bird-sitting. I understand each pet is different in their own way, some needing certain medications or volumes of food and water, and other pets are easier to take care of, but their owners need someone last minute to help watch and take care of their beloved pets. I also know when it comes to more than one pet in the household, some pets can get rowdy with each other and may tend to hurt one other, so I'm used to cleaning up after and treating the occasional bites or scratches they inflict. Having to give medications, give special food, and even seeing blood or recent wounds on animals doesn't stop me from providing the care they need while their owners are away at work or vacation or whatever else life has thrown their way. I've been known to be a reliable petsitter by many friends and family members over the years, and I make sure to follow all needs and specifications for each pet, regardless of their age and their size. At the moment, I am available all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and then on Mondays and Wednesdays I am attending a class from 9:30 AM to 12:30 AM, which anytime before or afterwards I can help walk or watch over pets. While I do not currently offer petsitting at my own home due to my roommates, I understand that every owner's household and every pet is different. I make sure that each of the doors and windows are closed and locked for the pet's safety, unless otherwise specified by the owners. If there are certain rooms or parts of the house off-limits to myself or the pets, I keep us away from those areas for the owner's privacy. And if the pets do tend to make a mess or I use any of the utilities of the home to help clean and take care of the pets, I make sure that everything is turned off and cleaned up afterwards so there are no messes for the owners when they return to their home and beloved pets.

About: Hi! I’m Sarah. I’m a huge dog person - I have four of my own! I had pretty much every kind of small animal, and cats, growing up too, so I’m comfortable with most pets. I love dogs, and I’m good with them. I have an English mastiff, two pit mixes (lab mix who’s on the larger side and a smaller, shorter lady), and a little poodle mix, so I have experience and am comfortable with all different sizes and breeds. I work from home and my schedule is flexible as it is, but my hours haven’t gone back to normal since the pandemic so my availability is very open right now. Even once I go back to full time, my schedule is still flexible so I’ll still have time for Rover. I’d love to meet you and your babies and see if we’re the right fit for each other!

Not only does he get a lot more social interaction with other puppers than usual, Jessica provides great care and great photos of how he's doing. It's not only going above and beyond expectations but I couldn't be happier with the service and based on Zhan's expressions on his face, he's going to be excited when coming back. 5/5 would recommend to anybody without hesitation!”

“We left our two dogs (medium and large sized) with Cindy for several days and they seemed to really enjoy themselves. Cindy was friendly and welcoming and took great care of Pepper and Jake. Pepper sometimes has separation anxiety, especially at boarding facilities, and doesn't eat well or relax in that setting. But, she did great with Cindy. She had no trouble eating and got lots of attention. Cindy has a spacious, fenced-in yard, so they also had plenty of room to run around outside, which our large dog loved. We would definitely leave Pepper and Jake with Cindy again!”
