About: I have been dog sitting or walking for the last seven years. Also, I worked for a dog daycare for about 2 years. I'm experienced in giving medication and getting stubborn dogs to eat their food. I'm comfortable walking any size or breed of dog. I will be available through the summer and possibly during the school year. The daily or weekly care depends on how many pets I'm caring for at a time. Between the end of August to the beginning of May, I can sit on the weekends. I do require a meeting with owners and the dogs before I dog sit. I'm comfortable to come to my clients home to care for them. If that is taking for a walk or just spending some time with them. I have two friendly beagles that love anyone and a fenced in back yard. I do have a crate of it is need.

“Ollie loved Kate immediately upon her first visit. Callie stayed under the bed but when I’d check in the cats via camera it was clear both were more relaxed. Kate was consistent, checked on Callie under the bed and gave Ollie all the love he would let her. We came home & Ollie did not do his usual stomp to every floor of the house screaming at us. Nothing in the house was messed up, nothing broken, all as it was left including happy cats. I’ll definitely be using Kate again.”

About: I grew up around a variety of animals my whole life and I have been caring for others pets since I was 13 years old. I have always loved animals and treat everyone's pets as if they were my own. My senior year of high school I created my senior project around therapy dogs and helping special needs children. I trained my own dog to be a certified therapy dog through the organization known as Pet Partners. The remainder of the project was visiting with special needs children and doing educational activities. We also visited libraries and young children with developing their reading skills. I recently graduated from Purdue University with an Animal Science degree which has allowed me to gain even more knowledge on how to care for people's pets. I also have knowledge of animal CPR and first aid for cats and dogs. I'm looking forward to being apart of this pet care community and providing excellent care to all the pets I encounter.

About: I don't have any professional experience but I grew up with dogs since I was born. I don't have my own pets so I have a lot of time to give yours. I am available on all day on weekends. If you’re within a couple of miles of Geneva I am available to go let your dogs out on my lunch break and then dog sit after on weekdays. I will respect your home and pets safety when I visit. I also offer pickup and drop-off services for a small fee. I have a fenced yard providing a secured space for your dog to play and relax. I also have a senior male Australian Shedperd who loves to play with other dogs, so your pet will have a friendly companion during the stay.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. From playful puppies to senior dogs needing extra patience and care, I treat every pet like family. As a future nursing student and lifelong animal lover, I’m dependable, attentive, and comfortable handling feeding routines, medications, walks, playtimes, and lots of affection. I currently have a very flexible schedule for the summer and am available for drop ins and walks throughout the week. Once I begin school in the fall, my availability will become more limited, but I’ll continue to keep my calendar updated and communicate clearly about scheduling, and always happy to work with pet parents to find a time that works for both. I always try to keep pets comfortable by following their normal routines as closely as possible. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure before walks or potty breaks to ensure safety. I respect each client’s homes, and make sure pets have fresh water, meals on schedule, exercise, attention, and lots of affection. I also make sure to provide detailed updates and photos so owners feel reassured while they’re away.
