Pet Sitting in Aurora

About: I’ve worked in animal care for years now and have taken care of my own pets for years before that. I have experience with a huge variety of sizes and breeds! I’m well versed in animal behavior and temperaments. I’ve worked with puppies all the way up to senior pets who may need a little extra care or attention. I have my own pets as well and have a deep understanding how much they can mean to us. I’m currently working on my certificate for dog grooming! I have yet to start school but this is a dream I’ve had for a while now. At the moment, I’m almost completely open for sitting. I think enrichment is very important for pets. For dogs, getting outside is a must. Many breeds require a lot of stimulation throughout the day in order to stay healthy in mind and body alike. For cats, some are independent players and toys are a must. Others may like to play with a person and that’s an activity that’s very important for them. I personally feed my animals once in the morning, once at night. My dog typically gets at least one walk a day and I make sure to take him out 2-3 times a day for potty breaks. Or even more if he lets me know he has to go. My one cat is an independent player so I leave her toys in her favorite places.

About: Hi, my name is Maddie, I’ve been caring of animals for as long as I can remember! I have watched friends and families dogs over the last several years, as well as taking care of my own dogs and cats since I was little. My shifts are primarily on weekend nights, giving me availability during the weekdays from morning to evening and I often have weekend availability during the daytime. About: I've taken care of dogs for over a year. Friends and family always come home to a happy pooch! I'll also ensure your fur babys wellbeing by providing appropriate food and water. Caring for pets is part of my daily routine, not just a side task. I am available full-time during the week to ensure your fur baby receives dependable, loving, and structured care. I have a fenced yard were your fur baby can run and play. If your fur baby needs assistance with medication you can ensure I will be there to make sure their medication is taken on time.

I am comfortable handling all types of dogs! I have no preference on breed, activity/energy level, size, etc. I am happy to follow your dog’s feeding schedules, provide enrichment, and give regular updates.

I have a two story home about 2300 square feet and a half acre fenced in yard for activities. Your pet will be welcome as an honorary member to my pack. For the privacy and safety of my family and the pets in my care, I do not offer tours inside my home. I am happy to provide photos, videos, and answer any questions before booking. Communication & Updates I know how important it is to feel connected while you’re away. I provide a daily update with photos each evening (typically between 5–9 PM) so you can see how your dog’s day went. If you’d ever like a quick check-in during the day, you’re always welcome to message me and I’ll respond as soon as I’m available. Because I focus on hands-on care for the dogs in my home, updates are typically sent once daily rather than throughout the entire day. I currently work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule in order to meet pet care needs. If you have a specific schedule, please include it in your reservation so I can accommodate your best needs. I have a large fenced in yard, great for a high energy pack. I can also crate your dog, and I am very accommodating to their normal routine. *I secure each dog for feeding due to allergies and/or medications. *Important to also note, I will have to secure animals while I am performing another meet and greet or if an animal is arriving/departing from my home. *Please show proof of vaccination records and preventative medications like flea, tick, and heartworm before boarding. For the privacy and safety of my family and the pets in my care, I do not offer tours inside my home. I am happy to provide photos, videos, and answer any questions before booking.
