About: Hi there! We’re Colleen and Ryan — a huge animal-loving family from Aurora, Illinois. We both grew up surrounded by dogs and cats and truly can’t imagine life without them. Over the years, we’ve cared for pets of all sizes, from 10-lb lap dogs to 115-lb gentle giants! We live in a house with a large fenced-in yard that’s perfect for playtime, walks, and fetch. Our two boys (ages 6 and 8) are just as kind and gentle with animals as we are — they’ve grown up learning how to love and care for pets. Our furry family currently includes our goofy and gentle English Labrador, Skye, our sweet and snuggly chihuahua, Nacho, and our two brother cats, Pete and Steve — who basically think they’re dogs and love to join in on the fun! I (Colleen) work from home in talent acquisition, and Ryan is a high school science teacher, so there’s almost always someone home to give your pets plenty of attention and care. We’d love the chance to help care for your pets as if they were our own — they’ll be in wonderful hands with us! I am currently available every day from morning to night. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets whether having them stay overnight or taking them for quick walks. Just let me know how I can help! I have a large fenced-in backyard with plenty of space to roam and play. I have multiple crates for both large and small dogs, if requested.

Caring for pets is part of my daily routine, not just a side task. I am available full-time during the week to ensure your fur baby receives dependable, loving, and structured care. I have a fenced yard were your fur baby can run and play. If your fur baby needs assistance with medication you can ensure I will be there to make sure their medication is taken on time.

About: I have 6+ years in experience with dogs/cats. I have watched puppies up to elderly dogs that need some more care. Here to be your best friend’s, best friend while you’re away. I am a 24 year old full time college student. I currently living on my own. My schedule is pretty flexible and I am willing to work early mornings/ late nights. I have always had a passion for taking care of people and animals. My partner is a veterinarian technician and since being with them, my love for animals has only grown deeper. My dream one day is to have a shelter or a safe haven for dogs/ cats who don’t have homes yet. I have experience with special schedules for feeding or sleeping. I also am very familiar with meditation schedules and certain care needs. Anything the owner needs to the dog/cat, I would love to do. Walks and playtime as well, I know getting energy out can be a very important thing!

About: I have owned pets my entire life. I have taken care of my own dog for 3 years. I have also helped family members with their dogs. I am available to take care of pets any day and any time! Ensuring a safe environment while engaging with pets is incredibly important. As a pet owner, I understand how a feeding schedule is also crucial for a lot of animals. I can easily crate dogs when needed, feed and give water to pets, and walk dogs if requested. I am able to do any service that is needed. Within my own home, I respect all of my pets’ boundaries while interacting with them.

About: I have over a decade of experience with caring for dogs. I’ve helped my family and countless friends take good care of their pets and even have a German Shepherd of my own. She has a disability with her vision and is protective in nature, so I have a great deal of experience (and am comfortable) working with dogs of all sizes and demeanors. I genuinely love all dogs and am happy to take the best care of your pet(s)! I know it can be extremely tough to trust someone with your furry family members so I promise to do whatever it takes to make you and your animals feel the most cared for! There are busier times than others with my work and I will adjust my schedule as availability changes with plenty of advanced notice so you have a good heads up in your own planning. The end of the year gets rather busy for me at work, otherwise I have the sporadic weekend work events that I will block out my availability for. I currently am only taking on dog walking and drop in/play time opportunities as I can’t board any dogs with my own. My own pet requires a lot of attention, so I’m very present when I’m with any dog! I will give them lots of love, conversation, belly rubs and attention when I’m with them. I will provide them as much exercise as I can with the space your home or neighborhood allows, to keep them busy while they have company so that they can rest while I’m gone. I’m happy to crate your dog or accommodate them however you see best fit and will listen to and abide by requests that make you and your pet most comfortable.

In addition to my own pets, I’ve regularly cared for neighbors and family members’ dogs and cats - providing feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. I’m comfortable with different temperaments and always aim to make pets feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away. I work full-time from home, which allows me the flexibility to take breaks throughout the day for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, and check-ins. This means your pet will receive consistent, reliable care without long gaps in attention. I’m available during weekdays with flexible daytime scheduling, as well as weekends. I do my best to accommodate routines so your pet’s schedule stays as normal and stress-free as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat every home with respect and follow all instructions closely to ensure your pet stays in a familiar, secure environment. I’m attentive to details like feeding routines, leash safety, and making sure doors and gates are secure at all times. I also pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and comfort level, adjusting my approach to match their personality. You can expect dependable care, clear communication, and regular updates with photos so you always feel confident your pet is in good hands. :)

About: I’ve taken care of many different kinds of dogs since I was 8 years old! I’m comfortable taking care of dogs (and cats) that require a LOT (mine needs 4 miles a day and lot’s of attention) but also appreciative of those that just want to cuddle :) I’m currently working full-time, but I have lots of free time in the mornings and early afternoons! I’m comfortable working within your dog’s daily schedule. I am comfortable doing whatever your dog needs to have a happy, safe time while you are away. I have taken care of dogs with dog-doors, dogs in condos, etc. Whatever you need, let me know and I’ll make sure to do it (and if I can’t I will communicate that clearly)!

About: I loved animals all my life! I have fostered and adopted cats and dogs for over 10 years. I work from home and I am in tune with my animals and understand their needs. I have a two story home about 2300 square feet and a half acre fenced in yard for activities. There is a park nearby for long evening walks. Your pet will be welcome as an honorary member to my pack. We are cage free, but can accommodate special needs if required. I am available to also meet the needs in your home if you wish, provide basic care/comfort/long walks/pet clean up. Communication & Updates I know how important it is to feel connected while you’re away. I provide a daily update with photos each evening (typically between 5–9 PM) so you can see how your dog’s day went. If you’d ever like a quick check-in during the day, you’re always welcome to message me and I’ll respond as soon as I’m available. Because I focus on hands-on care for the dogs in my home, updates are typically sent once daily rather than throughout the entire day. I currently work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule in order to meet pet care needs. If you have a specific schedule, please include it in your reservation so I can accommodate your best needs. I have a large fenced in yard, great for a high energy pack. I can also crate your dog, and I am very accommodating to their normal routine. *I secure each dog for feeding due to allergies and/or medications. *Important to also note, I will have to secure animals while I am performing another meet and greet or if an animal is arriving/departing from my home. *Please show proof of vaccination records and preventative medications like flea, tick, and heartworm before boarding.
