Though we did a meet and greet ahead of time, Bianca needed a bit of getting acquainted time again, but Jessica took the time to make that happen. “Amanda is BY FAR the best pet sitter I’ve ever found through rover! My three dogs have a complicated feeding regimen that comes with very specific instructions because it includes raw meat and added supplements. Amanda was very thorough with making sure she had everything just right while showing her their routine through video recordings and taking notes on her phone. This gave me peace of mind that she actually cared about doing everything right while we were gone. She also kept the dogs in line and gave them the same commands that we give (such as making them lay down while prepping the food and making them use the doggy door instead of the human door to go outside) instead of allowing them to break good habits and create bad ones. One of our dogs was actually still learning to use the doggy door and she helped her with her training!! Amanda also went the extra mile for me and my husband on more than one occasion. While we were gone, the dogs would have run out of their raw meat patties (there was just enough for her stay but not enough for the next morning when we got back) and Amanda saw that they would be without raw patties for the first morning that she wasn’t there so she went and bought more for us! She even made sure we got our discount at our local pet shop that we earned :D So considerate! We also have a robot vacuum that she emptied for us to make sure it would do a proper job the next day. AND she also hand washed the dishes she used (even though we have a dishwasher) and wiped up the muddy floor that our dogs created. Last but not least, Amanda was on time for every single drop in. She dropped in 3 times a day and wasn’t late for one, which is personally one of the most important things in my book. She took AWESOME pictures and wrote very descriptive rover cards letting us know that our fur babies were happy and healthy. Amanda also gave our babies lots of cuddles and belly rubs (they adore her). She followed every instruction left for her word for word and did all of the above with high energy and friendliness. She’s just awesome. I (obviously) HIGHLY recommend her for true loving for your fur babies.”
