They followed all of my care instructions perfectly and truly treated my furbabies like their own. Their home is very dog-friendly, and the large fenced-in yard was a huge bonus—Diamond and Tiny clearly enjoyed spending lots of time outside. I also loved that they were comfortable letting the dogs relax on the furniture and even sleep in the beds, which made them feel right at home. Communication was excellent—I received multiple pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. And the report card at pickup? Such a thoughtful and fun touch! Marko and his beautiful family took care of Cabo very well. He is very prompt in communicating, keeps updated regularly, also sent pictures whenever we asked. Cabo was so happy there. We'd never boarded our dog, Danny Boy, so we were very apprehensive about using Rover (he usually stays with family). But Katie made DB feel very comfortable and kept us regularly updated.
