“Honestly, Lee was made for this. She spoiled our dogs like crazy. They were unsure when they first arrived, but by the end of it, they were sleeping in her bed, cuddling, and offering kisses. We kept joking that our dogs were at "Dogchella" because they got to hang out under a cabana, sunbathe, and hang with their new cute friends - as per the daily photo updates. My girl dog usually tries to nip at me when I pick her up from a boarding session (just to express her resentment for being abandoned for a few days - very dramatic but I feel her) and this is the first time she didn't do that. They were sooo calm and tired from all the play when we picked them up. Literally no notes - thank you Lee :)”

About: I’m a Fear Free Certified Professional, currently studying animal behavior. I’ve been running my own home based doggy daycare and boarding house for four years. My care is crate-free (unless that's what your pup's preferred at-home routine is,) with regular group outings to trails and the beach. I live in a two level home where the entire downstairs and fenced backyard are just for the dogs! It’s colorfully set up as the coolest doggie social club, but the pups are welcome throughout both levels of the home. They are never forcibly isolated and almost always prefer to be close to wherever I am. I keep my client list small and personal—almost all of my dogs have been with me for years. I don’t aim to pack the house; I aim to give the best experience possible for every dog and human involved. Even when clients start as one-offs, they usually stick around—because I strive to be a resource for dogs and their families. That’s why I call this place a home away from home. Canine care is my daily life. The dogs are with me throughout the day—whether we’re in the yard, around the house, or out on a trail. I structure my routine around their needs, with group outings, downtime, and a consistent rhythm. If my personal life calls me away, I have an amazing assistant Alaina who steps in. She also co-runs the daycare! I focus on keeping things consistent, calm, fun, and full of bonding—play, rest, outdoor time, and enrichment are all part of the daily rhythm. Outside of daycare hours, the space functions as our home too, so dogs experience a relaxed, real-life environment, not a facility. I send updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day.

Tosca and Marco were wonderful with our pup and made him feel right at home. Even though he can take some time to warm up and trust new people he had no such issues with them. They took him on walks and to the dog park, plus when they noticed him watching other dogs play fetch they made time to do that with him in their backyard. We couldn’t have asked for better dog sitters and will definitely be bringing him back!
Sherry is excellent and took good care of Jesse, he always walks right up to her door to go in despite his very strong attachment to me and severe separation anxiety (which Sherry has been great about accommodating by the way), and always seems very healthy and happy when I pick him up, if a bit sad to leave (again very impressive due to his attachment to me).
Vanessa was so kind and careful with our pup Gumbo! We were extra nervous because we had to leave him with her for two weeks while he recovered from an injury. Following our vet’s instructions, she gave him his meds, restricted his activity, carried him up and down the stairs, and provided so much loving care. And she sent us lots of updates! Her pup Robin is so sweet too. We’re looking forward to Gumbo’s next stay with them.
Claudia’s place was a wonderful home away from home for our little guy! He came home happy and healthy—and I loved the photos, videos, and messages she sent during our time away. I also really appreciated how easy communication was throughout our dog’s stay. Thank you, Claudia and family!
My dog Winston had a lovely stay with Tiffany & Lauren! Winston is a bit of a grumpy old man and a real couch potato, and he got along really well with their dog Guapa. I wanted him to have a mellow place to stay while I was away, and their place was the perfect getaway. They sent some pictures of him throughout the stay, which I really loved!
Misa was an extremely warm and kind person. I instantly felt comfortable leaving my 13-year-old chihuahua with her for the weekend. Misa sent updates and photos that provided additional peace of mind. She was also timely and responsive and made the whole process simple. I highly recommend her as a caretaker for your pet.
