About: I grew up in a home that always had family dogs and horses. In middle school I began showing horses competitively through 4H and Quarter Horse Shows. In college, I even rode on the equestrian team. For 2 years I worked as a Vet Tech, cared for & was around all kinds of animals as I originally wanted to go to Vet School. Now I am completing my 4th year of Medical School & have dog sat for all of my friends throughout so I finally decided to get Rover. My schedule changes each month since I am on medical rotations for school. But at times it can be very flexible where I have days off or get home early. I currently live in an apartment on the second floor. Since I worked in a Vet's office I know how to approach animals that do not know me. My personal dog is back with my parents in Florida as he grew up with a large yard & I thought it would be unfair to him to live in an apartment after that experience.

Even as I type this, I have one dog in my lap and one at my feet! The one at my feet won't fit in the chair with me, though she would try to get up here! They are truly my companions. I can't imagine life without these furry friends! I love animals, especially dogs! I treat them like family. They receive plenty of attention throughout the day and regular walks. Your dog will be treated with respect and love! We go for walks regularly. I think exercise is important for the well being of our pets. They hang out in my office while I work and sleep with us at night.
