“Mel had been provided an in-depth and helpful care sheet via Google Docs, and we had a meet&greet. She was also aware that we have cameras in our home to monitor our pups and that we may check it occasionally. She has been awesome with communication and with taking care of our pups, to the degree of professional pet-sitting. Mel gave us constant updates and filled us in on basically everything that occurred with our dogs. If there were any incidents or changes we should be aware of (which were rare), she would let us know immediately. We appreciate the transparency immensely, especially since being away from our pups can be nerve-wracking. But we definitely felt at ease with Mel taking care of them. With previous sitters, we would have to check in on our pups and the sitter to make sure everything was alright. However, Mel was very responsible and trustworthy. Other than the initial check on the first drop-in, we didn't need to check our cameras at all throughout the time she took care of our pups. Mel would adjust to our pups’ needs and use her best judgement when handling them. She was also open to suggestions on how to take care of our pups, and heeded our advice. For example: we had informed her on how our dogs will sometimes take advantage of sitters. We advised her on how to handle our dogs and not to let them bully her, and she did exactly that. They not only looked forward to her visits, they also immediately respected her. To the extent that they give respect anyway lol. I’m some situations, Dogs can become overstimulated or even upset/depressed. Identifying the over-stimuli or sad situation can allow me to empathize & understand how to approach your pet. I am available to sit your pups on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays & or Sundays. Practically any day & any time of the week. I follow all reasonable expectations that my clients request of me for their pets in their homes. I make sure all pets are attended too emotionally & physically. Walked, fed, hydrated, & played with.

Kevin was great. He came on time for each scheduled visit. And he handled my somewhat shy dog very well. He also took the time to stop by to meet the dog and get a tour of the house before the scheduled visits. He was generally communicative and very quick to respond to any message.
Faith was an outstanding and reliable bird sitter. The birds were very friendly with her. They had plenty of flight time and enjoyed hanging out with her. Faith was fantastic in cleaning up, providing food and water, and playing with the birds. She took many photos and gave frequent updates on how everyone was doing, which was wonderful.
