Made sure he was not lonely or anxious. She sent regular updates and we felt blessed to know our boy was in great hands. Absolutely will not hesitate to use her services again and again. He took care of our girl over a long weekend while we were out of town, and we were completely reassured by the level of care and attention he gave her. He sent us updates and photos, letting us know how she was doing and how she was behaving, and was very attentive to her needs. Pet care fits easily into my routine, and I’m happy to work around each owner’s schedule. I’m available during the day or evening and make sure pets are fed on time, cared for properly, and given attention and playtime while their owner is away. When I’m in a client’s home, I follow their instructions, keep things clean, refresh food and water, and spend time checking on and caring for the pet. About: I work remotely as a RN, which gives me flexibility to care for your animal and home during the day and night. I have 30 years experience with horses, dogs, cats, and a variety of other farm animals. I’m comfortable with care of puppies to seniors and those with medical needs. My typical day M-F has work meetings and projects. This allows for flexibility to play with your pet, offer snuggles, and get outside! Weekends are low key for me and can generally flex to make things work best for your needs. I currently don’t have any animals of my own and would love to focus on yours! If I’m house sitting and your pup or kitty likes field trips and mixing things up, and it’s appropriate, we may go on a safe adventure . We sometimes stop over to my place and hike the forest next door , or some other cool trail on the island , or perhaps hit the beach, or a dog friendly store for treats. Otherwise we stick to your neighborhood and routine.

“Amy stayed with my pibble Addie for a long weekend at my house. She sent lots of photos and updates, seemed to spend lots of time with my old lady, and left the house neat and tidy. She was always responsive, asked good questions, and was very easy to communicate with. She was also willing to feed my fish and do a tank treatment somewhat last-minute. My dog was happy to see me when I got home, but seemed very calm and chill and content “Oh hey, you’re back,” which tells me she had a great time! I'm a self-employed clinical massage therapist, and am able to adjust my schedule to fulfill whatever needs you or your pets may have, including doing various walks or appointments as needed. I can drive up to any location and keep your pet in a safe a familiar space while I'm taking care of them, as well as make sure your home is maintained well.
