âI can't recommend Jill enough! She took outstanding care of our cat 'Socks' while we were out of state for a week. Our one cat, Socks, is 18 plus years old and needs daily interaction or he panics. He really enjoyed all the attention from Jill and this was clear from the daily updates from Jill. Socks seemed to look forward to her visits. We arrived home to a calm and purring cat child. Jill took great care of him and we feel extremely pleased that we can take another trip away for a week if Jill is available.â

About: Iâve cared for dogs and cats for my entire life, including my current two dogs and three cats, so Iâm very comfortable with different personalities, routines, and energy levels. Iâm used to feeding schedules, walks, playtime, litter boxes, water bowls, cleanup, and keeping a close eye on how pets are acting day to day. Iâm patient with shy animals, happy to give energetic pets extra play and attention, and comfortable caring for senior pets or pets who need a little extra gentleness. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, so Iâll always follow your instructions closely, communicate clearly, and treat your pets like theyâre my own. Pet care is already a big part of my everyday routine! I have two dogs and three cats of my own, so feeding schedules, walks, playtime, water bowls, litter boxes, and little pet check-ins are second nature for me. My schedule is flexible, and Iâm happy to work with your petâs normal routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable and cared for. Iâm available for walks, drop-ins, and general pet care visits, and Iâll always make sure your pet gets attention, patience, and updates while youâre away. For both cats and dogs, I focus on keeping their routine as normal, safe, and low-stress as possible. In your home, Iâll follow your instructions closely for feeding, water, walks, potty breaks, litter boxes, medications, crates, gates, treats, playtime, and house rules. Iâm careful with doors, leashes, windows, fenced areas, and making sure pets are secure before I leave. For dogs, Iâll pay attention to their energy level, leash behavior, and comfort with people or other animals. For cats, Iâll respect their space, check hiding spots, keep litter areas clean, and make sure each cat is accounted for. Iâve cared for both cats and dogs for many years and currently have both, so Iâm comfortable with different personalities, ages, and routines. Iâll send updates and photos so you know your pets are safe, comfortable, and cared for while youâre away.
About: Since I was born there has always been at least 1 dog in my home. From senior dogs to puppies. Energetic dogs to couch potatoes. Iâve had them all! I am comfortable with and capable of taking care of dogs at all times of life! Iâm currently not working, so I have plenty of time on my hands to take care of lots of furry friends! My schedule is open all day every day! I can let the dog(s) out in the yard if you have one as well as walk them. My eyes would be on them at all times and play time is promised!
âWe had such a great experience with Samira! She took amazing care of our three cats and kept us updated the whole time with lots of pictures, which gave us such peace of mind while we were away. She even went the extra mile to troubleshoot our Litter-Robot and gave it a good cleaning. You can tell she truly cares about the animals sheâs taking care of. She was amazing, and we would definitely recommend her and use her again!â

âDylan did an excellent job taking care of my three kitties. He arrived each day as scheduled to feed them and clean out the litter box. He sent me pictures daily along with a nice update. I definitely recommend Dylan!â

âBethany is great! she is 100% reliable, exactly on time, and provides lots of detail and pics of her daily visit with our pup! We are so blessed to have found her!â

âGracie was amazing! She took great care of our two cats while we were away and sent me such cute pictures every day! I will definitely be using her again in the future!â

âTaylor is amazing with our girl. She's just over 6 months now and some dog sitters are really stand offish with a "puppy" but Taylor stepped up and really delivered! She's an absolute pleasure to be around and couldn't be happier!â

About: Iâve had pets my entire life. From mixed bred dogs to Alaskan Malamutes and cats. Your pet will cared for like they are my own!! Iâve slightly trained my dog when she was younger (Alaskan Malamute) but now she tells me what to do đ. Iâm currently on summer break as I work as a Substitute Para for Elementary schools. Iâm also an actor trying to find a place in this world. Iâd love to be able to work flexible enough for my dream career but also hang out with awesome animals đ I will follow exactly why the client asks of me. I can feed, walk, change litter boxes, hang out and brush if needed. I will try to earn the trust from the animal and hopefully they will let me play with them!
âDylan is my hero! He took excellent care of my cats and helped me out of a big jam when I lost the keys to my house and my car while I was out of town. He went above and beyond and I am eternally grateful.â

About: I've spent years caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities, and I have been dog sitting and walking for over 10 years. I love getting to meet each and every pet, from the young energetic ones to the old sweet seniors. It is a pleasure getting to care for some of the most important members of your family. I've worked with cats and dogs most frequently, but am always happy to meet and help care for other types of animals too. I am also more than comfortable in multi-pet households, the more the merrier! I have experience giving medications as well, so even if your pet has a more intricate routine, they'll be in good hands. I will always follow care instructions to a t. No matter if your pet prefers long walks, playtime in the yard, some cool enrichment indoors, or to help with feeding time or administering medicine, I will do all that needs to be done to ensure a safe and caring service for your pet.
About: We have taken care of multiple dogs at a time and grew up with a dogs as well. We have a cat Jen adopted five years ago as well. Jen currently works from home and can work from anywhere there is wifi. Our cat can stay at home and is pretty independent so we can focus on your pets while youâre away. We will follow whatever instructions that are left. We take great care in making the environment as normal for the pets as possible and will leave your home in the same, if not better shape than when you left it.
About: I have taken care of dogs since before I can remember. I have grown up around dogs and a few cats my whole life, and I truly love helping others take care of their furry best friends too! I am going into my freshman year of college locally this Fall 2026 and I would love to be able to work around my class schedule and my schedule with my sales job. I make sure pets have everything they need including their food, water, and whatever else their owners need me to give them. I take dogs outside for either a 10-15 minute walk a few times a day or, if you have a backyard, Iâll play with the dog in the backyard. I give both dogs and cats lots of pets and attention during my time with them and make sure I leave the house clean of anything the pets have done while the owners werenât home. I make sure all the doors leading into the house are securely locked before leaving and make sure that nothing harmful to the pets is left within their reach.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
