About: I have taken care of dogs ranging from 10 pounds to 80 pounds. Family members have relied on me to bathe their furry babies, take them for walks, feed, and watch them over night. I would be honored to do the same for you! In currently working part time with shifts ranging from 5 to 8 hours so i’ll have plenty of time to make your pets feel loved! i am available weekdays and weekends. I do not have a fenced yard, but am a member to a dog park here in town. I have a border collie and two cats that don’t mind other animals.

About: I know firsthand how stressful it can be to leave your pets with someone new. I’ve lived all across the country, and every time we moved, one of my biggest worries was finding someone I truly trusted with my dogs. That experience is a big part of why I want to provide the same kind of care and reassurance I’ve always looked for in a sitter. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have three dogs and two cats of my own, including a rescue pup so I totally get having a dog with some special quirks. I also spend time taking dogs from Louisville Metro Animal Services (LMAS) out on field trips, giving them a chance to get out of the shelter, explore, play, and get some much-deserved one-on-one attention. I have a soft spot for the pets who need a little extra patience. One of my dogs is extremely anxious and terrified of thunderstorms, so I understand that not every dog immediately warms up to a new person — and that’s okay! I’m happy to take things at their pace and learn what makes them feel comfortable and safe. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, as well as cats, and I’m comfortable administering medications and following detailed care routines. My experiences as a pediatric ICU nurse has taught me to be attentive to small changes, stay clam under pressure, follow detailed care instructions, and understand just how important it is to have someone you can trust caring for a member of your family. My dogs can be pretty anxious, so leaving them with a stranger has never been easy for me. I’m the pet parent who wants lots of updates and probably way too many pictures while I’m gone! When your pets are with me, expect plenty of photos and updates. I know how reassuring it is to see your dog happily lounging on the couch, enjoying their walk, or just being their goofy self while you’re away. I want you to enjoy your time away without wondering how things are going back home. Most importantly, I genuinely love spending time with animals. Whether your dog wants long walks, someone to throw their toy 100 times, or spend the evening curled up next to me, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I want you to be able to leave home knowing your pets are with someone who understands how much they mean to you - because I know exactly how that feels. I work full-time, but I have a flexible schedule that still leaves plenty of room for pet care! I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, which gives me even more flexibility for drop-ins, walks, and spending some extra time with your pets on those days. I’m also an early riser, so morning visits are no problem for me — I’m happy to start my day with a walk, breakfast, litter box cleanup, or some quality time with your pet before heading to work. I know how important reliable scheduling is when someone is depending on you to care for their pets, so I’ll keep my Rover calendar updated to clearly reflect my availability. If I accept a booking, you can feel confident that I’ve made sure I have the time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve — along with plenty of photo updates along the way! Your pet’s safety and your trust are my top priorities. I’ll always follow your care instructions closely and respect your home as if it were my own. Before walks, I’ll make sure collars, harnesses, and leashes are secure, and I’ll never let a dog off leash unless specifically instructed in a safe, designated area. During drop-ins, I’ll be mindful of doors, gates, medications, food, and anything else that could pose a safety risk. I’ll also pay attention to your pet’s behavior and never force interaction if they seem nervous or uncomfortable. As a pediatric ICU nurse, safety, attention to detail, and noticing when something seems “off” are second nature to me. I’ll keep you updated during each visit and communicate right away if I notice anything concerning. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing both your pet and your home are being treated with care and respect while you’re away.

About: They weren’t kidding when they said a dog is a man’s best friend! I love being around dogs. I have been around dogs since I was little. I have had four dogs growing up. They have ranged from small to big dogs. I would love to help take care of your dog/dogs as if they were my own. I am pretty routine on potty breaks and playing outside when the weather is nice. About: I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats as well as other animals since I was 5. As an animal lover, my family brought in many dogs and cats into our home and I was responsible for taking care and feeding them. I love all animals. I have taken care of a large sized husky/German Sheparad mix to a smaller Boston terrier. I love all dogs as well as cats!! I have 2 cats (Benji & Ash) that are spoiled with toys and love 24/7! I am always excited to meet new pets and would love to help you when you need it! I just moved to Louisville and I have a remote job where I work from home majority of the time! About: My love for animals came very young with two family cats, and later also a dog, and has continued into my adulthood, now with my three cats Opal, Basil, and Juniper. I have experience with both puppies and kittens, having helped raised both from just a couple weeks old. I enjoy being a part of your pets routine and love when they are excited for my arrival. I want to make sure they feel loved and safe with me, and know that it will always be a fun time with me around. I know cats are typically more hesitant to trust, but I am willing to take the time to gain it to make them feel safe while I am over. Every pet is different so please let me know how I can best help you and your pet to make this as seamless and enjoyable for every one. I am also familiar with medicating dogs and cats (either pill or liquid oral meds). I have a fairly open calendar so just let me know what works best to continue your pet’s routine so i can do my best to maintain their normal feeding, walking, and activity schedule! I live in a nice, pet friendly community. Any time your pet is outside I will be with them with their leash or harness on if requested.

About: I’ve taken care of senior dogs 12+ with medications and some stubbornness to take it (hiding the medicine is an art with them). But I love loving on them while you’re gone and making them feel cared for!! Love walking dogs too as I love to walk/run! About: I have had dogs all my life. I currently have two golden retrievers who run my world! One is 4 and the other is 8 months old. I am available to stay at your house overnight and during long periods of time. I am a full time ultrasound student in Louisville but my school schedule is very flexible so I can come home to let the pups out multiple times per day! I am currently a full-time sonography student in Louisville, but my class schedule is very flexible. I am also available all weekends. I am able to stay overnight and take your pups out multiple times per day. I have two golden retrievers of my own (they are cared for by my dad when I am gone so they would not be coming with me) and they are SPOILED rotten. I will make sure your pup is the same! I am very active and love going on walks so that would be a part of our daily activities.

About: Owned dogs since I was young and I’ve sat for dogs for the last 8+ years. Experience with many different breeds, ages and temperaments. Just a girl with a soft spot for every dog! During weekends I am available all day, everyday and ensure to get multiple walks, potty breaks and playtime dates into the day. During the week I do work but am home every 4-6 hours to ensure potty breaks and exercise. I live in an apartment complex that offers multiple dog runs/parks. I also walk my own dog 3-5 times per day outside in the neighborhood. I am open to crating or freedom around the apartment based on what the dog needs.

About: I've had dogs since I was a kid and have helped train and raise large breeds and giant breeds. I have experience caring for blind dogs and elderly, medically-sensitive dogs. Although I don't have a dog right now (I have two cats), I'd love to care for your dog as if they were my own! I currently work part time, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets Sundays, Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays. I am typically more limited on Thursdays, Fridays and most Saturdays, but I will make your pets a priority. Just let me know what you need! I enjoy playing with pets before providing their meals, as a vital part of their routine. In my own home, I currently have two cats and a small backyard. I can crate your pet, if needed, or provide a small room for their own space and privacy. I can also provide walks or other activities upon request, like short training exercises or practicing words they already know.

Please let me know of any routines, preferences, special quirks, etc, and your baby will be treated like they’re my own. I usually am available from around 8 AM to 9 PM and can likely accommodate your schedule. I am currently only accepting nearby requests for quick visits, with more flexibility for overnight stays. I do not offer boarding or daycare, so when your pet and I are hanging out it while be in & around your home. Any rules or preferences that you have will be followed and respected as if it were my space.

About: I took care of my Goldendoodle for 14 years before she passed with love, attention, and lots of treats! I’m a college graduate and officer in the Kentucky Army National Guard who absolutely adores animals. I pride myself on being very responsible and caring, and would be more than happy to make your pet(s) feel loved while you are away. They’ll get lots of attention and exercise, if needed, as I walk miles daily! I have various experience dog sitting for neighbors, and have limited cat sitting experience as well. If your pet needs that extra special attention and warmth, I promise I’m your guy! I’m extremely free at the moment, as I am waiting a couple of months to attend a school for the Army. My daily commitments consist of the gym to lift/walk, and that’s about it! I pay attention to detail, and will have no problem adhering to the responsibilities of all needs as they vary for both parents, households, and pets.
