About: I am a doctoral candidate in Biology at UofL, so you know I'm good at organization and scheduling! I think my time as a graduate student has sharpened my reasoning and communication skills as well. It's also increased my animal handling experience (mice)! I've had pets my whole life, mostly cats and dogs. My most recent pet is an elderly shi tzu with a surprising amount of energy! Apollo is a very skiddish cat, but we've definitely earned each others' trust. I can drop by to check on your pet, take them out for a walk (if weekday, must be before 10am or after 5pm, can be flexible), check on them periodically to feed them, or house sit (weekends only). I am a grad student, so I'm usually busy during weekdays 10am-5pm. Most of my work now is away from the bench, so I can be a little flexible about those hours Weekends are generally open! I love in an apartment that doesn't allow animals so I can't keep any here. I can however watch your furry friend at your house or take them on walks around the neighborhood!

About: Have enjoyed the company and joy of cats and dogs for many years. Have taken care of puppies, kittens and elderly pets and realize the care that’s required. They’ll be treated as family. I work Monday through Friday typically with Saturdays and Sundays off. 6am - 2pm I work with DoorDash, shipt and Instacart so my time is flexible. I have 4 parakeets. I can work in four hour increments to allow for a day time bathroom break. Of course a morning and afternoon walk along with daily playtime.

About: I have a genuine love for animals and I have been pet/house sitting for about 10 years. I have always had pets and been around all different kinds of animals. I just graduated from law school, I started my new job post law school. I do work in an office, but I am able to stop in and make sure your animal is taken care of. At this time, in order to protect my own fur babies and yours, I will not be bringing client's pets' into my own home. I find that pets are more comfortable in their own environment most of the time, and I would rather keep their comfort a priority. I follow directions provided by the families on how to best keep their pet comfortable with a new person entering their space. Reading their behavior and body language is so important!

About: I've had pets since I was a child: dogs, cats, birds, fish, all kinds of animals. I love animals. I've rescued many from homeless and abandoned homes. Now I want to take care of that loved one so you can rest easy while you work or vacation. I have a fenced yard and my neighborhood is quiet. I'm currently home all day, so I'll be able to devote a lot of time to the pets. I have a baby who will just turn one, so it's important that they be friendly and calm pets. I live in a house with a large, quiet yard. They can sunbathe and play. I can take care of oral medications. Nothing serious, please.

About: I have always been an animal lover since I was a wee lad! I’ve never been afraid of “big scary dogs” or getting scratched by a cat. As long as they’re comfortable, I know I have nothing to fear! I always make sure to provide the best care for pets that aren’t mine because I think of how I would want my dog to be treated! I’ve just graduated college, so I am completely free to hang out with your pets all day if needed! Just give me the heads up and I’ll be on my way! I always make sure to introduce myself to the pet before anything. I make sure to feed them based off of their schedule and take them outside every hour if possible. About: I’ve had over 20 pets growing up, from dogs, hamsters, ferrets, you name it. I have lots of experience working with animals, including lots of training caring for animals and building fast-strong bonds. Im an educator with early mornings that allow me ample time in the early afternoons and evenings to care for you pet. My schedule is pretty flexible and able to fit around your pet sitting needs when giving proper notice. I can also be available for quick dog walks and check ins everyday of the week. I have my own dog, Onyx who is able to roam free unless I leave the house and will offer the same freedom to your dog. We live in a great neighborhood with other friendly pet owners and provide a great route for nice long walks to enjoy the weather. I can also crate or fence in your pet if needed as well.
