About: I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and cats. My eyes get big and soft at any type of a fur baby. I love animals in general. I currently work two part time jobs and have extra free time during the week and weekends to walk your fur babies and spoil them with lots of hugs and love. I will always make sure your babies are taken care of with lots of love and attention. When it’s cold they’ll be snuggled up in a nice warm blanket and when it’s hot I put the fan on blast and forsure they won’t be missing no meals or snacks with Tia Angie. Haha

About: Hi, Meghan here, I have always been a dog-lover, and currently have a lovable fluffy husky. I live in Oakland with my mom, a fellow dog-lover! I allow our furry friends on the couch, but can also work on furniture-boundaries if your pooch isn't allowed on furniture at your own home. I work from home, so I'll be home most of the day during the weekdays. The longest your pup will be home alone (with my pups) is around 5 hours. I am comfortable with big dogs. I can give medications, and can brush your pooch as well! Here's a little about us: Meghan has been a dog-lover since birth. She grew up with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Treesa loves pups of all sizes! Meet my pets: Just the dogs! About my yard We have a fenced backyard. My experience administering medication We are comfortable administering oral medication. **We do have a Potty Clause. We understand accidents happen, and are very forgiving, as pups are often excited and can't help themselves at first. However, we have occasionally had extreme repeat offenders. We take dogs on the basis that they are potty trained. If we feel there are an excessive number of indoor incidents, we will let you know, and ask for a $10 additional fee (per week, or fraction thereof), to cover the cost of laundry and cleaning supplies.** Thanks! I work from home so your pup will hang out with me and Winston at home, join us on walks, and get to spend the day with us! I have a fenced yard. Security gate at my back door means fresh air without escape opportunity. We're working on installing a dog door, so that should happen later this year!

“Very communicative and friendly. Dropped by to do a walk through before taking on a week of caring for Izzy. Sent photos and texts to keep me updated. Wonderful!”

“Thanks so much for hanging out with Charlie! I know he’s going to be so excited to see you again :)”

About: I am active, reliable, and a good communicator. I’ve pet sat and walked w/ a wide variety of breeds and backgrounds to include rescues. Would love to hear all about your pet and their needs. I am a teacher on summer break. My schedule is pretty open in the summer and I’m done working by 4:30pm typically on school days When I am pet sitting or taking someone’s pet for a walk, I do my best to stick to animals regular schedules, routines, positive affirmations, etc. I want to help your pet experience the least amount of stress when we go for walks and when their owners are temporarily absent.

About: One of my first memories is of adopting a stray that we named Chiqule (Gum, in Spanish) because he decided to stick around. Ever since then I’ve picked up many of our four legged friends and made them family dogs. Many years since having my own pet, my love for our furry friends has yet to dwindle and I continue to pet-sit and house-sit just for the opportunity to hang in with a little fur ball. I have experience with a small senior dogs and dogs who have required medication, 3+ walks a day, or an extensive park visit. I’ve house-sat and makes sure to build my schedule around my four-legged, temporary bestie to ensure a stress-free time. I like to establish constant communication and updates with the pet-parent to make sure all is well. I regard play time highly but makes sure to only ruff-house and much as per-parent sees fit. Cuddles are optional but recommended. I my work hours are 8:30-5 but travel form Berkeley to Hayward so I can pop in within that 15 mile radius! My weekends are a lot more flexible. I make sure to follow a requested guideline and/or care checklist from pet-parents. I make sure to scope out the potential yard for any hazards and establish some trust with pets before going out on our first walk. If treats are allowed or provided, I will reward my furry friend when I see best on our initial walks to establish trust and respect. Play-time is important and can also be carried out as the pet-parent sees fit.

About: I have taken care of dogs and own animals since I was 15 years old. I have fluctuated from having dogs, cats, and even chinchillas! I have used rover in the past for my own animals and know what it is like to be a fur baby mama and how it can be hard and scary to find the right person for the job! I treat every animal like my own, I give them love, patience and attention! All of my animals have been rescues and have all had their own life struggles that has only made me a better mom to them. I work full-time, but it is very flexible and allows me to go and let my dogs out when needed or do drop ins. Weekends, evenings and some Fridays I am completely off work and able to engage in your animals. Safety is a priority! I have had my share of bad Rover experiences and would never want animal parents to go through that! Knowing fully what is needed and what can be done to provide the safest and best care to your animal is priority

About: Hi, I’m Leticia – your local LGBTQ+ pet-loving sitter! 🐶🌈🐾 Animals have been my heart since I was a kid — I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, and even a few chickens! As a proud queer woman and a devoted pet auntie, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your furry family members like they’re your own. Whether your pup needs long walks, belly rubs, or just someone to chill with while you’re away, I bring patience, joy, and tons of love to every visit. I live in a neighborhood perfect for walks and have experience with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I’m also great with routines and medication if needed. Communication is super important to me, so expect lots of photo updates and check-ins — you won’t have to wonder how your fur baby is doing. Let’s connect — I’d love to meet you and your pet! 💖🐾 Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because caring for animals brings me joy and a sense of calm. I work a flexible schedule, which means I have plenty of time to dedicate to walks, playtime, feeding, and quality cuddle sessions. Whether it’s a morning walk to start the day or an evening drop-in to check on a pup, I plan my day around making sure pets feel loved, safe, and seen. It never feels like a chore—it’s something I truly look forward to. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort come first. I create a calm, pet-friendly space with lots of love, soft spots to nap, and plenty of playtime. I follow your pet’s routine closely—feeding, walking, and meds—so they feel secure and at ease. I take time to build trust with each animal, always using gentle handling and positive reinforcement. Communication is key, so I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos so you always know your pet is happy and safe.

“Lauren was a fantastic sitter. She did drop in visits for my dog, followed my instructions for care, and provided updates to me throughout the day. She was flexible when I needed to adjust the times of the drop ins, and was available to meet my dog prior to booking the same day that I initially messaged her. I love that she was also respectful of my home and agreed to wear a mask whenever she came by. I'll definitely be asking for Lauren the next time I need a sitter :)”

“Nicole made it through four wonderful days of D0gen care before she was sadly felled by strep throat and had to terminate her care. I had made back-up arrangements which she handled with great responsibility so that Dogen suffered almost no trauma as her sudden departure! He's now happy and so am I, and just hoping Nicolde gets well soon!”

“Great updates! 🐶 and photos! Thank you, 🐶 and I both got a break!”

“Madison is truly the best!! She watched my dog Rico for a week, and I was blown away by how well she cared for him. Rico is a pretty high-maintenance dog with a special diet and has always gotten sick and acted out when I'm away - but not this time! Madison sent me daily updates and photos, and I felt totally at ease knowing he was in such good hands. When I got home, Rico was happy and totally himself. That has never happened before. I couldn't be more grateful and I couldn't recommend Madison more!!”

Whether your pet needs patience, affection, or someone dependable to look after them, Itzel is truly one of the best people for the job.”

Nina M.

She sends picture updates and always communicates with me any concerns about the animals.”
