It was my first time leaving Louise with someone she’d never met and from the very first moment I instantly felt at ease- she ran right to him and i knew they’d have a great day together. Sonshine sent a photo update within a few minutes, and Louise was already settled in and happy. And several photo updates over the next few hours. And they were enjoying the sunshine on a cute bench in front of his building when i arrived to pick her back up. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars, such an excellent experience all around. He comes home exhausted, loved, and relaxed. I can usually tell immediately if he had a bad time at doggy daycare and even from the first visit and being at a new place he was totally calm and clearly trusted Kate and felt comfortable. “Hannah takes care of my choco lab pit mix Oscar when I'm away for Army every month, and she treats him like he's her own child! He loves going to her house. The two of them weren't always friends because Oscar is a rescue and has some behavioral concerns, he's not really a people person. He sticks to her like glue though now, it's really sweet. Auntie Hannah takes him for walks, lets him on the couch, gives him ample scratchies, and always has time to play with him. Heck if it were up to the two of them, Oscar would live with her!”

About: I have done dog care in the past outside of Rover through college. My girlfriend and I are fully aware of the concerns with getting a good sitter to enjoy vacation/time away from home. Also using to prevent her from getting a third dog :) We have the ability to work from home and also have fridays off which makes us more than available. With a fenced in area outside of our building, it is easy for us to take the fur babies out as much as they need. Drop-Ins during the week can be accommodated however Friday-Sunday I am 100% available anytime. I have two dogs of my own that love company. We also have a guest room to use as needed if someone needs some rest or a break from the others! We have no problem with the pets on the couch, in the bed, etc. I will send pictures periodically and not hesitate to contact of any emergencies.
