About: Hi! I’m new to Rover but definitely not new to caring for dogs. I grew up with dogs and now have a 3-year-old dachshund named Lincoln, who is incredibly friendly and loves meeting new pups. I’ve also cared for friends’ dogs of all sizes, including a 95-pound Golden Retriever. I recently started my MBA at Wharton after working in consulting, so I have a flexible schedule and can give dogs plenty of attention throughout the day. My goal is to make your dog feel like they’re on their own vacation while you’re away! Whether your pup loves long walks, playing fetch, snuggling on the couch, or just hanging out nearby, I’m happy to match their routine and energy level. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else—I feel exactly the same way about Lincoln. I’ll care for your dog as if they were my own and make sure you receive plenty of updates and photos so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands. As a full-time MBA student, my schedule is very flexible, and I spend much of my day studying from home. My fiancé also works from home, so there’s almost always someone around to keep your pup company. Lincoln and I already go on several walks each day, and I love walking around Fitler Square, Rittenhouse Square, and along the Schuylkill River Trail. If your dog enjoys adventures, I’d be happy to bring them along! We also love spending time at the park (if that’s something you’re comfortable with and your dog enjoys). Every dog’s routine is different, and I’m happy to tailor walks, playtime, and downtime to what they’re used to at home. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. My fiancé and I live in a clean, dog-friendly apartment in Fitler Square, where visiting pups will be treated like members of the family. Lincoln is a gentle, social dachshund who loves having canine friends around. Before each stay, I’d love to learn about your dog’s personality, routine, and any preferences or quirks so I can make their experience as comfortable as possible. Whether they need medication, have favorite toys, prefer quiet walks, or have specific house rules, I’ll do my best to keep everything consistent with what they’re used to. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else’s care, so I’ll keep you updated with frequent photos and messages throughout their stay. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away knowing your pup is safe, happy, and loved.

I grew up with a golden retriever and was the one taking care of him solo whenever my parents traveled for work, so I've been the trusted "person in charge" since I was a kid. Because I'm home and around for most of the day, I can stick to your pet's normal routine — feedings, walks, meds, and play at the times they're used to — and send you updates and photos so you always know how they're doing. Doggy day care: I'm in a comfortable 750 sq ft one-bedroom apartment with easy access to Rittenhouse Square, so your dog gets a cozy home base plus plenty of nearby green space for walks, play, and bathroom breaks throughout the day. They'll have my attention, a steady routine, and regular trips outside rather than being left to lounge alone. Dog drop-in visits: I like to be thorough so your dog's day feels exactly like it does when you're home. Before your first visit, I'll ask where to find the spare leash, poop bags, water, and treats, and I'll want to know your usual walking route and routine. The more detail you can share, the better — I'd genuinely rather have too many instructions than too few, so your pup gets the same care and rhythm they're used to. Cat drop-in visits: For cats, I pay close attention to the details that keep them comfortable while you're away. I'll ask where the litter box is, whether it needs refilling, and exactly how you'd like it cleaned, plus where to find food, water, and treats. I also like to know their favorite toy and how they usually like to play or spend their day, so I can match their normal routine rather than disrupt it. Clear instructions are always welcome — I'd rather follow your way of doing things to the letter.

About: I've been a dog mom for over 13 years! My girl came home with me at just 4 months old, and she's still my whole heart today at 13. She's also taught me more about attentive, compassionate pet care than I ever expected. She's always been reactive, which means I've spent years learning how to read dog behavior, manage stress responses, and create a calm, secure environment. And as she's gotten older, she's developed a number of health issues that have made me comfortable with medications, vet routines, and the kind of patient, watchful care that older or special-needs dogs require. I know from experience how hard it is to leave your dog with someone. The anxiety is real! That's exactly why I take every booking personally. Updates, photos, check-ins, whatever helps you feel at ease, I'm happy to do. I’m available full-time, which means I’m not offering a bare-minimum "place for your dog to sleep." I’m providing in-home, attentive care: - this is my primary job so the dog isn't left alone for 8–10 hours - About 4 potty breaks per day - Feeding your pet meals on their schedule - Playtime - Cuddles and companionship - Medication administration when needed - A relatively consistent routine My schedule has a bit of a unique rhythm: I share custody of my dog, so every other month she's with me, and every other month I have full flexibility at home. On the months she's away, I open up for boarding and daycare in my apartment, in addition to my regular dog walking and drop-in visits. On the months she's with me, I keep walks and drop-ins going so I can still be there for your pup, just in a way that works best for everyone. I am always taking on new clients for dog walking as I am available all the time for that. Especially looking to have more repeat clients who need a routine walking schedule! My apartment is dog-friendly and calm. No chaos, no strangers cycling in and out. When your dog is here, it's just us, and they get my full attention. I'm attentive by nature, and with a reactive dog of my own, I've become someone who genuinely notices and responds to how an animal is feeling. I believe trust is built through communication, consistency, and honesty. I'll always be upfront with you, respond quickly to messages, and send updates so you know exactly how your pup is doing. I don't take on more dogs than I can genuinely care for. I believe that quality over quantity is always better.
