Along with the immediate trust I felt in her, I also love that she lives right by a dog park and has outdoor space at her home. Charlotte took care of my dog, Milo during a super long work day (8am-11pm), and I know he was well taken care of by the pictures she sent during his stay and in how he was acting when I picked him up.
