About: I've been looking after my own dog as well as friends and family members for as long as I can remember. And that's a long time! Jiayi was amazing! Her communication and care exceeded my expectations and she was willing to accept my little one for day care last minute! My pup loved her and she was so good with his potty/feed schedule as well. Definitely booking with her again in the future.
We did a trial stay before our upcoming weekend boarding, and it went so smoothly. My dog is a small reactive dog, and Ginger was incredibly patient, kind, and clearly very experienced with dogs like him. I felt very reassured throughout the process and much more comfortable about the upcoming boarding. Highly recommend, especially for owners of small reactive dogs!
