About: I’m a dog dad myself, so I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. I treat every dog in my care the same way I’d want someone to treat my own with patience, attention, affection, and respect for their individual routine and personality. I’ve cared for dogs for more than 10 years, from energetic younger dogs who need plenty of exercise and playtime to older dogs who need a little more patience and a slower pace. I’m comfortable with larger breeds, feeding routines, walks, basic medication, and following detailed care instructions. I’m dependable, attentive, and big on communication. I’ll keep you updated so you’re never wondering how your pet is doing. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Your dog won’t just be another booking on my schedule they’ll be treated like family while they’re with me. we can even discuss providing access to a pet camp so you can have full transparency and reassurance that your loved one as care for. I have a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time to make pet care part of my day rather than squeeze it in between other commitments. I’m already used to planning my day around my own dog, Leo, so walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention are part of my normal routine. I’m available throughout the week and can often accommodate different schedules with advance notice. I know how particular I am about who I trust with my own dog, so I take that responsibility seriously when someone trusts me with theirs. I follow each pet’s normal routine and their owner’s instructions closely, including feeding, walks, medications, and any house rules. I pay attention to the little things too like behavior, energy, appetite, and anything that seems out of the ordinary and I’ll always communicate with you. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or mine, my goal is simple: keep them safe, comfortable, loved, and as close to their normal routine as possible.

About: I grew up on a farm so I’ve been caring for animals, big and small, my entire life. I currently have two small (nearly identical) dogs, Frannie and Banana. I work from home so it’s easy for me to give them plenty of walks, pets and love. I have a small backyard and live steps from Norris Square park. I’m the go-to auntie to all of my friends pets :) I am a freelancer who works from home. I have two small dogs who I walk 2-3 times a day plus outside time in our backyard. My schedule is flexible and I live steps from Norris Square park. I have a fenced in backyard with a potty area. Two small dogs who are friendly. I typically have them meet new dogs outside of the home before having them come in to avoid any territorial behavior. My dogs eat 3 small meals a day and we keep treats to a minimum due to Frannie’s sensitive stomach. There are plenty of toys and the dogs are never out of sight.

I focus on maintaining the pet’s routine to minimize stress. I also provide regular updates to the owner, sharing photos and messages to keep them informed.

My name is Kira and I'm the head Chopperone at the Chopperoni, named so after my weiner boy Chopper. I'm a semi-retired programmer who works in app development and consulting. I work from home about 0-10 hours a week, which allows me to pursue pet-sitting as a full-time hobby! All profits go towards new toys, treats, and supplies. We welcome all pups 40lbs and under, and here's a list of what you can expect from your baby's stay with us: • 3-4 daily walks (more if needed) • Dogs welcome on all furniture and sleep in bed with me • 10-20 photos PER DAY • Playtime tailored to your dog's preferences and energy level • Plenty of cuddles and affection for dogs who enjoy them • Respectful space for independent, shy, or low-contact dogs • Playmates for maximum socialization! There are 3 resident dogs and I host up to 3 boarders at a time. I've had two rescue dogs of my own since 2021, both of whom I adopted when they were 5–6 years old. My experience with dog care goes back even further, helping care for a family member's senior dog and was heavily involved in their daily routine. I'm especially experienced with senior dogs, administering medications, basic grooming, and caring for pups who may be anxious, independent, mildly grumpy, or simply prefer having their own space respected. At the same time, I'm active and energetic enough to keep up with younger dogs and those young at heart. I'm happy to match their energy level and make sure they get the physical and mental stimulation they need. I am home pretty much all the time! I have so much free time I can literally give the dogs my attention all day haha I only leave for 1-2 hours at a time to run my errands. My two-story apartment has 3 friendly dogs (1 tiny, 1 small, 1 medium) and all dogs are allowed to roam freely. The basement where my bedroom is has a big living space that's perfect for playing. There's a grassy patch of land across the street where we take the dogs for potty breaks, and we usually take the dogs to Norris Square for their walks.

About: I grew up with dogs and have a deep love for animals. My partner, Jeff and I adopted our dog Miso in early 2025, so we know from experience the “puppy blues” that can come with a new addition. We already have repeat clients and frequently dog-sit for friends, coworkers, and neighbors. We have experience caring for senior dogs, as well as post-spay care and administering medications from caring for own pup. Jeff and I both work full time on flexible hybrid schedules, so there will always be someone home during your dog’s stay. Our pup’s routine includes potty breaks in the morning, afternoon, evening, and one final outing before bed. Your dog will follow the same schedule unless they require a more specialized routine or level of care — we’re happy to accommodate their needs! Dog park visits are a regular occurrence as well. We don’t have a fenced yard, but our neighborhood is very dog-friendly with plenty of green space for your pup to explore and sniff to their heart’s content. Miso is crate-trained, and we also have additional crates available if your dog is more comfortable being crated as well.
