“Hayden was awesome, and I highly recommend her. She was very good with my cat and her daily reports of Birdie were hilarious and very detailed. She is honest and trustworthy. Thank you Hayden!”

“Karina was amazing! She sent tons of pictures and communicated everyday about how they were doing and long detailed messages about what she did with them while she was here and how much they played back. She cleaned up any messes they made and litter that was tracked outside the box. I would definitely recommend her and will book her again next time we travel!”

“Sonia did a great job making sure my cat had food and water at her usual times! My cat is very shy and likes to hide. Sonia made sure Phyllis was OK by taking pictures of Phyllis in her favorite spot. Gave me peace of mind that my cat was healthy and doing fine while I was away.”

“Caitlin had excellent communication both before and during her visits. She did everything we requested and our cat warmed up to her very quickly. She sent me lots of updates and photos from each visit and I feel comfortable that our kitty had a great time with Caitlin and was a very happy customer. We will definitely be asking her to look after our cat in the future if she is available :)”

“I am very thankful we found Bev to care for our cat Cote. Cote is a tamed feral cat and a long haired domestic. She is timid and slow to warm up to newcomers and adding to the quandary Cote is a perfect Primadonna. About 2 hours after we left Bev went over to check on Cote and sent a picture of Cote's surprised expression!! We requested three 1/2-hour check-ins a day. Within a couple of feedings, Bev sent an image showing Cote eating treats out of her hand!! Cote will only eat her wet food warmed and with a bit of water added and stirred into it, and Bev had no trouble doing that. Bev also realized that Cote required her food to be located wherever she was sitting in order for her to eat. In one picture Cote was eating her warmed food in the lawn!! Bev also earned the ability to pet Cote. The pictures and comments Bev sent were fun and comical and she stayed in contact with us the whole time we were gone. Bev has an innate sense about animals and their needs, and I feel very comfortable taking vacations now that we have found Bev to look after our furry Primadonna.”

“Jenni was great!! It was our first time using Rover and she made the experience smooth, positive and stress free. Jenni sent updates and pics/videos throughout the stay with our cat Chaga. It was clear she was comfortable and has plenty of experience with cats, which made the experience worry-free for our somewhat shy and anxious boy. She stayed over and left the house in perfect condition. Highly recommend, and will be using her again!”

“Amelia did a very good job! We had her come watch my Mom’s 2 cats while we went away for a weekend. She made sure to play with them, give them treats and lots of love. She cleaned the litter box and washed their water bowl for them. We already have her scheduled for our next trip. Thanks Amelia!”

“Great job caring for my Nico! Gave him the potty break and energy release he needed during my long work days! Will be using in the future for sure! Thank you again for all your help, and being so helpful!”

About: I recently moved back in to the area from California. We are still getting our bearings off the city and finding new places to play and explore As a disabled veteran and single mom, i am home most of the time, outside of some time at the gym or taking my 3 year old to the park. She loves animals, is quite gentle, and is never just left with animals alone. She tends to be helpful in filling Lola's bowl with water and food and tossing a treat to show some love. If kids are not okay, I am child free Saturday through Sunday afternoons, for those times when you need to be doggy free. Fresh water is provided inside and out on the deck to bask, as well as a constant eye when not out for a walk. I tend to avoid dog parks with other people's pets under my watch, I'd prefer to maintain a safe and predictable environment.

“Very responsive and communicative. Sent photos and good updates! My cat is often afraid of new people but came out when she visited (very shocking) Will definitely ask her again to watch my kitty :)”

“Miles was very sweet with my shy cats and even helped give one of them their medicine. My husband and I are very protective of our cats but we felt very safe to leave our little guys with Miles. We loved receiving photos of them! I would recommend him!”

“Julia was lovely with our very elderly cat; she was there twice a day to handle food, water, meds, litter, and affection, and all of this seemed to be handled as well as we could have hoped. I hope she'll want to return in future!”

About: I live with four cats, each with their own unique personality—and I care for every pet I meet the same way: as an individual with their own needs, preferences, and quirks. I’ve also had several dogs in my life who’ve been my closest companions, and I bring that same deep sense of connection to every animal I care for. By day, I design enrichment tools that support instinctual behavior and emotional well-being, so whether it’s a cat who needs calm presence or a dog who thrives on routine and affection, your pet will be seen, respected, and gently supported while you’re away. I work from home and my availability is very flexible. I love early morning walks, midday check-ins, and some evening play time - whatever works for you and your pet! My focus is always on creating a sense of safety, calm, and trust for your pet. At home, I honor their routines and body language, offering companionship and gentle enrichment without disrupting their sense of place. In unfamiliar environments, I stay grounded and attuned—minimizing stress, adjusting to their comfort level, and always moving at their pace. I’m thoughtful about creating positive, low-pressure experiences that help them feel secure. To me, safety is more than supervision—it’s a feeling. One built through trust, consistency, and deep respect.

“Ada was perfect! My first time using Rover, and she really made me feel at ease. She also helped me last minute, as my previous cat sitter had an emergency and had to change her availability last minute (not on rover)… great communication too. Thank you Ada! Would hire again, and probably will! ❤️”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and my first dog was around 10 years old. I’ve been regularly a part of their care since I was in my later teen years. Sometimes taking care of two dogs for upwards of five days. I also have experience taking care of ducks geese and chickens I recently graduated high school and I’m looking for an easy job to help me pay while I study so I have very little going on in terms of my schedule, shorthand I am almost always free. I know how to take care of a home and of animals I have nothing opposed to staying late since I have my own set of keys to my home or staying the night. I also do quite enjoy the presence of animals considering how long I’ve had them as pets

Don't worry about stressing or planning a trip to the kennel, let Francesca come over and take care of your little family at home. Additionally, Francesca is available for to watch your furry family member for the day or overnights at her home. Quinn P.
“Quinn is a wonderful pet caregiver. She loves both dogs and cats and spoils them with attention and affection. Molly, our golden retriever, loved her and was always excited to see her; our grouchy cat had no complaints either and allowed Quinn to pet him. I’d give her 5 out of five stars.”

Eilene A.
“I’ve known Eilene for almost four years. During that time, I saw how she gave up her job to care for her mom during her final months of illness and death with care, strength and love with determination to provide for her mom and herself. Since that time, Eilene has been focused on work and also volunteering for various activities and projects at our church. She is willing to help others including me when I had major surgery last year. Eilene brought our family a dinner and frequently called to see how I was doing again demonstrating that loving care she had for her mom. I know Eilene has a great care for animals as well. She likes to walk a lot and feel Eilene would be a good dog walker.”
Fir Grove cat parents share their Rover experiences
Bev just finished her second sit with me and I'm so happy to have her taking care of my cats while I am away, knowing that I can rely on her with absolute confidence that she'll show up and do more than just the minimum required care. She was also quick to let me know about a small problem with the house that came up so that I could start to work on a solution before I even returned home.

Nicole has been an incredible help with our pup and cat, and we’re so grateful for her care. She’s reliable, communicative, and clearly loves animals. Even during a very difficult personal situation, she still made time to check on our pets and keep us updated, which we truly appreciate. We’ve booked with Nicole multiple times and would gladly do so again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate sitter.
