Our pup has some unique behaviors (liking to sit alone, enjoying time outside even if it is raining) and they were more than willing to allow him to be himself, without us having to ask. They also sent so many nice updates that made it easy for my partner and I to enjoy our vacation. Also, when our dog was having trouble eating his meals they kindly found a solution after checking with us to make sure he got food. Growing up my I have been around animals all my life and learned to take care of cats, to dogs, all the way to horses. I am very attentive with certain needed medications your pet may need as well as being patient with any nervous nelly pets that come my way. I am currently working part-time at home, so this allows me to give lots of attention to your fury-loved ones. I also have two friendly and well-behaved king Charles at home who love when new friends come over. My weekly schedule is very open so you can rest assure your pet will be well taken care of. I currently live in a fourplex that has a fenced yard where your pet will be freely to roam around in the well-kept garden with frequent walks throughout the day. About: Growing up, my family had a bichon frisé, and I’ve absolutely loved dogs ever since! I had a senior dog from 2019 to 2023 (RIP Elvis ❤️), so I have experience caring for senior dogs. I have also walked and dogsat for hundreds of dogs through another dog-walking app as well as cared for friends’ dogs while they’ve been away. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, from puppies to senior dogs, and of all sizes, from yorkies to Rottweilers. About: I worked in Veterinary medicine as a CVT for 15 years. I’m now in real estate so I have the experience but am able to work from home and spend hours with animals that need special care & medications (whether orally, injectable or topically). I am comfortable with most farm animals as well. My rates are based off of pets that need that extra care/ medications etc. Depending on their needs (or ease of care) my rates can be flexible! Just ask and we can discuss your/your pets needs to figure it out I am available for walks or drop ins most days but for boarding (my house or yours), I am available Wednesdays and Thursdays and every other weekend. Because I can work from home your animals don’t have to be lonely while you’re away! I am active, healthy and smoke free. I love walking dogs, running them at the park, playing chase or tug a war or whatever shenanigans your pet loves. I’ve raised goats, chickens and pigs and have some experience with cows and horses. I have helped with reptiles and birds too.. As having worked in day practice and emergency medicine I have a wide knowledge and experiences with various medical needs, diseases and behaviors. I pay close attention to body language and want to make your time away as stress free and reassured as possible. I treat every pet as if they were my own and keep owners updated for peace of mind. I’ve been caring for all kind animals for over 7 years, including dogs, chickens, ducks, goats, and other pets. Working with a variety of animals has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to recognize different needs and behaviors. I provide safe, dependable care, plenty of attention, and regular updates so owners can feel confident their pets are in good hands. Caring for animals is already a big part of my daily life. I spend time each day caring for my own animals and enjoy being active outdoors. Because of this, dog walking and pet visits fit naturally into my routine, allowing me to provide consistent care, attention, and updates to pet owners. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I provide fresh food and water, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of attention. I make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for, and I keep owners updated with messages and photos during visits.
About: I grew up having multiple dogs at the same time so I am very comfortable around dogs of all kinds. I have a 3 yo, 80 lb Irish wolfhound mix named Cornelius who is the light of my life, so I am experienced in taking care of big dogs that need a lot of exercise and attention. I am flexible with my schedule and my main priority is to give you and your doggo the best experience possible. I love taking care of people and animals in general, which is why I worked as a caregiver for 3 years. I feel that I am a natural caregiver and that this translates into being a great dog-sitter and dog-owner myself. I look forward to getting to know you and yours!
About: I have a cocker spaniel back home, whom I walked daily. During the winter I walked my neighbors dog 5 times a week for 45 minutes after school. I work from home managing social media for a local bakery in Portland, I make my own schedule. I also have practice from 6:25-8:25 daily. My dog used to bark at other dogs on walks, using a reward system I’ve trained her to stop and wait quietly when dogs pass.

They also sent so many nice updates that made it easy for my partner and I to enjoy our vacation. Also, when our dog was having trouble eating his meals they kindly found a solution after checking with us to make sure he got food. About: I've taken care of animals for 15+ years. Weather it was my own animal or a friend or families I was always there to give potty breaks and train them on proper care. I also train dogs and have many years of experience training dogs to do various commands such as sit, down, roll over, and crate training. This will be my full time job so I'll have plenty of time to dedicate to your furry friend. I do have a dog and cat of my own but they are great around other dogs. I live in an apartment in the middle of campus. There is unfortunately no backyard but I ensure that your dog will get many walks and potty breaks and playtime.
