About: As a pre-veterinary student, I provide more than just pet sitting—I bring knowledge, patience, and a genuine passion for animal care. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and other small animals through both personal ownership and animal care work. I carefully introduce new situations at each pet's comfort level and never leave animals in unsafe situations. When caring for pets in a client's home, I treat both the home and the animals with the same respect and care I would expect for my own. I follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any specific care requests exactly as directed. I also provide regular updates with photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away. About: Hi! My name is Chelsea and I have loved dogs my whole life. My family had a bichon frisé when I was growing up, and I have adopted two of my own dogs in the last few years. One was a senior rescue and the other is a 3 year old rescue. Because of this, I do have experience working with senior dogs and administering medication to dogs. I have 15 years of experience caring for both dogs and cats. I primarily conduct my pet sitting services through another pet care app (not sure if I can list the name on here since it might be a competitor of Rover!) and I have nearly 200 5-star reviews on that app. At the moment, I am between full-time jobs, so pet care has become my full-time role for the time being! I'm retired so I'm willing and available to travel and stay at your house thereby relieving the stress your pets endure staying in a kennel or at other people's homes. About: 8 years of experience with birds, and 3 with cats! Some experience with puppies and senior dogs belonging to friends and family. I'm happy to feed, medicate and play with your pet! If it's a dog, I can take them on walks up to about a mile per walk. Past experiences with pets include owning budgies starting when I was 14 (sadly, my budgie has passed away since, but lived a long and happy life) as well as living with roommates who had cats for the past 3 years. Experience with dogs is more limited, however I do have experience with my family's senior dog from childhood as well as occasionally puppy-sitting for my in-laws. In terms of availability, I am between jobs at the moment so I am very flexible. I am available pretty much anytime but have a preference for weekdays. New to the area and searching for jobs, so right now availability is very flexible. Preference for weekdays and mornings/afternoons. Anything works though, just let me know! Will follow any special instructions, no matter how convoluted! My roomate's cat is very ritualistic with her morning routine, so I get it. My little sister and I were quite the entrepreneurs, and created our own pet-sitting business in our neighborhood, taking care of our neighborhood pets.
