About: Animals have always been a passion of mine. I am highly knowledgeable about dog care, behavior, and overall well-being. I have experience helping whelp puppies and have cared for and trained dogs throughout every stage of life, from puppies to seniors. I currently have a senior dog myself, giving me firsthand experience with the special attention older pets need. In addition to dogs, I have farm experience caring for horses, pigs, chickens, and other animals. I treat every pet with patience, compassion, and the same love and attention I give my own animals. About: Hello! My name is Felix, I'm nonbinary, my pronouns are they/them, and I've lived and worked with animals for over a decade! Before entering the working world, my experience came from my own pets. I'm often asked by family, friends, and neighbors to take care of their pets while they're gone. Sometimes even just if they need assistance giving their pup a bath! My experience lies mostly with cats and dogs, but I'm also familiar with reptiles and comfortable with smaller mammals. I've worked in professional petcare with multiple species of animals and as a sitter specifically for about 4 years now. My schedule is currently open! Which means I'm able to dedicate my time to your furbabies! I'm open to staying in your home for the entire time you'll be gone, or I can just pop in for potty breaks and meals. I'm a fast learner and take detailed notes to make sure I won't forget anything! To keep your pets happy, healthy, and safe, not only do I follow instructions to the letter, I pay close attention to your pet to learn their behavior. What makes them happy? What are their boundaries? Every pet is unique. They all have different experiences and personalities. Respect for that fact is the most important part of meeting new animals. I will strive to not only make sure you're comfortable with me caring for your pets, but to ensure your pets are comfortable with me as well.

About: I have a high drive working German Shepherds, and husky. I have always been full of energy and taking care of crackhead dogs give me a lot of patience, so puppies and active dogs are my favorite and specialty! And I've been bitten and scratched enough times, it almost tickles... Almost During hot months my dogs are given all attention in the evening/at night and during cold months my dogs are given all attention in the afternoon so there is a period of time where I can help take care of yours outside of pet care and work! I will make sure to follow strict instructions and be very attentive and watchful of your pup! My own dogs schedule consist of playing, walking, training, cuddling, feeding and potty every 4-6 hours! And I would love to treat your pet with the same amount of needs whenever you feel you can't! No dog left behind!

About: I pet sat for my neighbors all throughout highschool, along with being a nanny. I also grew up with all sorts of animals, so I understand how to manage them and care for them! I work during the day Saturday-Monday 2pm-10pm with the exception of Fridays- where I work 10:00pm-6:00am. I am able to do overnights, and have knowledge to care for dogs, cats, fish and reptiles as well. I also am able to check in with animals during my lunches. I keep a watchful eye, especially on the little ones. I personally have a 4 pound Chihuahua, so i understand the anxiety that comes along with letting someone else watch them.

About: Hi, my name is Stella & I love dogs! I recently adopted a pup named Winnie - she is a big lovable goof with a sweet personality, who loves to play, and equally loves to chill and sleep. She gets along well with other dogs, so long as they don't exhibit aggressive behavior toward her. *****If I am considered for a house sitting job, please take note that Winnie would *maybe* need to join (or perhaps if you have a low-key pet, I could hop back and forth between caring for Winnie at my home and caring for your pet at your home). My husband does help with house sitting jobs though, so it is possible that Winnie wouldn't absolutely need to join but it would be ideal if that was an option. I love all breeds, large and small alike. Each dog has their own personality and I adjust my service based on what your dog needs. Cuddles, play time, belly rubs or space? Whatever works for me! I provide the best care and will give your dog all the love and attention he or she wants. *I have much experience dog sitting/walking - 15 years! I have experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs (and everywhere in between). I look forward to meeting your best friend(s). (: I take my dog on walks 2-3x per day, or replace one of these walks with a trip to the dog park (if it's nice outside!). I can only dog sit at your home as my dog is an ESA and the only dog allowed on my property. When dropping in or house-sitting, I love to take dogs to the park, on trails, or just a walk around the neighborhood! I adjust my care giving based on what you/your dog prefer - if you'd rather me play fetch or tug-of-war in home rather than going outside, that's perfectly fine too! I will let your dog outside to go to the bathroom as needed but I know every dogs abilities and preferences are different.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was ten years old. My little sister and I were quite the entrepreneurs, and created our own pet-sitting business in our neighborhood, taking care of our neighborhood pets. I absolutely love taking care of animals and am highly interested in a career working with them. I also have a fur baby of my own! I currently am working part-time and taking a gap semester, so I generally have open availability and can make time to stay overnight or drop by easily! I currently do not do boarding, however I do house sitting and drop-in visits, giving your pets the safety of their own home. Every pet that I take care of I treat like one of my own!

Jill was really flexible: we were able to come to an arrangement that didn't fit nicely into the Rover app's scheduling. About: Animal care has been a part of my whole life. I've always had a pet, whether they were cats or dogs. No matter the size, age, or breed of the pet, I understand to respect their boundaries and be mindful of their safety. Spoiling and playing with pets is the easiest task on the planet. I'm a part-time college instructor. My hours are extremely flexible, so I can happily take a break from grading to pop in for a pet. I first and foremost will defer to the owner's instructions and requests. For pop in care, I will check basic needs first: food/water/litter box/potty breaks. Then comes socializing or any other request from the owner. Weather permitting, I like to take dogs out for fetch, chase, tug-a-war, or casual walks. What we do is sometimes determined by the breed of dog. For cats, I understand that play is up to them. I'm happy to engage in any way they prefer. My own cat is a fiend for a string.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, growing up with both cats and dogs of all personalities, from easygoing labs to high energy, sometimes anxious heelers. That taught me early on how to read animal behavior, stay patient, and build trust with pets at their own pace! In college, I started out studying pre vet before following my passion into wildlife biology, and I’ll be starting grad school this fall studying ecology and evolution with a focus on wildlife. I also spent a summer working with a nonprofit dog rescue in Houston, Texas, helping save dogs from the streets and from kill shelters. It was hands on and sometimes challenging, but really rewarding. I helped with medications, cared for dogs with all kinds of temperaments, and made sure each one felt safe and cared for. I truly believe every animal is special and deserves patience, understanding, and a little extra love. I’ve always found it easy to connect with animals, and I love seeing even shy or anxious pets start to relax and show their personality. Right now I’m saving up for grad school, and honestly I can’t think of a better way to spend my time than being around animals. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping your pet company, I’ll treat them like my own! I currently have Wednesday's and Thursday's off. I am free all day to take your pups on a mid day walk or keep them company while you are out of town! The rest of my week I work from 9:00-6:00 so my availability is more limited. I live on acreage in the Veneta area. Our property is mostly fenced and includes an orchard, a creek, and plenty of space for play and adventure! I have one pup of my own who absolutely loves other dogs. He’s a medium-sized herding dog who would be thrilled to show a new friend around the property. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always strive to be a respectful and gracious guest. I’m a very tidy, thoughtful person and take great care to leave your home exactly as you left it, if not better! I believe it’s incredibly valuable for animals to remain in an environment where they feel safe and comfortable. I have a lot of experience with anxious animals and believe that a calm, warm demeanor, along with a consistent routine, is key to making sure your pet feels happy, secure, and well cared for.
