About: I’ve owned and taken care of animals since I was a child. We have always had multiple dogs and/or cats in our home and I’ve always had a special connection with all of them. I work from home 3 weeks out of the month and have 3 days off a week where I am totally free from any other obligations so I am readily available at a moments notice for all types of pet care services. My pets at home are always cared for and loved. They are a part of our family and are treated as such. We have a dog bed for every room in our house but our cats run the show! They are well fed and we also provide healthy, raw snacks for them. Our care and respect for your animals and your home will be exactly the same as if it were our own.

About: I was a long time kennel tech at Nassau humane society and a wildlife specialist for almost twenty years I've been around animals my whole life in a care, and socialization, as we as veterinary standpoint I have a part time job but its limited hours so im available most of the time im trying to build a business so im usually doing something work related or asleep I stick to a detailed outline of your relationship with your pet and regiment for them which I request from all of my clients I won't try to reinvent the wheel I stick to the program that has worked best for you

“Charity and her husband, Jeff, took great care of our dog! Our dog is suffering from a progressive disease that has affected his hind legs. He is only able to stand with the use of his dog wheels. He also requires oral medication twice a day. I had contacted Charity last minute after an unsuccessful overnight stay at a kennel. At our meet and greet, I could tell she was a person that loves dogs, and George took to her instantly! When we returned home George was happy and not stressed at all. About: I’ve taken care of my cats and dogs since I was 8 years old and my neighbors dogs and cats since I was 5 years old! I have always been a huge animal lover! I’m currently only working part-time so I have plenty of time during the week and the weekends to provide pet care! My schedule is very flexible! About: What sets me apart from many sitters is my lifelong experience with animals and my ability to genuinely connect with them quickly — especially pets who may be anxious, shy, older, highly attached to their owners, or simply used to lots of companionship and attention. Over the years, I’ve helped care for foster litters of puppies and kittens requiring around-the-clock feeding, monitoring, and weight tracking alongside my best friend, who is a veterinarian. I also have veterinary technician and shelter experience, along with hands-on experience caring for senior pets, administering medications, reinforcing basic puppy training, and supporting animals with special routines, anxieties, or medical needs. I’m currently working with one of my own dogs in service dog training, and I’m also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who previously worked with pre-K children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. I truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and creating an environment where they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and relaxed while their owners are away. Because I own and operate my own boutique design firm, my schedule is highly flexible and allows me to work remotely from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. I’m also involved in tween mentorship and creative consulting, both of which I manage on my own schedule, making it easy for me to prioritize the needs and routines of the pets in my care. I’m naturally both an early riser and a night owl, so I’m available for early morning feedings and walks, late-night potty breaks, overnight companionship, medication schedules, and pets who simply feel more secure having someone nearby throughout the day and evening. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy the companionship, structure, and calm presence animals bring. Whether I’m working quietly from my laptop while keeping your pet company, taking breaks for walks and playtime, or providing attentive overnight care, I’m able to give pets far more presence and consistency than many traditional sitters with rigid work schedules. With me your fur baby will receive attention through play time, be given time to run and play and have the love and care to continue to thrive. The Services I do provide are feeding, walks to keep your fur baby happy and healthy, fun time to keep them stimulated, to continue to build on their social skills and so they can routinely be working on their bonding with family, new faces and other dogs. Dogs are constantly growing and learning so the proper sitter is needed. My schedule is flexible, so it’s allows me to be available for any type of service that may come up. Around Special events and holidays I have more time to play with your fur baby and be more active. Making sure your dog is secure in my home or yours is my first priority. Because dogs are just like babies they can get into things so double checking doors and Gates is a must.

I will treat your home just as my own and make sure it is safe, clean and properly locked up when we go on walks.

About: For 17 years I have been taking care of dogs (really animals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes) both of my own and for others too. There has never been a point in my life that I have not had a dog. Right before I was born, my parents got a beagle that I grew up with. I started taking care of her at a young age (I’d say even later than 17 years ago, just not notable enough to count for it) when she needed special baths for her skin condition, treatments for her ear infections, and catering to her broken arm after getting run over by a car. Before she passed, we got a husky. I helped train (on and off leash commands), groom, trim his nails, and learned how to speak husky. He was a very loved hand full. I learned so much from him because of all the trouble he made from running away, eating glue, chewing up the entire house… you name it, he did it. Through these lessons I have learned not only how to retain my patience and grace, but also how to be a beacon of support and reservoir of love for all fur babies. Nevertheless, when he got older, I gave him shots for his hip dysplasia and ensured he was most comfortable until the day my sister and I sat in the room with him on his way up to doggy heaven. Today, I have a great pyrenees who is a bundle of joy. Again, I have trained her, happily cater to her persistent anxiety--especially with thunderstorms--ensure she is exercised, groomed, and feeling loved. Currently I am working part-time and most of this is at home doing online research for school. Pet care is my daily routine anyways and I have a partner who often stays home to take care of our pup. He certainly supports me needing to fill my cup with more love in my heart from interacting with animals. Nevertheless, I love to help people out. I find that having a good, stable community is the most precious thing we can have as people. It takes a village and I am happy to be apart of that village. I am happy to make any accommodations possible to help you and your fur baby feel the most comfortable with my care.
