About: I’ve always had pets and been around animals, total animal lover to the end. I am wanting to help out animals and of course, their owners! I am currently living at home and going to community college and I think this will be the perfect way to make money, I love animals and walking dogs, playing with them, and even just relaxing with them. About: Hi!! My name is Ella! I graduated from Clemson University this past spring and moved to Fernandina recently! I love all animals and have always had dogs growing up. (Labrador Retrievers and Boykin Spaniels) I am experienced with caring for animals of all ages and am dedicated to making sure each pet feels loved and taken care of in their own home. I have cared for animals ranging from small poodle mixes of about 8 pounds to large golden doodles that weigh 80 pounds. I can’t wait to meet your pets! About: My dogs and I have been through AKC certified obedience training I'm experienced in walking multiple dogs at a time Can housesit and care for dogs with special needs Providing positive reinforcement and tasty bribes is my main method of gaining trust with a new dog friend. I'm open to meeting and discussing all forms of service ahead of time I have a flexible part time job that is generally from 9 - 4 Monday through Friday. These times are flexible so if you have a question about a particular day feel free to ask My 2 dogs and I walk almost everyday around our neighborhood just to get some adventure and smell some new fire hydrants. My house has a wood 6' privacy fence around the backyard and I have time to them out 5 or 6 times a day for bathroom breaks or to just run around an play. My dogs started being crate trained as a puppy but as they have grown older and more trusty we use them less and less. I use a lot of positive reinforcement and treat training to bond and build rapport. I feel comfortable around dogs of all shapes and sizes and would prefer to take care of new dogs in their home environment first. My dogs: I have a 6 year old 60lb female Portuguese water dog -- She's a big napper, cuddler and loves cats.
