About: I am a caring, enthusiastic animal lover with experience pet sitting for family and friends, as well as working part-time at an overnight dog kennel. Dogs and cats hold a special place in my heart and are much more than companions—they are family. I am dedicated to providing loving, reliable care and making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and comfortable while in my care. I have an open and flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate a variety of pet care needs. Whether you need daily walks, drop-in visits, overnight care, or last-minute assistance, I am happy to work with your schedule whenever possible. Your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I understand that trusting someone with your furry family member and your home is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously. When caring for pets in their own environment, I follow their established routines, provide constant attention, and ensure they feel secure and comfortable while you're away. I treat every home with respect and every pet as if they were my own, maintaining a safe, clean, and stress-free environment. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is receiving reliable, compassionate care in the place they know and love most. 🐾❤️
“Emily was the best pet sitter we could have ever asked for! Our two cats are usually quite suspicious of new people but they took to her instantly. Emily did all we asked of her and more! She kept me informed of any changes in their bodily functions and their overall behavior. This was very important to me since my older cat has a history of urinary blockages so you have to be vigilant about his mood and food/water intake. Whenever we go out of town again, we will definitely be contacting Emily first!”

“Austyn did such an amazing job! I had such peace of mind on vacation knowing my kitties were being taken such great care of. I will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!”

“Kennedy is the best! She always writes the cutest little updates about what they did during the drop in which makes my work day. If you’re looking for someone to take your pup out while you work I would highly recommend”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I can train puppies and take care of senior dogs. I have experience with it all. My father used to raise and train puppies since I was 10, so that’s where I get the magic spark from. I am so passionate to take care of, and to love on animals. I have three dogs of my own that we have raised since they were little. I work part-time, and have flexible hours, so I am available for your pups whenever you need a babysitter! Day or night, I can help! When I take care of these pups, I like to chat with the owner about their expectations for the house, and for their pup. Follow instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, and bedtime. If accidents happen, clean them up as soon as possible. Stay out of rooms or areas the owner has marked as off-limits. Keep your belongings tidy and out of the way. Keep the volume down. I like to keep owners updated with text and pictures. I also like to do a quick tidy-up before the owner gets back to their sweet pup 🐶!
“Amy was amazing. She met with my husband while I was out of town and then offered to meet me when I was back. She was very attentive with my 3 fur babies and very responsive. She took great care to help out when one of them kept throwing up and she even went back an extra visit to check on one of my escape artists kitties. Would highly recommend and will use her again in the future.”

“Enoni is wonderful! So patient and so kind, always kept sending me updates and I'm definitely going to be usijg her in the future anytime I need. She loves my pups!”

“Raymond was very punctual, professional, and took great care of our pup? He made sure to send pictures each visit and kept in touch. I'd give 10 stars if I could! We'll definitely be reaching out in the future.”

About: Lifelong dog owner • Australian Shepherd mom at heart • Big believer in adventure and enrichment. Beach runs, open fields, and lots of love included. As a Navy sailor, I know how difficult time away from your dog can be. My goal is to make sure your pup lives a full life even when you’re away. I am currently working a full-time job, and my schedule changes every week so availability changes and varies. If you need someone to take your dog on a walk right before you get home from work, or you are going on a weekend trip, I’m more then happy to take care of your fur baby!! As of right now, I am offering dog walking service, and also day visits. I will respect your home, and your animals. I want to offer the best experience I can while checking in to see your pup or getting their energy out from taking them on a nice walk to get out of the home!
“I am not very good about leaving reviews, but Josie B was probably the best caregiver we have ever had. After meeting with her in person, I immediately relaxed and knew our pets would be taken care of....when we left the next day, I was not visualizing all the bad things that could go wrong with our 4 legged babies, like I always do when we leave them. She sent us the report cards and many pictures. She was not nervous at all about giving our newly diagnosed cat the insulin injections she now needs with both meals. When we decided to come home early, she immediately adjusted the schedule and came by to check on them one last time. When we got home, they were not really that happy to see us at first. I think they were hoping she was coming by again. LOL. My dog and cat were well taken care of...We had decided to try and board them this time with a boarding kennel, but they cancelled because they said they needed to have an overnight vet to monitor our cat. I am so glad they did because it led us to Josie. I will NEVER ever use anyone else again.”

“It’s our first time using Rover and we are so happy that we found Laura! We have two dogs, one an anxious senior and one a rambunctious pup. Laura took great care of them both! She stuck to the schedule we discussed and it made our vacation much easier knowing our dogs were in her capable hands. We will definitely use Rover again and, hopefully Laura if she is available.”

“Donald was an excellent care provider for my dog. He was always on time always sent great pictures. Handled my dogs health issues with ease and confidence. My dog even started to like him”
About: I love working with animals. I have 5 rescue dogs at home, so right now I am only providing services in other homes. I have been working as a nurse since 2012. I am very proactive with my dog’s care and safety and I will be with yours also. It’s very important to me to make them feel comfortable and safe. I am familiar with cats as well as they have always been apart of my family. Starting in August, 2026 my work schedule will be very open so I can provide full time care for your pets Monday-Friday (drop in visits or walks). Some animals have a really hard time being away from their families. I try to make all guests feel at home and as comfortable as possible. Sticking to their normal routine and helping them through any separation anxiety is really important.

If you choose my place, I'm proud of my clean one-story home, free of stairs, perfect for older or disabled pets, and an open interior for the more playful ones, too. My pets and I are by nature very routine, and I understand the need to keep your pets' schedule the same to minimise stress, separation anxiety, or any unwanted behavior. I want you to as the pet parent, to feel comfortable just as I want your pet to feel comfortable. If visiting your place, i.e., drop-ins, walks, and house sitting, I will share pet updates and follow all your recommended asks. I am newly located in Sain Marys, Georgia, from Maryland. I am happy to accommodate any special needs your furry friend may have at home. I will follow all your recommendations while being happy to accommodate any special needs. A key to a successful pet care experience is not only maintaining the animal's basic needs but also overdelivering in compassion, time, effort, and patience. All this while keeping your pet's normal routine, just adding me as their guardian at the time of care.
“My mother had an emergency medical issue and I could not be there to help her care for her pup Hannah. On super short notice Jennifer saved the day. She has been a lifesaver. I am beyond grateful to have found her. I can breathe easier knowing that I have Jennifer to call on. Hannah LOVES her and thats all I needed to know. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You”

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
