About: My dogs and I have been through AKC certified obedience training I'm experienced in walking multiple dogs at a time Can housesit and care for dogs with special needs Providing positive reinforcement and tasty bribes is my main method of gaining trust with a new dog friend. I'm open to meeting and discussing all forms of service ahead of time I have a flexible part time job that is generally from 9 - 4 Monday through Friday. These times are flexible so if you have a question about a particular day feel free to ask My 2 dogs and I walk almost everyday around our neighborhood just to get some adventure and smell some new fire hydrants. My house has a wood 6' privacy fence around the backyard and I have time to them out 5 or 6 times a day for bathroom breaks or to just run around an play. My dogs started being crate trained as a puppy but as they have grown older and more trusty we use them less and less. I use a lot of positive reinforcement and treat training to bond and build rapport. I feel comfortable around dogs of all shapes and sizes and would prefer to take care of new dogs in their home environment first. My dogs: I have a 6 year old 60lb female Portuguese water dog -- She's a big napper, cuddler and loves cats. My 3 year old, 30lb, male terrier mix is the feisty play pal that keeps everyone entertained.

About: We are friendly family of 3 with friendly dog of our own. We love dogs. My husband own dogs before including 2 mixed breed, 1 Labrador retriever and Jerman Shepherd. I am train hostess how to pampered even your pickiest pet. I am full time stay home mom available 27 hours to take care of your beloved your precious pet. Pick up- Drop off , 7am- 9pm For pick up and drop off must call or text I n advance notification. We have a full size home with fences and yard. Your dog will have full run of the down stair and very companion to play with a long with our energetic 11 years old son.

About: I absolutely love animals and have been taking care of pets since i was about 10 years old! I have experience with all types of dogs, from seniors to young puppies through working with rescues and I have had over 10 foster dogs who I have helped to find homes. I have also aided in training for rescue dogs of all different backgrounds, including issues with separation, anxiety, crate, potty, and obedience training. Outside of the rescue I also have regular pet sitting clients whose pups I have watched for over 5 years and absolutely love! I also have volunteered with Cats Angels in Fernandina Beach and have experience fostering litters of kittens and stray cats. I am back on Amelia Island for the summer but during the school year I attend Florida State University where I am actively involved in the dog rescue Champ’s Chance and it has taught me so much about working with all types and personalities of pups! I am currently working part time and my only set hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8am to 12pm, outside of those hours my time is free to be spent with your pets! I am very active and love to go for walks or runs if that is something your pup would like to join me in (usually in the early morning or evenings to avoid that Florida heat!). I have reliable transportation and love to spend time petting, playing, and just lounging around with any animal. I am able to care for pets in their home however needed! I have experience with a variety of medical needs and activity levels, and can do frequent visits, park outings, or stay in your home if that’s what you and your pet are most comfortable with.

About: I grew up on a farm with all kinds of animals and I’ve never not had a dog! I currently have a 6 year old golden doodle named Ruby that is my pride and joy. I work part time as a nurse, but when I’m not at work I’m hanging out with ruby- which is a lot more enjoyable. My husband, Thomas, works from home and has been my dog-sitting partner in crime! Between the two of us, our furry visitors are rarely lonely. We provide lots of pets, play time, walks, and cuddles. We have a yard, large dog crates if needed, doggie swimming pool, and lots of furniture for the four legged friends to sit on! I work 1-2 days a week and have full availability the other days. Unfortunately, these days change every week, but I usually have my schedule for a month in advance. I live in a house on a couple acres that is surrounded by trees, so there are lots of little critters to look at from the front porch! my dog and i spend a lot of time outdoors, whether we are going to the beach or on walks.

Whether your dog is energetic or prefers a quiet environment, I’ll provide attentive care, regular walks, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of updates so you can feel confident while you’re away. My schedule allows me to provide pets with plenty of attention throughout the day, so they won’t spend long periods alone. I plan my schedule around each booking to maintain your pet’s normal routine, including feeding times, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and rest. I believe consistency helps dogs feel comfortable, especially when they’re away from home, and I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages during their stay. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a clean, calm, and organized home where every pet receives individual attention. Before each stay, I take time to learn your pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs so I can provide the best possible care. Since I don’t have a fenced yard, every walk and potty break is supervised, and I never leave pets outside unattended. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay so you always know how they’re doing.

About: Hi!! My name is Ella! I graduated from Clemson University this past spring and moved to Fernandina recently! I love all animals and have always had dogs growing up. (Labrador Retrievers and Boykin Spaniels) I am experienced with caring for animals of all ages and am dedicated to making sure each pet feels loved and taken care of in their own home. I have cared for animals ranging from small poodle mixes of about 8 pounds to large golden doodles that weigh 80 pounds. I can’t wait to meet your pets! The dogs in my pictures are either the ones I have grown up with or the ones I have recently taken care of. I currently have a part time job so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I will be available for check-ins, walks and overall care. I have the most availability in mornings and afternoons! I’m available Monday through Sunday and will do my best to accommodate your needs. I will make sure your dog gets plenty of love, belly rubs, and walks. About: I have experience caring for a wide variety of dog personalities and behaviors, including large breeds, strong pullers, high energy dogs, dogs with strong prey drives, reactive dogs, and dogs that may be uncertain around other animals or unfamiliar people. I understand that every dog is different, and I adjust my approach based on what makes your dog feel safest and most comfortable. Whether your dog enjoys lots of social interaction or prefers space and slower introductions, I’m happy to accommodate their individual needs. I also have a Golden Retriever of my own and personally use Rover for my own dog, so I truly understand the importance of trust, communication, and peace of mind when leaving your pet in someone else’s care. No instructions or routines are ever “too much” for me because I know every dog is different and what works for one may not work for another. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while also making you feel confident while you’re away. I do require a meet and greet prior to booking so I can better understand your dog’s routine, personality, and needs while also making sure we’re a great fit for each other. I believe communication and consistency are extremely important when caring for someone’s pet. My partner and I provide care together, which allows for added flexibility and availability. My partner stays home full time while I work, and on weekends, holidays, and after 5 PM, both of us are available to help care for the dogs. We do ask that meet and greets include both of us so we can fully understand your expectations and ensure your dog is comfortable with everyone involved in their care. I work weekly but I am off on weekends and holidays. I am home by 3PM from work and come home during my lunch. I leave for work at 7:30am. I have a fenced in backyard and a friendly golden retriever. I live in a neighborhood that is great for long walks and there is a dog park nearby and many open fields.

About: My husband and I are HUGE animal lovers! We have both grown up with many animals and have many years of experience caring for our pets. We will take care of your fur babies like they are our own. No dog is too big or too small for us. We are home most weekends and will have plenty of time to take care of your pets while you are away. We will give many bathroom breaks and make sure they have plenty of outside play time. Our house is very dog friendly! We have a fenced in yard that your babies can play in. We also have a sweet dog who loves to run and play with all other animals. Our dog is diabetic so we have experience with giving injected medications if needed
