“We booked Dean on fairly short notice, because our usual boarding place no longer takes care of cats, and another pet sitter stood us up. And we've been very happy having chosen Dean for the care of our 3 cats while we were on vacation to Europe. This was our first pet sitting experience. Dean was available for a meet-and-greet the next morning after we put in our request. Dean has been very responsive and communicates very clearly and quickly, which is one of main the reasons why we chose him. Dean is also a very pleasant person to be around and to talk to, so we immediately felt good about him taking care of our 3 cats. He came by every day. He brought in our mail, cleaned up after our cats, fed our cats and stayed for quite some time every day to give the cats some attention - he even vacuumed our home. He sent us pictures and a small update every day. We think he's done a great job, and we would definitely hire him again if we need another pet sitter. He's highly recommended.”

“Allie did a great job with our 2 pups. She was able to meet them the day before which helped them be more comfortable around her. She took them outside to potty, spent time playing and running with them to tire them out, and provided us with lots of pets and pictures!! Definitely recommend Allie and would use her services again.”

“Emma did a really great job looking after Florence and Reddington - this turned out to be a longer trip than planned at the last minute (almost 3 weeks) and she extended her visits with no hesitation, spending extra time with them to make sure they were well looked after and had the company needed while we were away so long. Her patience with Florence certainly paid off, I’m glad she finally warmed to her and got her head scrunches 🥰 Thank you Emma!”

“I am not very good about leaving reviews, but Josie B was probably the best caregiver we have ever had. After meeting with her in person, I immediately relaxed and knew our pets would be taken care of....when we left the next day, I was not visualizing all the bad things that could go wrong with our 4 legged babies, like I always do when we leave them. She sent us the report cards and many pictures. She was not nervous at all about giving our newly diagnosed cat the insulin injections she now needs with both meals. When we decided to come home early, she immediately adjusted the schedule and came by to check on them one last time. When we got home, they were not really that happy to see us at first. I think they were hoping she was coming by again. LOL. My dog and cat were well taken care of...We had decided to try and board them this time with a boarding kennel, but they cancelled because they said they needed to have an overnight vet to monitor our cat. I am so glad they did because it led us to Josie. I will NEVER ever use anyone else again.”

O'Neil cat parents share their Rover experiences
We were really pleased with how Dean cared for our girl. She’s an extremely skittish former feral who requires oral medication and is very good at hide and seek. When our long term pet sitter stopped pet sitting before our trip we were nervous about finding someone we could trust to care for her. We immediately felt comfortable with Dean at our meet and he lived up to all expectations. We appreciate his great communication and how he goes above and beyond. We highly recommend him and will definitely hire again!
