About: i’ve been taking care of animals for a long time now, babysitting and lending a home for multiple cats. i worked at a dog training facility with dogs of all ages and sizes i love taking care of my pets and myself. i do not free feed, so i have a nice schedule in place. i can’t wait to take care of other pets! yard is PARTIALLY fenced so we could walk and play around but probably not off leash unless you trust your dog to stay with me!

About: !!SAME DAY BOOKING AVAILABLE!! I understand things happen and we all need help sometimes. I am absolutely available for last minute changes in your life when you need someone to take care of your pets. I've taken care of animals of all types for years. As a previous volunteer for the HSSW, who has taken courses in animal behavior and veterinary science, I am extremely comfortable caring for animals of all types. Small or exotic pets, big or small dogs, cats, reactive or disabled animals- let's work together! I have experience with medication administration, so whether your pet needs pills, injections, or liquid medication, I'm here to help! My schedule is currently almost completely open. I'm available weekdays and weekends for all activities. As time goes on, my schedule may change, but you'll always be the first to know! For regular visits more than once a day, I can only provide services in a five mile radius. I make sure to follow your instructions exactly to make sure you can rest easy while your pet is being taken care of. I'll watch pets at your home, so your pet can have a familiar and comforting environment. I would like for you to rest easy as you know your animals are being taken care of.

We went on a trip and she was there to walk Akira everyday, even having our family tag along and give them tips on walking. In 3 weeks Akira has become a completely different puppy on walks. He still has things to work on but walks are much easier and we understand better now to deal with issues (like when he sees other dogs or wants to eat a stick). We can tell he is happier and calmer on walks and we are as well. Skylar is also quite professional which is essential. We need someone reliable. She is always on time, responds to messages and answers questions. She always sends thorough summaries, tips and pictures. skylar goes above and beyond expectations. She genuinely cares, and is willing to work with you for your specific needs. We have had other dog walkers not correctly react to Akira picking up sticks. She understands and is patient to train him rather than get irritable. I think the key difference with Skylar and other walkers is she has experience training puppies which helps her better understand them and know how to react in situations. She isn’t just providing walks but valuable training and a fun experience for our puppy when we can’t be there. We are so blessed to have found Skylar and appreciate all her hard work”

I have a super flexible schedule as I work as a novelist and can work from anywhere. Whatever your needs I can probably work with.
