I have taken care of pets for 15 years. Dogs, cats, and small pets. Birds as well. I treat every animal as if they were my own - like family. Currently working full time and in need of extra income. After shifts or days off I will spend my time with dogs going on walks or to the parks. About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life and take pride in providing attentive, active care. I’m certified in behavior analysis which comes in handy when reading what a dog needs in that moment and develop new skills. Being a foster dog mom to a beautiful pitty has also depend my experience with working with different personalities and needs. I love incorporating engaging and enriching activities for my pups to support development and mental stimulation. I’m currently working a full time job Monday through Friday 9 to 5 but, I am also available all day Saturday through Sunday. Monday through Friday I can be free to provide evening walks and potty breaks. On weekends I can provide walks, potty breaks and dog sitting. While I do not provide boarding at my home due to having limited space, I am available to do the dog sitting in your home. In my home with my current foster, it has been important with keeping her schedule consistent to help with her anxiety. This means that I play an important role with sticking to the schedule we have set. We also focus on redirecting her anxiety to preferred activities or toys like her bones or even letting her run it off in the back yard. She is very affectionate so I am also used to giving her lots of praise when she is doing things she is supposed to be doing and giving her lots of hugs when she cues for them.

About: I have experience with puppies (basic training, routines) and senior dogs (gentle care, medications), and I treat every pet like my own while keeping owners updated and worry free. Pet care fits naturally into my routine since I work from home, allowing me to give dogs plenty of attention, supervision, and frequent breaks throughout the day. I also occasionally babysit for a friend nearby, which is easy to balance with pet care and never takes me far from the home. This flexibility lets me maintain consistent routines, playtime, and quality care for every pet. I follow each pet’s usual routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. About: We are a family of dog lovers! My husband and I both grew up with dogs, and though we don’t have pets currently, our love of dogs keeps us pet sitting and dog walking around our neighborhood. We have 3 young children who absolutely adore dogs, and love taking responsibility in taking care of them when we are pet sitting. We have a lot of snuggles to give your pups, and lots of walks to take them on, too! I am a stay at home mom so our schedule is pretty flexible! We are up early, and outside often. Any timing should be fine for us to work around. We have a fenced in yard with plenty of space for your fur baby. We can play fetch with your pup, give them lots of snuggles, and plenty of walks!

About: I've had dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes as naturally to me as anything. When I got my puppy four years ago, I dedicated myself fully to his training and development, spending every day with him through those early months to make sure he grew into the happy, well-behaved dog he is today. I also have experience with the more challenging side of pet care. My older dog had diabetes, and I spent a great deal of time managing his condition, administering medication daily, and making sure his final years were as comfortable and loving as possible. It taught me a lot about patience, attentiveness, and caring for pets with special medical needs. Beyond my own dogs, I've spent years babysitting, walking, and watching dogs for friends and neighbors. Animals have always been drawn to me, as I have a natural calm with them that puts even shy or anxious pets at ease. While I'm new to Rover, I bring a lifetime of hands-on experience. Whether it's a long walk, a trip to the park, or just cuddling up with their favorite toys, I pour real love into every visit. I understand how much your dog means to you, and I'll treat them like my own every single time. I recently graduated from college and will be starting my Master of Social Work program at NYU in September. I am available all summer and have plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve! I'm currently based in Plainview, Long Island, where I'm free and flexible for any and all pet care needs throughout the summer. About: I have been taking care of dogs for about 4 years. I have a cane corso who’s one. I had a very sweet pitbull that was 7 and I also took care of an English mastiff. I have experience in all age and sizes, training, grooming, and med giving. I am currently in college so I would be be free part time except for the weekend which I’ll be free all day. I love taking my dogs on hikes and walks in my free time and just spending quality time with them I have one sweet cane corso, he is one, who is always energetic so I can handle both hyper and calmer dogs. I have been trained in training dogs so I can help with that if needed.
