From our very first meet-and-greet, they took the time to get to know Rocky and make sure he would be a good fit for their family and their two beautiful dogs. Matt showed us their yard and explained where Rocky would be safe to run around and play. He gave us a full rundown of everything and patiently answered all of our questions, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident leaving Rocky with them. We ended up booking a full week! Throughout Rocky’s stay, we received regular updates, pictures, videos, and text messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was so wonderful to see how happy and comfortable Rocky was. He got along great with their family dogs and even their super-cute daughter! You can truly tell that Matt & Kristina genuinely care about the dogs in their care and treat them like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. We have a cozy house where the pups are free to roam throughout the day and night. We also have crates of most sizes, if your dog would rather be crated. I work from home full time, except for 1 or 2 days a month, and even those days, I am only in the office half the day. I'm fully available to attend to all your doggies needs! About: Hey there! I am new to sitting, but always willing to learn and gain experience :) Happy to take on any type of dog or cat (I have both). My cat is an escape artist, and my dog is insane. I can handle it all. I am free all summer for pet care! There is a short stretch of time in August where i will be away, but other than that, I am excited to meet new pet friends :) I am well versed in crating dogs, as well as keeping an eye on mischievous animals. I will follow any instructions given very carefully and ensure your pet is happy and healthy while you are away.
About: I have worked with dogs since I was in middle school. I currently am in the process of getting my dog grooming license and work at an animal shelter at the moment. I have experience with large dogs to small dogs, scared and nervous dogs, Mouthy and jumpy dogs, walking strong pulling dogs, administering medication and Grooming! I am just looking to fill my free time doing something I love and passionate about! I’m currently working part-time at an animal shelter and I just received my dog grooming license. I am flexible with my schedule and only work 3 days a week. I would follow all of the instructions the owner has left. Provide your dog with enrichment, treats and walks. If your puppy is scared or anxious I will sit with them, spending the time trying to gain their trust so it’s a positive experience for both parties involved!

About: I grew up with golden retrievers my whole life, and now have a spunky German shepherd mix added into our family. I am a highly trained veterinary receptionist of going on 5 years with extreme background knowledge of veterinary medicine. Will be able to tell beginning signs if your pet is unwell in my care. I work full-time as a veterinary receptionist but have three days off during the week as I work a long shifts. Fridays, I am off early at 3pm! I can administer all types of medication quickly and comfortably. I am extremely knowledgeable in the safety and importance of sanitation of pet waste and food/water dishes. Some pets may require more specific care and boundaries than others, I am prepared for this!

He gave us a full rundown of everything and patiently answered all of our questions, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident leaving Rocky with them. We ended up booking a full week! Throughout Rocky’s stay, we received regular updates, pictures, videos, and text messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was so wonderful to see how happy and comfortable Rocky was. He got along great with their family dogs and even their super-cute daughter! You can truly tell that Matt & Kristina genuinely care about the dogs in their care and treat them like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Matt & Kristina and will definitely be booking with them again in the future, especially when we need to travel out of the country.
