I have lived with pets my entire life, so I know how to recognize body language and anxiety. That knowledge is supplemented by my experience volunteering at animal shelters for four years. I walked dogs that ranged from 1-16 years of age, and administered oral medication and provided insulin to diabetic dogs. I have also fostered dogs four separate times, ages ranging from 1-6 years. Nicole is THE BEST!!! This was my first time using Rover -- and it was a very high stress situation, what with the friend supposed to watch my cat cancelling less than 24 hrs before we were set to leave on vacation. Nicole came over for a meet-n-greet barely an hour after I initially contacted her. She then took the most amazing care of my baby, truly exceeded my expectations -- sending all kinds of pics and videos which not only eased my mind, but also showed all the love and attention she was providing. I was worried he would hide the entire time and the best I could hope for was that at least he would get fed -- but Nicole is truly magical. And she became his new best friend. Paige dropped in on our dog twice a day for 4 days while I was away on a trip and I can't recommend her enough! She was very professional, prompt, and had great communication before and during my trip. She went above and beyond taking care of him and made sure to get all of his energy out during her drop ins.
