“My boarding experience with Lauren has been great. I felt really comfortable knowing she was well cared for during my extended trip away. Lauren is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We also do daycare with her and my Yorkie enjoys going back, which says a lot since she’s usually pretty anxious in environments outside of the house. Lauren is very kind and treats my little one like her own, and I really appreciate the care she gives her. We’ve had a great experience overall.”

“We were super nervous about leaving our dog with a stranger, but Alexandria immediately put us at ease with her amazing reviews and thoughtful profile. From the very beginning, we felt confident our dog was in great hands. She sent multiple updates and pictures every day, which truly meant the world to us. Honestly, after a few days, I was worried our dog wouldn’t even want to come back home! 😄 We would absolutely trust Alexandria again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care.”

“Ellen was phenomenal with both of our dogs. We got continuous updates and pictures. Very accommodating to our schedule. Our dogs loved her fenced in yard and Ellen. I would highly recommend and will be using her in the further. Can’t thank you enough!”
“The whole experience was amazing. It was great to do a meet and great prior to Henry’s drop off. They welcomed Henry as he was their own pup. He stayed with them for three nights and I never had to worry about him. We got several pictures and videos as updates ! We are so pleased to found such a good option when we are away.”

“Mary was wonderful! She sent at least one update a day, usually more, and my high energy doodle had such a great time with her and her husband and their own dogs. He got lots and lots of exercise with regular walks and zoomies in their giant backyard. We’d love to use Mary again!”

“Amber was very enthusiastic and accommodating even before we dropped off our little girl. This was our first experience with Rover and she and her family made it a great one! She showed us around her home, where our pup would be playing outside, and made us feel right at ease! She sent lots of pics and video throughout the weekend so we knew Shasta was having a great time! Would definitely recommend her as a sitter. We’ll use her in the future for sure!!”

“Emily was great! I was so afraid to leave my senior dog, who is going blind, in a new environment. He did great! Emily kept me updated and sent me pictures. My dog was in great hands! Can't say enough great things about the experience. Emily was the best!”

“Maolin was a great caretaker for Nash. We were away on vacation for 10 days and she sent daily photos and videos as well as took Nash to the local dog park to play around. She really seemed to care a great deal for Nash as like she was her own. Would definitely use again and refer her to others!”

“Stacey and her family took great care of our pups. She sent photos and gave regular updates of how they were doing. Both dogs were happy and comfortable in their home.”

“Could not rave about Elizabeth more!! She was amazing and my dog loved her!! I’m nervous leaving my dog anywhere, but she really put my mind at ease and was so understanding. Will definitely be booking with her in the future!! Couldn’t ask for anyone better!”

“Felt so comfortable with our puppy being with Justen. He communicated with us every day and made sure King felt at home. Justen is a very nice person I highly recommend him if you need someone to take care of your fur baby.”

“Angie was wonderful with our one year old mini bernedoodle Reggie. This was only the second time he stayed in someone’s house and the first time with Angie ! She’s a happy, very positive person and gave Reggie lots of TLC while we were away. She also had to administer pills to him and she wasn’t bothered by that at all. We plan to use her services again in January 2026.”

“While Debra doesn’t openly advertise for cat care, she did a marvelous job looking after both of mine. Being cats, they are weary of strangers. However, they seemed to warm up to her almost immediately. Debra was always on time and always sent pictures to reassure my pets’ wellbeing. She went above and beyond by taking care of my fish tank as well. I truly have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Debra.”

“Victoria was amazing! She went above and beyond checking on our Cat for us and helped us through a home emergency (unexpected flooding in our basement) she ensured our pet and our home were taken care of. Cannot recommend her enough!”

She made sure to follow all instructions we left and clarified to make sure everything would be taken care of. We would definitely recommend her and book with her again!”

“My kitties had great visits with Merri! I contacted her with very short notice but everything worked out smoothly and wonderfully. I will definitely contact her again in the future and recommend her to anyone with four-footers - both cats (I have four) and dogs!”

About: I’ve been raised with cats my whole life! I have had variety of cats at different ages and medical needs over the course of my own life, because of this, I have had experience with providing cats daily medication. I’ve pet sat several times for family friends in the past. I truly love cats and would be happy to provide care for yours! Let me know if you have any questions!

About: I've taken care of cats since I was a child! When my mother brought home our childhood cat, Guido, I immediately fell in love with the chill demeanor and relaxed schedule that Guido operated on. Since then, I've taken care of all sorts of cats with all sorts of personalities. I'm still the go-to friend, family member, and colleague to take care of my circle's pets.

About: Cats have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve spent years living with, caring for, and learning from cats with a wide variety of personalities and needs. Today, I share my home with multiple cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone who will care for your feline family members as if they were their own. In addition to my personal experience, I spent two years working in an animal shelter, one year working at a boarding facility, and privately pet-sitting, where I cared for cats of all ages, temperaments, and backgrounds. My experience includes working with friendly and social cats, as well as shy, fearful, feral, and semi-feral cats who require extra patience and understanding. I understand that not every cat wants immediate attention, and I’m happy to let them set the pace while building trust. Whether your cat enjoys play sessions, treats, brushing, medication administration, or simply having a calm and reliable person maintain their routine, I strive to provide care tailored to their individual needs. I pay close attention to behavior and body language and am committed to making your cat feel safe, comfortable, and respected while you’re away. I know how much peace of mind matters when you’re trusting someone with your pets, so I provide regular updates and photos throughout my visits. My goal is for both you and your cat to feel comfortable, confident, and stress-free while you’re apart.

“Allie was amazing and attentive to all our requests. She followed up with us punctually on how our cat was doing, updated us on when she was heading over/out, and was even successful in playing with our picky cat. We were extremely happy with Allie and would highly recommend her!”

About: Hi!🫶🏼 I Would love to help care for your animals in any capacity. I have extensive experience with animals and have worked at a dog boarding kennel in the past in addition to growing up with pets. I have worked with aggressive dogs and am comfortable reading a dog’s cues to prevent escalation. I currently have a Bernese mountain dog who is always down for a play date and a cat who tolerates her antics haha. Bonus- I’m an ER nurse, far from a vet tech, but good for med admin if needed! With that, I do work 3 shifts a week(12 hours) that vary. So while my schedule can be sporadic, it can also be very open! I work full time 3 days a week and use rover sitters myself for those days. My schedule varies, but I am great for last minute needs as long as I’m not working! I try to stick to your pet’s routine and rules! I am also very good at recognizing body language/behaviors and therefore can prevent “incidents” from occurring like aggression on walks. I’m also happy to bring along my Berner for a play date if you’d like!

“I was so pleased with the services provided by Amber while watching my little one. She interacted with her wonderfully and gave her lots and lots of attention. Amber kept me updated with pictures and messages and I feel truly comfortable with leaving my dog with her, and I look forward to the next opportunity.”

About: I previously owned a dog walking and pet-sitting business for over four years, and I absolutely loved it! I walked dogs that ranged from 1-16 years of age, and administered oral medication and provided insulin to diabetic dogs. I have also fostered dogs four separate times, ages ranging from 1-6 years. I have 4 years of exotic animal care experience as well! I work from home full time on a very flexible schedule. I can move my daily plans around to fit your needs, and will update my availability to include changes ASAP. There is one other dog and two friendly cats in the home. My partner is experienced in animal husbandry and loves pets just as much as me. We are sure to give them plenty of love, patience, and attention! I can take furry friends on extra walks if requested, and I can send you pictures throughout your pets' stay!
“Sydney was a huge lifesaver when I needed someone to watch my dog while in town for a few days. She was awesome with my dog Atlas, who’s usually pretty skeptical of new people, and he loved playing with her dog Honey”
“This was my first time ever having a dog sitter and Michelle made it such an easy and great experience. Michelle provided lots of pictures and videos and made sure my Aussie got plenty of attention and exercise. I highly recommend Michelle and would definitely leave my dog with her again.”

“We have two dogs that they have been sending to Kieran and Nicole for doggie daycare. Our boys absolutely enjoy going there to hang out for the day and learned how to be around cats. Kieran and Nicole love your dogs and treat them as family. They send us lots of pup-dates and pictures to let us know how our boys are doing through the day and my hubby and I love that! They are truly a great pair to send your fur-babies to!”

“Michele is a very kind, animal loving, and extremely knowledgeable on pet care. With two days of day care in her home, my rescue puppy now is much more confident than she was before meeting Michele. She got plenty of exercise and attention!”

“Nicole was great! My dog adored her and her dog and excitedly waited by the door in the morning to go to day care while I worked for a few weeks in Manhattan Beach. She was very flexible with timing and accommodating. If I lived nearby I would book with Nicole frequently.”

“Simon was great! My baby had so much fun with him. He replied super quickly and agreed to take care of her on short notice. He also sent pictures, which was a huge relief for me and gave me peace of mind knowing she was happy. When I went to pick her up, she didn’t even want to leave! On the second day of daycare, she jumped out of the car and didn’t even look back. I’ll definitely book with him again!”
“Kathryn B was amazing with my dog during our meetup last week and her first Day Care yesterday. She shared info about her day including pictures of my dog peacefully napping beside her pet and later napping on Kathryn’s lap. I definitely will book with her again and highly recommend Kathryn B.”

“Our puppy loved Patricia! She is very reliable and trustworthy. She took the time to teach our puppy how to sit, worked on walking on a leash, took out our trash, and even brought her own broom to sweep up any mulch the puppy may have brought in. We finally feel like we found a great petsitter for Honey and will be booking with her again!”

“Ginny always has a great time at Sean’s house. He’s very attentive and has plenty of very good dog friends for Ginny to hang out with. Nice big yard for her to run around in when the weather is nice. Well definitely book with Sean again.”

About: Being a senior makes me old school, like being exactly on time or a bit early. I subscribe to the Dog Whisperer tenet of being ALPHA and pack leader to dogs in my care. A dog in a pack is a happy dog. I only use positive reinforcement. Ex.: dog pulling on the leash can be fixed by changing directions every 4 steps to the left, walking in a square, this encourages the dog to slow down and watch his human. Dog hair is a welcome addition to a life well lived, that's why my dogs get furniture and bed privileges. One fact about my dogs i pay attention to is how many sips of water they take. On a very hot day I've seen 30-40. This helps me know easily how my pet is feeling so I can react accordingly. Maybe time to put the soft Frisbee away! I'm fully retired, and rise early, so morning walks are easy. Breakfast is next, and 1hr later another walk outside. I like to prep a bag to take to the park. My fav is Schiller Park in German Village. I don't own a pet currently, I've had some health issues that are now resolved. Having been an owner twice in my life has given me many many experiences so I am flexible.

About: As an independent contractor, I make my own schedule. This allows me to operate on a very flexible calendar. In addition to being the go-to care taker for the pets in my circle, I also have a lifestyle that allows for me to go the extra mile and hangout longer, play more, and go for longer walks! I currently make my own schedule. So pet care fits in tremendously. I work as a freelance film and commercial laborer. Being in charge of my calendar allows me to schedule accordingly to take care of your pet! Having two cats of my own, while I can't house animals at my own residence, I am very familiar with the needs of pets. Playtime, treats, head scratches, and the like. I love every animal deeply and with a great respect. I treat every space with the utmost dignity and try to keep as small of a footprint as possible when entering someone's home. I have been house sitting, dog/cat watching for many years now. I look forward to ensuring you have an enjoyable, trustworthy experience when working with me.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family fostered and cared for cats, which sparked my lifelong passion for animal care and behavior. Professionally, I’ve worked in a dog daycare, pet store, and boarding environment, and have spent the past two years working at an animal shelter. Through these roles, I’ve gained hands on experience caring for cats, dogs, reptiles, and small mammals. I am comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and have experience working with canines who have behavioral challenges such as stranger danger, reactivity, and resource guarding. I am trained in reading canine body language and adjusting my approach to help pets feel safe and comfortable. Cats are also a particular passion of mine. In addition to caring for social cats, I have experience socializing feral and semi-feral cats and working with shy or nervous kitties who need extra patience and understanding. I am also comfortable administering medications, following detailed care instructions, and caring for multi-pet households. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! I currently work at an animal shelter Wednesday through Saturday. Because of this, I am primarily available Sundays through Tuesdays for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting services. I may have drop in availability the other days after 7 pm. I do my best to keep my availability up to date and will always communicate clearly about scheduling so you know exactly what to expect. My goal is to keep your pets as comfortable as possible by maintaining their normal routine while you’re away. I understand that every pet has different needs, personalities, and comfort levels, so I tailor my care to each individual animal. Whether your pet enjoys playtime, walks, enrichment activities, cuddles on the couch, or simply having a calm and respectful presence nearby, I am happy to meet them where they are. I prioritize safety, patience, and positive interactions, especially with nervous or shy pets. Communication is extremely important to me. During visits, I provide updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away.

“Karen watched our dog for 9 nights while we went on vacation. She communicated very well and we had zero issues. Her two dogs were friendly and our girl fit right in. You can tell Karen absolutely loves doing this and we will definitely use her again!”
“Olivia was very responsive and professional. We were looking for a late booking for a spontaneous getaway and she was amazing! She took wonderful care of our headstrong Chessie named Guapo. She kept us updated with photos and their activities. We would trust her anytime we need a sitter again! Thank you Olivia!”
