About: I’m a stay at home mom with too many years experience caring for dogs and puppies to count! Our home is a dog’s dream vacation. We have a friendly dog who loves company, two small kids who adore playing with pups, and a spacious fenced in yard perfect for romping around. Your dog won’t just be looked after—they’ll be part of our family while you’re away. I am a stay at home mom of two elementary school kids , so my schedule is pretty flexible and gives me time to show your sweet pups all the attention and love they need. I have a spacious fenced in yard where your pups can run around and play in. It’s my goal to make your dog feel as loved and safe as they do at home.

About: I have been taking care and pet sitting all kinds of pets and animals since I was 16 years old. I have worked in dog daycares and boarding facilities for around 3 years. I have been trained in dog behavior, temperament, and care. I have a lot of experience with providing dogs and other pets with the proper care they deserve. I love all kinds of animals and want to provide the best care for your pets. I am currently not working so I have lots of available time to provide visits and care for your pets. I am more available during the daytime but can do evening visits as well. I cannot provide care in my own home but I am very open and willing to provide care in my clients home. I love and care about routines so any routine your pet needs to follow I will be able to provide that in my clients home.

About: I am a registered nurse and mom of 3 teenagers and 4 fur babies. I have cared for my own dogs from puppyhood until their senior moments. I grew up with a Basset Hound named Pokey. I enjoy caring for dogs of all ages and stages and engaging with them in their environment. Safety is my number one priority during walks or in home visits. I work 9-5 Monday through Friday. I am able to visit with and walk your pet in the evenings during the week. I have availability on the weekends as well. Trust and reliability are very important. As a homeowner myself who has had wonderful pet sitters, safety is my top priority. I will provide the same level of attention and care I expect for my pets when I’m traveling.

About: I've been caring for small pets such as, Hamsters, Guinea-pigs and Fish (from goldfish, etc. to Oscars,etc.) from a very young age. Therein, for example, when I was still a little girl, my friend and neighbor could no longer care for their beloved, hamster, Andy; who did they think of... me ! So, Andy, the hamster was adopted and added to the fold. Next, Cats and Dogs. When my neighbor found a stray cat had given birth in their shed closet, again, who did they call?! I adopted one of the 3 kittens; adopting their sibling from the same liter soon after the first adoptee, was unable to care for it. I began caring for Angel and Geisha, my first two cats. Last but not least, Dogs... Cream was a white Pittie, whose owner, again, became unable to care for her so she lived with me and my 2 year old daughter at the time, and they loved each other dearly. After, finding Cream a permanent home, I had the honor of caring for other dogs for friends and neighbors even the homeless, from which I cared for Lulu, a pittie, living with her owner on the street. However, she received a healthy diet, vet care and patience, training to reverse some of the habits she developed living on the street. Now, although, I've cared for others such as Bamboo, the Pitbull, that seemed to take care of himself, lol and Karma, who needed a foster during the Covid pandemic; I'm entrusted with the care of my Pittie/German-Sheppard Gran-pet baby, Nasir aka Nas, while my daughter's in college. Nice enough, I still get to switch it up and care for the Cats (and small pets) of various friends and neighbors in my community. With that, I try o create a Pet-care Staycation like atmosphere when boarding or Home care while pet-parents are away and a Family like atmosphere for Fosters. I look forward to meeting your furry friends and four legged family members :) Pet care is not only therapeutic, it fits into my schedule perfectly, since I am a semi-retired administrative professional who suffered an untimely stroke at a young age. However. after an almost miraculous recovery, I'd like to move forward in a direction that nurtures my empathetic personality. Therein, leaving the desk behind, affording me with a more active lifestyle, all year round. As to that, my days generally consist of assisting my daughter with her dog, exercise, personal errands and volunteering a few hours a week. Although, I take pet care jobs occasionally, I'd like to "officially"extend my services to do something I love (I believe I'm good at it.) and rewarding because the pets (my clients) always seem to appreciate it. I have a fenced in yard and super friendly and silly, one year old fur gran-baby that would be happy to show a visiting canine "the ropes", lol. I can also crate and/or crate train your dog(s), when necessary. They will always have access to clean water; be walked consistently and fed on time and kept in a clean an organized space, whether at your home or mine. I make sure to follow pet parents care instructions. I send photos or video of fun moments to give insight as to how your pets are doing and cared for. I play, pet and communicate with each pet in their way to build trust, friendship and joy while their pet parents are away. In addition, I have had some dog training in the recent past and will have more dog training in the near future to help me care for our hairy pals compassionately and efficiently. About: I have had dogs for 25 years, we had 2 rescue dogs when our kids were growing up. Since then I have walked and dog sat for many different families. I prefer to have 1 dog at a time for dog sitting overnight and for weeks at a time. I have had people’s dogs stay with me for several weeks at a time. It is such a rewarding experience and I love meeting so many different dogs. They bring so much love and affection to me and I give the same or more love back to them. I am working F/T starting in October. Right now I am able to walk the dog(s) anytime of day to meet their schedule. When I start working I could walk the dog in the morning before work and again at 3:00 when I will be getting home from work, and again in the evening. I enjoy long walks and would take the dog with me and give him/her some exercise. I also have my son who works in Westfield who could take the dog for a walk at lunchtime. I am an active person and can never have enough walking, etc. I would love to sit/walk your favorite furry family member. I have a partially fenced yard therefore I will never let the dog out without a leash. I have a huge backyard with lots of trees and foliage. Your dog will have a great time here inside or outside. About: I’ve taken care of multiple different breads throughout the years. Since the age of 10. Neighbors, family, and friends have relied on me to walk, feed, and care for their pets I’m currently a Full time student at Union County College. My schedule is free anytime after 12pm on the weekdays and during the weekends I can board. I have a fenced yard and two little siblings who love to give pets affection. If I’m at a clients home, I will always keeps an eye on their pet to ensure their needs are met and of course to make sure they’re safe.

About: I have either owned or taken care of dogs since I was very young. I began dog sitting around 10 years ago. I can come to your home or do in home visits. I have taken care of dogs of all sizes from Cane Corsos to Bassett Hounds and many more. I currently work remotely and am home during the day. That gives me a lot of extra time especially to care for my animals as well as others. I have a separate room for cats to stay in that has a screen door. They can see out but not get out as well as my cats can see in but not get in. I also have a "privacy gate" so they cannot see eachother.

About: We lost our 13 yr old american bulldog / hound mix and while mom (Lisa) isn't ready to have a new FT family member just yet, my son and I would be so excited to have fun with and love your pet as our own while you are away. We have a fenced-in back yard, lots of toys and a comfy dog bed - though of course you are welcome to bring your own gear, if it makes your pet feel more comfortable and at home. Typically only board 1 family at a time. Because our schedules can vary, we’re only able to accept boarding requests 2-3 months in advance. We appreciate your understanding! I am self-employed and work from home so am available to give your pet all the attention it deserves, take for walks and potty breaks as needed. We have a fenced yard and I have experience with senior dogs where extra care, love and medication may be needed, and am totally fine with larger dogs as well.

About: Growing up with many pets, I always enjoyed spending time with and caring for my furry family members. While in college and into present day, I continued to work with animals through dog walking as well as pet and house sitting. Past clients, friends, and neighbors rely on me to care for and spoil their furry family members while away from home on trips or simply for a quick gaunt to the park. In the past, I worked with cats, dogs, and other mammals, but I am more than happy to learn how to care for other pets, such as amphibians, birds, and reptiles. I have a flexible job full time job. I am available most days of the week except Thursday to relocate for pet and house sitting. I’m flexible to swing by to check on your pet or take for a walk throughout the day if overnights are of less interest. I am available throughout the day for quick let outs and check-ins with your pets. I can easily crate your dog in my apartment while boarding them. I also live 5 minutes from a great dog parks for your pup to get socialization. For cats and other furry friends, there is plenty of room for them to roam and play. FYI: I do have one cat, named Sedona. She is very chill around other pets and does her own thing.

About: I've been a professional pet sitter/house sitter/dog walker since I moved to New Jersey in 2022. I'm looking to expand my client base, so I'm joining Rover. Prior to working as a pet sitter, I worked at an indoor dog park in Seattle. I'm comfortable with large and small dogs...we have two Great Pyrenees mixes and two small dogs at home, as well as two cats and a tortoise Located in Fanwood and serving the surround area. Pictured, above, are some of my happy clients. I'm a full-time pet/house sitter, so I'm available for walks & visits 7 days a week from 8am-10pm. Happy to take on one-time walks and regular visits. Safety for the pet is my top priority. I always make sure that gates are closed before I let pets out, and I'm always careful to not let flight risk animals out accidentally.
