“Collette was very attentive to our puppy’s need. She was an excellent communicator and Poppy loved her long walk this evening! I look forward to the next time Collette can help watch our animals.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs for 10 years, whether mine or those belonging to family. I have trained puppies as well as taken care of my dogs that have reached their golden years, and helped them over the rainbow bridge. My top two priorities are communication and safety. Any need you have regarding your pet is of utmost importance because pets aren’t just animals - they’re family! I have two dogs at home, one is 1 1/2 years old and the other is nearly 4. We walk 3 times daily, as well as plenty of enrichment time inside. Enrichment depends on the day, it can be playing with toys, eating treats from snuffle mats, lick mats, or just running around with them until they’re as tired as I am! Safety is my biggest priority. I follow instructions very carefully, I keep a close eye on your fur babies both in the house and outside. I can send real time updates that way you know exactly what is going on at all times, and I will always make sure to ask questions when needed. I can recreate your pets routine as closely as possible, and I will always bring positive energy!

“My dogs had a fun time getting their steps in with Cheyenne. As always, they came back relaxed and ready to nap after a great walk. She kept me updated through the Rover card afterwards with a detailed note and took plenty of cute pictures. She's my go to for pet care needs! Strongly recommend to anyone in the area looking for someone to love your fur babies as much as you do!”

That’s why every four-legged visitor in my home receives the 5-star resort experience. Let me know what I can do for you and your furry friends today! I usually work from 9-5 on most weekdays approximately 5 minutes from home. That gives me the flexibility to check in on your pet throughout the day. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Falmouth
Came on time to meet us and our dog. Arrived on time even on a very hot day to walk, feed and play with our dog. My son (in a wheelchair so he can't walk him) was here and said she treated our dog so well the whole time and really seemed to enjoy him. She is just what we want for someone caring for our dog. We feel very comfortable having her come while we have to be away for a day!! I highly recommend her.

Cheyenne is an absolute pro! She replied promptly to my dog walking request and was able to quickly set up a meet & greet. She was very patient with my dog, who had never had a “stranger” as a dog walker/sitter and was able to successfully walk him on their first one-on-one despite his anxiety. She kept me up to date on her arrival times and almost immediately sent my dog’s report card out after his walks. After only a couple of days, my dog really warmed up to her, wanting her to stay and play. I’m glad I was able to find someone who’s obviously great with animals but is also trustworthy and professional!

Erin came through for us in a pinch! We felt very relieved knowing she was there to get our Niko through the day without us home. She even came into an unfortunate garbage bin excavation that had been tracked across the floor with a guilty Niko suspiciously at the scene of the crime (lesson learned) and Erin went out of her way to clean up the mess. She was very proactive in communications and provided all the details of his care. Will definitely be booking again and highly recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
