“Jessica was amazing! She walked my two dogs, a high strung chihuahua and elderly dog (14 y.o.), for 30min for 4 days. She reached out and asked if I wanted her to meet the dogs before walking them which was great. The chihuahua tends to bark his head off at strangers, and I wasn't sure how he'd react (he ended up running away from her the first day for 15min, sorry Jessica). The older dog had diarrhea throughout the house one day, and cleaning up after something like that isn't really what I consider her job. I told her she didn't need to worry about it, and I'd deal with it when I got back. However, she ended up cleaning up as much as she could anyways (that's going to be a big tip). Besides my dogs being a huge pain. She always responded quickly and sent a lot of pictures from the walks.”

About: I’ve had a dog my entire life growing up. I got my very own dog at the age of 16 and cared for that dog and many others since then. We walk 3 times daily, as well as plenty of enrichment time inside. Enrichment depends on the day, it can be playing with toys, eating treats from snuffle mats, lick mats, or just running around with them until they’re as tired as I am! Safety is my biggest priority. I follow instructions very carefully, I keep a close eye on your fur babies both in the house and outside. I can send real time updates that way you know exactly what is going on at all times, and I will always make sure to ask questions when needed. I can recreate your pets routine as closely as possible, and I will always bring positive energy!

About: I’ve taken care of pets through my childhood, and now as an adult I have three dogs (one of which is a service dog) and a bunny we spoil daily. I also have experience with senior dogs who need a little extra help doing basic tasks. About: Hello! Whether you need someone to walk your dogs twice a day, check on your kitty, or house sit for a week, I’d love to help! I have several years of experience with both dogs and cats at various shelters including the SPCA and Burlington Animal Services. In addition to basic pet care including feeding, cleaning, and socializing, I have quite a bit of experience being a medical foster. Caring for injured animals and administering medications isn’t an issue for me. I’ve owned cats, dogs, and various farm animals throughout my life so I’m very comfortable caring for any animal’s needs. If you have a pet I haven’t yet cared for I would be more than happy to learn how to care for your baby as well as you would. I'm also happy to bathe your pets for free, I just clean their shampoo and brush. I absolutely adore animals and am really looking forward to getting to know yours! Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions! I grew up with four high-energy terriers, so I’m very used to making sure that both pets and people are always safe in any given area. When I enter a home, I always open the door slowly with my leg blocking the gap to prevent excited pets from rushing out. Food or choking hazards are always kept out of reach either on counters or in cabinets and I’m completely comfortable with security measures like alarms and in-home cameras. My pets are a huge part of my life so I completely understand wanting to protect them to the best of your ability. I’m a full-time Rover sitter, so my schedule is super open. I know how hectic life can be and accept last-minute bookings, so please don’t hesitate to reach out! When housesitting, at least 80% of my time will be dedicated to your pets. I have to run errands from time to time, but other than that, I stay focused on them! I lock all doors and windows when I leave, at night, and generally during the day, and your home will look exactly how you left it! Regardless of the type of booking, I’m always very careful when I walk in to prevent animals from bolting outside.

About: I’ve had experiences not only taking care of my own animals but also watching my friends and families pets. I’m able to walk for however long a pet needs and I’m able to remember when a pet needs to be taken out or fed. I’m also able to adapt easily if the pet has any conditions or disabilities that I need to accommodate to. I’m always available at any time whether it’s mornings or nights. I may have trips but whenever I’m home, I’m always looking for something to do. I always make sure they’re comfortable with me before petting then it playing, considering I never want to force anything. I make sure to feed them on time and take then out whenever it is needed. I also love walking my own dogs all the time.

About: I have had about 9 years of dog care with one big pup and one little. When I was very young my sister and I started a dog walking company throughout our neighborhood, so I guess you could say I have always loved being around dogs/animals. Throughout the years we have had all different types of animals from Nigerian Uromastyx Lizards to kitties/dogs and hamsters. I think that animals are very special because they stick with you through thick and thin. There is no better type of love than the love of an animal. Since we have had many animals throughout my life, I automatically know what to do if a certain situation arises (accidents, etc.). The little things are whats most important to me when I am with my animals. Hanging out, watching tv, or just simply being in their presence is enough for me. My family and I love animals and they all hold a special place in our hearts as I’m sure they do for you too!

About: My availability doesn't always match what's on my profile so please reach out to me. I've taken care of dogs as small as chihuahuas and as large as great danes. I also have experience with dogs as young as 7 weeks and as old as 13 years. Can administer meds and provide wound care. Have owned taken care of up to 5 dogs at once. I don't have any dogs currently, but I will be getting a puppy soon! I'm a student and I work part time. I already make money in other areas of my life so this is purely for the love of dogs. The sooner advanced notice the better. I will feed them, do bathroom breaks, play, mental and physical enrichment, free training (I am an amateur trainer so it is for free and for fun), etc. I can administer meds as well.
