“Kaitlyn did a great job watching my cat, Hershey! She sent me very detailed updates as well as the cutest pics. I also really appreciated that she asked me during our meet & greet if I'd like her to water my plants, grab my mail, etc. while I was out of town.”

“We used Alexi as a cat sitter for the first time and had a great experience! Our cat took to her right away—he was super happy, playful, and constantly seeking her attention, which says a lot. She was easy to communicate with, reliable, and made everything feel effortless. No issues at all. Highly recommend!”

“Tamera was great, always on time and communication was awesome. My cat is very shy, so out of 5 days she came out to play 2 days, which was good. I would rebook with Tamera”

“Tanya is amazing!! I had to go out of town last minute and have a 6 month old kitten at home. She was the best and jumped in to help me out and accommodate my needs. The daily photos helped with the anxiety of leaving my new kitty and the baby appreciated the daily check ins and play time. Highly recommend Tanya for your pet sitter needs. Definitely will call on her anytime we need a pet sitter.”

“Bryce went above and beyond in every way, I have nothing else, but good things to say about his work. He communicated well and made sure to inform me if something happened. I came home to a happy and healthy cat 10 out of 10 would recommend.”

“Jasmine took great care of our kitties! Our boy can be pretty food motivated. Jasmine handled him and his personality very well! She even got our shy girl to come out a bit.”

“Sara is communicative, responsive and punctual! She plays with my kittens and pay attention to what they need. I’m grateful for her and highly recommend her to anyone that need help with their pets while away from home”

“Taylor has been nothing short of amazing. She took plenty of photos, spent a lot time with my cat, eased my concerns regarding my last Rover sitter, and was kind. I highly recommend her and will book her again!”

About: As an parent of a cat and a dog with five years of experience assistant managing a dog daycare and boarding facility (And 1+ years of working at a dog AND cat boarding facility), I know how important it is to be able to rest easy knowing your pet is taken care of. I also know every pet has unique needs, not only for diet & lifestyle, but also for human interaction. In my experience with daycare and boarding, I learned very important skills, such as administering medication & insulin, and anticipating needs. I have worked with and cared for several anxious dogs, and I make it a point to read their body language and respect their boundaries. Trust is earned, and I don't mind putting in the work. Whenever I petsit, it is important to me to do more than the bare minimum of care, and to truly connect, learn, and spend quality time with each pet, making the most of their time with me. I have owned both a parrot and a bearded dragon (lizard) in the past, and I have a soft spot for rodents. If you have little critters, know they will be just as prioritized as the big ones. I am currently on the hunt for a full-time position. As I do so, this is my part-time gig. I rarely travel, and thus I have plenty of time to care for your pets on any day of the week. NOTE: I am generally not available from 12PM-2PM on Thursdays, 8PM-10PM on Wednesdays, or 10 AM-7PM on Sundays. I have worked with a variety of pets with unique needs and conditions. I have also trained or used training practices with several of the animals I've worked with, so I'm familiar with crate-training and maintaining training structure set in place by owners.
“Hailey was very responsive and showed up when she said she would. She played with my cat and sent photos which really put my mind at ease. I was very grateful to be assured that my cat was doing well, even though I could tell he missed me when I returned. Thank you Hailey!”

“Mindy did a great job during our week-long trip. She kept us informed about any issues or concerns in the house and spent lots of time with our three cats, providing lots of attention along with the required medicine dispensing, litter cleaning, and house checking to see what mischief the critters created in between visits. Her reports were full of pictures and the pets were well taken care of. Thanks, Mindy!”

About: I love animals, and I’m very excited to help care for yours! I have two cats of my own who are very happy and healthy! I grew up helping care for the family pets, and personally took care of many small animals as well. I have experience with cats, small dogs, big dogs, rodents, fish, reptiles, and amphibians. I recently graduated with my PhD in Microbiology from UGA, and am currently a researcher at Georgia Tech! I’m happy to walk your dogs (or cats), and will give any animal all the love and attention it could ever want. Snuggling, playing, talking: I can do it all. I work full-time in Atlanta, but am available for overnights, as well as morning and evening drop-ins as needed! I enjoy getting to meet and care for pets in my off time I like to leave pets happier than when I arrive! I can take dogs for walks of any length, provide medications, and give plenty of love and attention.
“Kayla did a great job with our cat, Attie. When we came home, she was content, playful, and happy. She ate well, and the daily reports were awesome. We felt our cat was very well cared for.”

Fair Oaks cat parents share their Rover experiences
Elizabeth was wonderful!! First time she met our kitties (5 year old brother and sister) and she immediately used her magic to have the visit her - something they had NEVER done with any other person who cared for them. She sent daily pictures of her petting and loving them (again, something they had never done with another) and watered our plants and kept our house tidy. We can not recommend her enough and will definitely call on her care for our two again.
Jessica took such great care of our cats while we were away on vacation! I felt comfortable with her watching them from the moment we initially met to go over the drop ins. She followed instructions perfectly. All of the kitties looked so happy and comfortable in every photo I received. We will definitely be booking with her for any vacations in the future.
