I've volunteered at the humane society and I'm knowledgeable in health basics for animals. If the “feel like” temperature is hotter than 85F, I will not walk dogs on sidewalk longer than 10 minutes unless they have paw covers. I'm also a runner, so if you're dog is used to a higher pace walk/run, I can do that!

I’m open to all pets but please specify if they have any health issues. I also have experience with reactive dogs so I’ll only need to know what their triggers are and other special handling instructions.
A typical day
All walks with me include a water break before, during, and afterwards, especially on hot days. Visits involve play and pets. I follow the pets lead!

Pet care experience
I've been a dog owner since birth and have taken care of dogs and cats for friends and family for about 8 years before I went to college and started pet sitting professionally. All pets deserve great exercise and attention! I'll love to take your dogs, small or large, on walks and check on them during the day. I'm very patient with puppies and I'm great at understanding what a dog wants. For cats, I love to move at their speed. If they want to play, we’ll play. Cuddle? Cuddle. Hide? I’ll chill on the couch until they’re comfortable. I also have a special place in my heart for reactive doggos or doggos that aren’t the best on the leash. I can work on those things with them! Make your pets happy!

Wonderful care of my cats!!
Hunter enjoyed his visits with Tamera. I felt very comfortable with her checking in on him. She was very communicative and super nice to my baby. I loved the pictures she sent me. They gave me peace of mind to know he was taken care of.
